He was able to match a price we got from a car buying program without any back and forth...even though this dealership was not participating in that particular program. He had patience with us while we changed our mind on trim levels and colors multiple times and even offered to drive to a sister dealership himself to get the car we wanted.
He checked in and looked after my wife and son during the parts of the transaction that dragged on a bit.
Overall, I've probably purchased 12 cars in my life, this experience by far was the best.

He was very kind and personable and I felt like he truly was interested in why I was there. When I returned to pick up the car, the same gentleman assisted me and it was a really pleasant experience.
