Rhinnelander GM always does a fine job of tuning my GMC truck up and identifying any issues that need to be. Taken care of. They also check for any upgrades that need to be attended to. They also move my truck to the detail shop nearby for there service that I purchased when I bought the truck.

On the coldest day of the year, a Sunday, my tire pressure light went on. The next day, under time constraints, I lined up at Express Service twenty minutes before opening. All bays were full . The agent motioned me to the appointment service bays. The Smart team immediately filled my tires as they huddled in the service Bay Area. One mentioned that the heaters inside the building were broken; management had not fixed them . Please fix the heaters. These folks deserve optimum working conditions since they provide excellent and reliable care. We need happy Smart employees🤗

Great Service! I called for an appointment and was able to get one in a few days. I received prompt , courtesy service when I dropped off my car. The waiting area was clean and the coffee was excellent. The service was complete in the time they stated.

Very weak warrenty. Looks better on tv than what the dealer owners actually stand by. Inconsistent mechanic inspections and or shady work. Have not had any positive experience at all after the initial purchase of our vehicle. Since they dont stand by the warrenty why would i ever want to go back if they couldn't fix the problems the first time. However there are several other repair shops or car dealers in the town of Hayward that do put the customer first. That my personal opinion. I Don't forsee this dealer being around with a good reputation for much longer. Im giving a negative response based on several negative experiences. I hope this helps you .

Very Dishonest Dealership - Bill

First I should say I bought the car new from this dealership and has had every service made at this dealership (exception tire rotation). Made an appointment almost two weeks ago for an oil change. The service employee gave me a clear quote (including taxes) and even mentioned that he would guarantee it. Said it would same oil as last time. I drop the car of today. When I dropped it off today I mentioned that quoted rate and she said not a problem. When I picked it the bill went from the $39 agreed upon price to $61. It is THAT simple. Instead of acknowledging the conversation and confirmation that we had when I dropped it off, she just kept trying to justify it. And the Manager of the Service department joined it. Just kept trying to break it down.

I had some major car problems and they were able to get it fixed and for a reasonable amount. Jerry and Rob were able to work around my schedule and get me in right away. Jerry even dropped me off at my office so I didn't have to call for a cab. I only use them now for service and bought my last car from them too.
