I walked into Heritage Mazda and Ken greeted me with a smile. I explained my situation and said I was just looking but would be back when my circumstances improved. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t blow me off. He helped me look around the lot and get ideas of what I could potentially get. When my circumstances improved I returned and he was still super supportive and not pushy. I will definitely be back.
