He even helped me download the OnStar app for my smart phone and explained how that worked! When I got home I didn't need to read the boring car manuals, I knew how everything operated!
I also met with Aaron Romanoski in financing. That process was quick and he made sure to answer all of my questions. I was surprised at the end when I met with Steve Romanoski the General Manager. He expressed to me how appreciative he was of my business and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the entire process. I really felt valued as a customer.
