FYI - they only got a two for customer service because of Josh and Amy and the fact that a gentleman gave my kids a cookie.

In the breif time I was there I must have seen Jeff Rosen help 6 customers. The secret to his success is obviously his hands-on approach towards helping his staff and customers.
