I have gotten great service from this dealership. This is the first time I have brought my Jeep Gladiator in for service at Fieldhouse CDJR. Service writer Matt Peo was able to pull up everything maintenance wise related to my Jeep and all Warranty items available from my original purchase. Complete inspection and tire rotation done at a reasonable price. Due to the friendly atmosphere I choose Fieldhouse and Matt Peo to insure proper maintenance. I would rate them 10 out of 5 stars. Very easy transaction. Brandi went out of her way to make sure I received the exact vehicle I wanted! Financing was smooth thanks to Jeremy! Seth was very welcoming and interested in accommodating my requests. They found the perfect vehicle for me! Once the deal was completed, Brandi introduced me to several service/parts employees, should I ever need anything. Everyone was so friendly and polite! If it’s not on the lot, they’ll go above and beyond to find it for you!

Purchased a 2016 ram 1500 4x4 Laramie from Braun Chrysler, dodge, Jeep, ram dealer. From start to finish the experience was pleasant. Tiffany freeman was my salesperson and was awesome.if your looking for a dealership that don’t pressure you, follow you around, breathe down your neck and insist on riding with you on your test drive then Braun is the place. After test driving the truck I fell in love with it and bought it .i read another review on a upset customer that purchased a 2016 ram that was supposedly upset with problems with the truck well then you shouldn’t of bought it or drove it to someone you trusted to Check it out like I did before purchasing it. Tiffany didn’t pressure me and told me take my time which I did. Very professional,excellent customer service and ethical business establishment. Would recommend to anyone looking to for a vehicle to go here and see Tiffany. Thanks again for being an honest, no pressure fair dealership.
