Let me tell you this was the best experience by far I could ever have in purchasing my MINI Cooper JCW. Lamborghini Carolinas has absolutely phenomenal customer service. I was basically able to tell them what I wanted and complete everything online. I showed up, signed some papers, took my keys and zoomed home in my new ride. To top if off Chase was beyond wonderful to deal with. They are honest, upfront and extremely friendly to deal with. Despite the fact that I was standing next to a 400K Lmaborghini while signing papers for my little MINI Cooper these guys treated me like a rock star. I felt so comfortable and so at ease and not at all anxious like I usually am when I walk into a dealership. There were no surprises when I walked in the door, no "let me sell you this and that," just "here is what you wanted,enjoy." I am buying my next car from them without a doubt as car shopping has never been so easy. Thanks Chase and Dale for such a great car buying experience!
