Bought my used car in March 2020 and it was a very pleasant experience. I have been the to service department 2 times since for maintenance and that too is great. This company and the staff were all wonderful from start to finish!!! After having dealt with a few other dealers more local, that made us feel like we were an inconvenience to them, we drove over an hour to view a vehicle we saw online at Brown's. Having called beforehand to verify it was still on the lot, when we arrived Alex already had it pulled and ready for us to view. It was exactly what we were looking for and he and Trent from financing had us out the door in our new (to us) truck in a few hrs., after giving us a great deal on our trade in and purchase. We highly recommend Brown's to anyone looking for a vehicle and will be passing this on to all our friends, to make sure they start their search with them.

Seen a vehicle on the website. When I went to do a test drive, was given the keys and try it out. Then after we got back, told them I would take the car, and the paperwork did not take very long at all. Was a very simple process. Have bought a vehicle from Runde before and will probably again in the future. We had to have the vehicle get 1 thing fixed and it also have it taken to our hometown dealership and when we went to do the final paperwork, did not take very long at all either.

My first time at the dealership was great. They had the truck i wanted at a good fair price. the couple of issues i had with the truck were taken care of as promised. I found that to be unusual in itself. The owner as well as Dewey the salesman could not have been more helpful. I would recommend this dealership over any other of the larger ones. At Ron Alpin Ford I didn't feel like i was being held captive trying to get my keys back so I could leave. You know what I'm talking about. The high pressure salesman trying to wear you down so you give up and say yes I'll take it. From start to finish it was a refreshing experience. I am a customer for life.

I was looking to trade my 2012 Explorer and I spoke with Scott in the service dept. while having my oil changed. He told me that they had a used one on the lot. I spoke to Mark Weinbrenner and he told me about a 2016 that I liked and said I would talk to my husband. When I got back to Mark it was gone. He looked for 2 weeks and finally found what I was looking for. He went above and beyond in helping me get what I was looking for. Even after I bought my car he helped find floormats that I was wanting. Have always had a good experience while doing business with anyone at Cappers. Highly recommend their services. Gloria
