The sales part of this company is amazing. Frank went out of his way to do everything he could to make the car buying process as easy as possible... the service center on the other hand is a joke. I needed some work done and Brett asked me if I could be there at 8 o’clock. I told him no and it would have to be 8:30-8:45 and we agreed on that time. Fast forward 1 week to my appointment I walked in at 8:43 and was greeted with a snippy attitude and was informed that I was suppose to be there at 8. Brett took my car into the shop and proceeded to bad mouth me to another person in the shop and talk about how mad he is. Very unprofessional service and I will never be returning here again.

We are leasing 2 Rav 4's from Northtown after having 2 2012 Rav 4's. Worked with Danny Rubino and Shaun Roberts. Second time of leasing Rav 4's. They are so friendly and helpful in every way. No high pressure that you may have experienced at other dealerships. They are there to make you feel comfortable and at ease every step of the way. The WORSE car dealership in WNY!!!!! They seem to be professional when you meet with them, i bought a 2008 ford Explorer for $9,500but not long after leaving the dealership ( 41 days) my car began to have major issues.. I took it back to them thinking it was under warranty but I ended up paying for them to fix it.. SMH 2 yrs. goes by and I'm still having engine issues so I decide to get a newer car... I call the creditor to see how much I owe and to my SURPRISE I owe almost $20grand i don't know how when I've been paying on it for 2 yrs. now but wow.. I just don't know what to do my recommendation is to find a dealership that isn't going to over over charge you, a dealership who has cars that aren't over priced...

We had the best experience for a second time. 1 yr ago we bought our outback..few weeks ago it was totaled in an accident ..#1safety for sure husband walked away..so needed replacement. Marshall Brady is the best sales person..as always did the the best and in less than 3 hours we drove our with a 2024 Impreza sporty model..everything goes smooth from test drive to the girl that did the paperwork part and insurance and plates..West Herr is #1 for us and Marshall is the best sales person we ever had for the whole process.

I made the grave mistake of visiting this particular West Herr location simply because the car I wanted to test drive was on their lot. In hindsight, I should have gone to the West Herr dealerships in my hometown that HAVE favorable reviews. When I arrived and asked to see the cute little beetle advertised, a man walked up somewhat perturbed as he was clearly eating something and stated that the salesman was out on a test drive so he’d show me the car. I was thrilled as it physically looked just like the photo, but not even one minute into the test drive I could feel something was seriously wrong with the cars automatic transmission as it began shaking like when you shift into the wrong gear on a manual transmission. As the engine light turned on, I knew the test was over so I turned around and went back. When I reported the experience while handing back the keys, that same man acted like he could care less. Since I had no interest in any other car, I said thanks and was ready to leave. He quickly said he wanted to introduce me to someone who could help me, and I truly thought the original salesman for the Beetle wanted to ask me about what the car was doing while driving it, so I turned around and sat down at a desk. The gentleman he introduced me to was named Cleveland and he was very kind so I took the time to talk to him. He explained that I was his first client and that he had just transferred from another West Herr lot. I did not have much time to waste as I needed to quickly replace a vehicle that had just been totaled in an accident and needed to return my rental. He was clearly lost in his new surroundings and attempted to assure me that he could find help in finding me a suitable replacement. I shared that my credit report is still showing the loan on the totaled car as open since my insurance had not yet paid the lender. After I reluctantly allowed him to go talk to the finance people about the type of vehicle my credit would allow an hour passed. The finance guy (unfortunately forgot his name) came out and explained to me in a condescending tone that I shouldn’t even consider an SUV with my credit. Bottom line, I ended up buying a beautiful SUV with leather/heated seats and NO money down at BASIL TOYOTA days later. Read my 5 star rating I posted on them. Side note *this review is not about Cleveland, he was very kind.

Just purchased a 2005 Town and Country in good to excellent condition. Price a little above Blue Book valuation. During negotiations; was told vehicle had approx. 38,000 miles-van has approx. 43,000. Told I would be second owner-after sale found vehicle had been sold to a second person 12-05-08 and allegedly repossed ater person had taken position of vehicle with approx. 39,000 miles. When question owner, A. Marra about issue, he said he and his staff drive used vehicles and alledgedly put additional 4,000 miles on the van. At time of sale, was assured vehicle would be cleaned inside and out as inside had not been cleaned when showed. At time of sale, assured van had been checked-up and serviced. When I picked van up and took home, found vehicle not serviced i.e.fluid levels low, tires pressure low, oil filthy, left quarter window would not open, and inside had been only vacumned (carpets stained and filthy) and dash wiped-off. Called Mr A. Marra, advised of promises not kept. He confirmed a Tuesday morning appointment to complete promised work and apologized. Brought vehicle in 6-09-09 at 0815-told by owner's son to return after noon when work would be completed. Picked-up van at approx. 1215 and found all work completed except inside Not cleaned as promised, only vacumned and windows wiped. Confronted salesmand B. Hatch who refused to complete work and complained regarding 1986 GMC Jimmy S15 which I had given dealer with no tradein valve due condiiton as agreed at time of sale. First purchase from longterm dealer - Very Disappointed as I was lied to. Do NOT believe/trust (check everything out) what this owner and salesman B Hatch tell you to get a sale.

Submitted an application for credit online and was contacted by Martina just after Christmas 2012. Very nice on the initial consult. Once all the information was collected I was on my way. Over the next few days worked on getting a car that would work with the loan agreement. At this point we had been handed off to Lou since Martina was very busy. We were shown a nice 2010 Hyundai Elantra that was very nice with the exception of a few costmetic dings inside the car. We were shown a good record of service and the vehicle had only 5000 miles on it so we decided to buy it and were told that there was a warranty in effect on the car until September or 36000 miles, which ever came first. About 3 months after purchasing the car I noticed flakes of paint comming off the car, so I contacted the dealership and was told that I would have to take it to a Hyundai dealer. Fine enough with me since it was still under warranty. Well apparently the car had been painted so the representation that it was still under warranty was false. The service guy was able to tell it had been painted from about 15 feet away so why couldn't the dealer. He even pointed out the tape line and sure enough under the mirror there was making tape. He said that the prep job was really poor and even pointed out dirt stuck under the paint.I figured the dealer didn't want to warranty the work and was making things up so I took it to 2 other shops in the area which all said the same thing. So now I'm stuck with a nice car that needs a paint job to 1 whole side of the car which will cost me around 1600 from the dealer, which was "warrantied". Buyer Beware. Stay Away.
