Tyler Woelfle was a great salesman and was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the vehicle. The owner, Craig Fisher, even emails me to see if I was happy with the vehicle. I found a broken taillight after the sale and he even re-embused me for it. A great experience. Only minor complaint was that I had to wait too long for the finance manager for close the deal. I have been coming to this dealership since 2017. It is hands-down the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. I trust them to be honest with me about whatever is going on with my vehicles. I cannot say enough about their customer service over the years. They are doing it right! It is almost like an fun outing for me to take my car in. I can either choose to wait in the waiting area they have -which is lovely, or be dropped off in Boulder somewhere by their shuttle service and picked up when I am ready. I drive up from downtown Denver and it is totally worth the drive.
