He wasn't in to high pressure selling. He let the vehicle sell itself, which I really appreciated. He even picked me up at DFW to personally bring me to the Dealership. When I purchase a vehicle, I always get financing on my own because I don't want them making money on the Backend of a deal off of me. Derrick, the Finance/Sales Manager asked if he could try to get me a better deal, so I let him try. Not only did he beat it, while I was on my way home (out of town), happy about the deal I just made. He called me and said another lender they use came back with a better rate for a more favorable term. He said was tearing up the finacing I just signed. He overnited me the new Paperwork with a return envelope already pepaid at his expense. This new Financing will save me over 1.5K over the life or the loan. It nice to work with a Dealer who puts "ME" the Customer first when making a deal. . I feel that when doing a deal, everyone should feel good about the transaction. I understand Dealers have to make money to stay in business. If Dealers would do business taking care of the customer first, they will make lots of money. The Hopper Motorplex really understands this and they treat their customers this way. I would highly recommend Hopper Motorplex if your in the market for a Pre Owned Vehicle.

Also, the service dept. and the body shop went through the complete car from bumper to bumper and it looks and acts like a brand new vehicle.
