I had an appointment for a recall notice. Scheduled for 9 AM Mon 4/1/24. Kristen called around 10:30 saying they had to order the part and my RAM would be completed by mid-day Tues. It was a scheduled service, so they should have been prepared with the part on-hand. Tuesday, No word by 1:10, so I text Kristen. No response. I called around 4:30 and was told my RAM was in the service bay but they weren't sure it would be ready by closing time. I was assured it would be ready Wed morning. No word from the service dept by 12:20 on Wed, so I text Kristen again. No response. I called at 1:20 and got one of the lube techs who assured me he'd get an update and call me back. I finally get a call from Jo in service and my RAM was ready for pickup. That was after 3:00. When I picked up my vehicle the paperwork showed it took 45 minutes for the repair and it was done on Wed start at 13:25, end at 14:12. They had my truck for almost 3 days for a 45 minute recall and wouldn't communicate what was going on. In the past visits I have been pleased. This time they really messed up.
