I didn't have a pleasurable experience when I purchased my previous car at Circle and was ready to go to ray catenary which is a 45 min drive away. A good friend of mine (John Carvelli) told me to call his friend Andy Gags . I did and Andy was a dream come true . His no nonsense no BS approach made this purchases dream come true. I am so grateful to John for his recommendation. I got to get a new G37 and not have to go through the game playing that gives car salesman a bad name. Then upon delivery it turns out that Andy and my husband went to same High School( msgr Farrell) I am so glad I gave Andy and Circl Infiniti another chance and as long as Andy is there I will keep coming back

After a few days I found a problem, the car would not pass state inspection. While I worked this out with the dealer they were always polite, accommodating, and willing to listen. They finally sent me a check to cover my costs.
It is easy for a company to be nice when everything is OK, but it is wonderful when a business steps up and does the right thing when things are not right. I really appreciate their professionalism.
I would do business with them again, and I recommend them highly.
