I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Audi of Van Nuys, particularly with the salesperson Denham.
I leased a 2024 Audi Q8 E-Tron on February 1, 2025. From delivery, the vehicle had unresolved issues, including Apple CarPlay that has never worked. During the sales process, Denham disclosed that the vehicle had been returned by a prior customer but minimized it as the customer simply “changing their mind.” Concerns about CarPlay not functioning were also downplayed, and I was told the issue was likely phone-related and would resolve on its own. Despite replacing my phone, the issue has never been fixed.
Since purchase, the vehicle has been non-drivable on four separate occasions due to charging failures, later confirmed to be software-related issues with the vehicle, not charging stations. The car is currently in service (at Audi Downtown LA) and has been there for over three weeks with no permanent resolution.
Once these issues began, communication from both Denham and the dealership became extremely poor. Calls and messages go unanswered, and promised follow-ups do not happen.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a luxury brand and dealership. I would caution anyone considering purchasing or leasing from Audi of Van Nuys to proceed carefully.
