My wife and I own 2 KIAs (2020 Sportage and 2020 Telluride) and have them serviced mostly at Sunset Kia of Auburn. Our experience with Jennifer and Dean in the Service Dept has been very good. Easy to schedule and complete as promised are 2 big positives. We miss the included, on site car wash but see it was dropped during the pandemic. Hope it comes back someday.

Going to Lee Johnson Kia has always been a pleasure. They greeted me upon arriving. They checked me in and the waiting room is well equipped with coffee, tea etc. The TV is running and interesting to watch while waiting for word about my car. There is a restaurant just a few doors away, but I didn't go to it this time. When the work was done on my car I was pleasantly surprised to find they had also washed and vacuumed the car. I don’t live in Yakima, and I was heading there in a Tuesday so I called to make an appointment for an oil change. The lady that answered said that I didn’t need to make an appointment for that. So I show up Thursday morning and they told me I had to have an appointment or I could leave it for a few hours. Well, I don’t live there and and can’t leave it half a day and I explained that to them. Nothing! Such xx. I will never go to this dealership again. Shame on you

I had an honest, pleasant, professional, and upfront experience, add to it, out of state. Only 2 cars available in PNW, my home dealership didnt work out. Car Pros, came through! All transactions settled via text, email. That said, part of my recommendation is based on the "dealership personality." Dean (dealership) was upfront, clear and resonated a sense of long distance trust. I hadn't met ANYONE. I am thrilled owner of 🚗 ... thank you.

Just received a phone call from Alex Bassett the service dept director at Dick Hannah Kia. I had called earlier expressing a concern about service being done on my Kia Forte. He spend the time explaining what diagnostic work had been done on the car and what the problems could be. He was very understanding and patient while listening to my concerns. This response is not what I received from the service manager. Dick Hannah Kia Dealerships is fortunate to have him as Director of this dept. Definitely 5 stars or him ***** THANKS *******

2016 Kia Soul EV was taken in for Turtle mode issues in December, 2023. No call backs, changed service managers and confused service employees have kept the xx flowing for the past 4 months. I'm sure they have no clue, and no incentive to care. Just give us our car back!

First of All - I love my car! 2006 SLK55 AMG. It's my only toy and will be a classic someday. My car looks like new! Service was prompt, courteous and exceeded expectations. Only Genuine Parts used. Celelia Cline, my estimator, treated me with respect and knew how important the repairs were to me. If your car is important to you, I would highly recommend AutoNation Collision Center of Bellevue.

Worst customer service ever. The manager tried to overcharge me by giving unclear explanations and then. blaming me for not understanding - I am not an auto mechanic although I do have a PhD so I am not an idiot, Do not go here - super rude and unethical

Chuck Olson KIA was changing my oil on 11.15.23 just like they always have. I've serviced my KIA there since I bought it used five or so years ago. [Great car! Overall the best car I've ever owned] The service rep called and told me I needed new front brake pads. Huh? My brakes were recently serviced. Anyway, I said go ahead. When I picked up my car, the inspection report showed that my brakes had 5mm of pad left! WHAT !?! Usually new pads are recommended at 1 or 2 mm. I called them, and I got some song and dance about one pad showing uneven wear of 3 to 5mm of life left. Really? Okay. I've never been ripped off by a Japanese car dealership, so I guess I'll go with it. But I looked up my previous records later. I had taken my Rio in there exactly 2 weeks and 280 mi before - for a recall service. They did the same inspection on my brakes. Their inspection report that day showed 7mm of brake pads remaining. Almost new! Lousy rotten crooks. I just watched a TV commercial extolling the great service of 3 generations of Olson family as car dealership owners on Aurora AV N in Seattle. It was more than I could stand. I had to drop back and write this review

This must be the worst auto body shop in the greater northwest and I have been to some really bad ones. Dick Hannah really needs to hire people who understand the needs of their customers. Car Drop off Dec 21, 2023, was told by Trinidy to only contact her and her Appraiser Ashley on Tuesday and Thursday. I was blown away by this, but OK. After the drop never hear their voices again until I pick up the car on Jan 24, 2024. The process of ONLY communicating with your customer on Tuesday and Thursday is very disappointing and updates only through texted which seem like an automated message is so bad. I would ask many times throughout the day and would not get anything back until TUESDAY OR THURSDAY and even than I would get an automated message. The lack of communication and only doing business through Text is not good customer service. I will take my business somewhere else where I don't have to repeatedly ask for information and also not have to do business through text message and be restricted to ask about my car on ONLY ON TUESDAY AND THURSDAY.

Very disappointed. I purchased a new 2023 Kia NIRO. When I got home, I noticed an open safety recall on my app. When i got my new plates, I asked about the safety recall. No one in service, so no answers. Asked about how to use my digital key and get it set up. No one in sales knew how to do this. I took the car in for my first oil change. i get it back, the safety recall was not fixed. The car was not washed, not vacuumed. For a $120 oil change, I would expect that. Service had my car the entire day so the argument that it was too cold (freezing) to wash the car in the morning is not valid. So, I have had my car for 6 months, still have an open safety recall and still can't use my digital key. When I call the service dept, I get a recording, leave a message, no one calls back. I have to keep calling until someone actually picks up.

I was so happy with the service I received from Brandon at Kia Puyallup. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle o wanted and answered every question as we went over the vehicle and let me tell you there was a lot of them. There was no high pressure to buy the vehicle and no calls to my house saying things like this deal might not be around long and this is the last one like that or someone else is very interested in it. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the whole buying experience. I would highly recommend Brandon and KIA of Puyallup to all my friends.
