The horror that I have with my LUXURY Genesis The horror that I have with my LUXURY Genesis g70 2022 with a mileage of 16,300. Problems with the rear and front view cameras, creaking inside the car, as if the car is 30 years old, sometimes you can feel the shaking from the engine, 01/18/25 I reported problems with my Genesis G70 2022 and only 02/12/25 they gave me an appointment (I waited almost a month) however, the car is still under repair, at Genesis Fred Beans of Doylestown , PA (48 days)and the same thing happened last year for 6-8 months with the GPS, it still works with big errors, I just turned it off, the dealership did not help me with this, I highly recommend not to buy any "Luxury" Genesis CARS

Our family was unexpectedly in the market for a car within days of the New Year after a car accident totaled our beloved SUV. While the accident certainly was unlucky, we were so lucky to be connected with Shawn who worked with us to find the Kona at the right price! Shawn was on it from the start and within 24 hours we were driving away with our new Kona! Shawn was incredibly helpful, straight up, and funny (which was so appreciated) and gave our sad story a truly happy ending! We decided to go look at the new 2025 Hyundai Tuscon on the last day of the year (12-31-24) to possibly upgrade my Wife's 2020 Tuscon (53,000 miles) which has been a great reliable SUV with no major issues/expenses other than regular maintenance or wear & tear item replacement. Our plan was to go back to the Dealership who sold us our 2020, but we also included Franklin Sussex Hyundai which was closer to us. We were going to try Franklin Sussex Hyundai in 2020 but they had sold the Tuscon we wanted and had to go to the Dealership further out. Upon arriving at Franklin Sussex Hyundai, Alex (Sales Manager) dropped what he was doing to assist us and confirm the vehicle (Color Combination) was still 'In Stock'. Then, he immediately searched for an available Salesman (Solomon Deguzman) for us to go over some numbers. I've purchased many new vehicles throughout my lifetime and this is where the process often gets grueling! However, I found Solomon to be extremely pleasant from the get go which made the negotiation process very comforting while listening to our needs. I never felt pressured by him, which was huge for me due to my low threshold for patience at times like these. Solomon stayed good natured while going back & forth to present our numbers to Alex. We were able to come to a final deal without the grind a Buyer would often find with other Dealerships. This was truly one of my best experiences negotiating a new car purchase. Even, Brentt in Financing was very helpful to get us in and out. Solomon is also tech savvy with great knowledge of the vehicle itself and went out of his way to explain the nuances of the Tuscon. To make your experience as wonderful as ours was, I highly recommend you call ahead to request Solomon Deguzman (in forefront of photo) assist you with your purchase. Kudos to all the friendly people at Franklin Sussex Hyundai to get my Wife into her new vehicle!!! I'm adding an additional 5 stars *****!!!

On May 17, 2024, I filed a complaint with Hyundai Consumer Affairs. It escalated to a case manager. A 2020 Tucson that my father purchased in March of 2023, has been in the repair shop for 12 weeks now, with no ETA on when it will be repaired. They have provided a loaner vehicle for my parents during this time. As of 5/28/24, the case manager from Corp Hyundai gave me an update that the previous two electronic control units were not programmed by the manufacturer. Possible bad batch of parts. It seems the transmission was replaced on my father’s 2020 Tucson, and then needed this electronic control unit to make the new transmission run. Then on 6/13/24, the case manager from Corp Hyundai called with an update that they received the 3rd electronic control unit and it was calibrated. The vehicle is running, and they just want to check the wiring and ensure the check engine light does not come on. As of 6/20/24, I do not hear an update. I sent an email to the case manager asking for an update. She sent me a response by email on 6/24/24, stating the Service Manager at Kelly Hyundai on Tuesday confirmed the Engine Control Module was programmed, installed and functioning properly. While completing the final testing, they found the transmission solenoids were not transmitting properly and also, the vehicle needs a replacement engine control harness. Regrettably, the engine control harness is on a national back order. She has been working the last couple of days to get an update on this part. No ETA for the harness but she will keep me updated every week. My father, or anyone for that matter, should not have to continue to "hope" that the parts "on their way" will be installed correctly and/or function properly. Too many times now this has shown to not be the case. The 2020 Tucson has been in the service department for 12 weeks. Given the circumstances and the extended delay in repairs, my parents' confidence is now way beyond repair and they are requesting a full refund and at that time will return the loaner vehicle. I am hoping that someone at Kelly Hyundai is able to settle this with a full refund to my parents.
