The sales department at Casco Bay Ford makes the experience fun and pressure free. They all get along and banter with not just themselves but their customers as well. We laughed so much that we forgot we were buying a $40,000 car. Rob even bought us coffees and our kids apple juice at the gas station when he filled up the gas tank! Rob was so good with us having our young children there and making sure he worked efficiently so the kids didn’t burn out spending unnecessary amounts of time there.

Great followup and a very thorough review of all the car systems prior to driving off in my new Ioniq 5. Runey (sp??), the finance guy, also very helpful and I never felt under pressure to buy something I really didn't want, but helpful in making purchase decisions for things he knew I would need. Drove 50 minutes and was informed today's appointment was only a "Test Drive" and that I'd have schedule the repair once confirmed by the technician - I couldn't just leave it with them. No thanks. I'll wait for my local dealership who are backlogged but communicate with me and tell me what to expect.
