Had my routine maintenance 55,000 miles for my Rav 4 on March 8, 2024. My service advisor was Zachary Schuett. My check in was smooth and uneventful. I stayed onsite as I usually do and Zachary kept me well informed. Overall time was about an hour similar to the past. My experience was excellent. Rate a 5 star experience.

I was aware of a couple of them, so no surprises. I believe they were absolutely honest with me - something I would not say about another dealership in the area (not Nissan). I was able to obtain an appointment quickly after the garage door came down on my car and damaged my radio antenna. The service reception was prompt and courageous. I liked seeing the video of the inspection of the underside of my vehicle. The repair was well done and the car cleaned afterwards. The waiting room was comfortable, clean and well supplied with snacks and drinks. The service report was thorough and easy to understand. Overall I was pleased.

I came in because my engine light came on and I want them to scan the computer to see what was going on. It turns out that I had my Flex Pipe cracked. They got be an estimate right away and the part was available. I declined at the time due to timing. Tim was very thorough with what was going on. I don't get my car repaired anywhere else besides Brookfield GMC.

He took care of my needs but they told me that my vehicle was out the door into the right. I could not find it. I walked around and finally I had to go back in and ask the wonderful lady at the desk to help me. We walked around the lot and we used my key fob to actually find it. It was parked away in the back.
