I was not even looking to buy a car that day but I came out with a brand new car! ken was the most amazing person ever. He helped every step of the way. I told him the car I wanted and left with the same car. When I told him I was not interested in certain things about the car he took car of it. I gave them all 5's because this was the best buy ever and I am in love with my Veloster. They made my first car buying experience WONDERFUL!

I just want to say this place was out standing. Customer service was unbelievable. I was refereed by a friend and I am speechless on how I was treated. I had just went to another dealership and I only had the car for 3 mo and had issues with it and got no kind of customer service at all.I will refer any of my friends and co-workers to this dealership.

With her great help, I knew what car I exactly would buy before I walked into the dealer shop. - I drove that car to my home, Tulsa!!! Great Work! Robby Overton was very polite, and not over selling. My Review of Automax Hyundai Norman:
My wife was looking for a new car. We stopped by AutoMax Hyundai of Norman one recent Sunday evening and she fell in love with the Hyundai Veloster. We went back on the Friday evening when Norman was being hit by thunderstorms and a tornado. I had sent a request through the Internet and received an immediate follow-up phone call from Sonja Sherwood about when we would like to test drive a car. We told her that we would be in on Friday after work. She said Tim Tae would meet with us and show us whatever vehicle(s) we were interested in. When we had talked for a while, Tim asked if we would like to test drive the Veloster. Victor Ferguson graciously got a bright blue one off the pedestal out front, handed us the keys, and told Tim to let us go for a ride. My wife and drove the vehicle and were amazed at the room, responsiveness, and everything about the vehicle. After the test drive, my wife and I worked a deal with Tim for an Ironman Silver Veloster which was in Tulsa but they said they would get in within 2 days. They called on Saturday to say the vehicle was in and we told them we would be there Monday. When we got there Monday evening, the car was there with a full tank of gas, washed and waxed, and ready to go. The deal was done smoothly with no pressure. Everyone did an excellent job and the finance manager, Michael Day, was first rate. Tim did a superb job of introducing the car to my wife and she felt comfortable driving it home that evening. Every question we have had since buying it has been answered by either Tim or Victor in a professional and caring manner. We would recommend this dealership and especially Tim Tae to anyone considering buying a Hyundai in Norman or in the OKC metro.

OH MY GOODNESS.....I CANNOT PUT INTO WORDS TO EXPRESS THE APPRECIATION THAT I FEEL REGUARDING LILLIAN!! WE HAD JUST LEFT THE HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP IN OKC AFTER SPENDING THE WHOLE DAY TRYING TO TRADE OUR 2006 CTS FOR A NEW ELANTRA, THEN BEING TOLD THAT THEY COULDN'T GIVE US WHAT WE KNOW OUR VEHICLE WAS WORTH AND WE WOULD NEED A DOWN PAYMENT.
I HAD BEEN TALKING TO LILLIAN THE PRIOR DAY TELLING HER WHICH VEHICLE I WAS INTERESTED IN AND SHE ASSURED ME THAT SHE WOULD BE ABLE TO HELP US IN BUYING A NEW CAR.
SHE KEPT IN CONTACT WITH ME REASSURING ME AND LETTING ME KNOW THAT SHE LOOKED FORWARD TO WORKING WITH US.
SO WE LEFT THAT OKC DEALERSHIP VERY FRUSTRATED AND DISSIPPOINTED IN THAT EXPERIENCE WHEN WE ARRIVED AT AUTOMAX SHE MET US AT THE DOOR. EVEN THO SHE HAD TWO OTHER CUSTOMERS SHE MADE US FEEL SO IMPORTANT AND WAS DETERMINED TO MAKE US A GREAT DEAL AS SHE HAD PROMISED. WE DROVE OFF IN A NEW 2012 ELANTRA LIMITED.
I WILL DIFFENTLY USE AUTOMAX AGAIN! THANKS LILLIAN YOU ARE A AWESOME LADY! GOD BLESS!

My Review of Automax Hyundai Norman:
I just purchased my new 2012 Sonata Hybrid with ultimate package from AutoMax, Norman.
I went all the way from Dallas to Oklahoma to pick up this vehicle since they were
the only dealer in this region had my vehicle with the package and color I wanted.
When I called them it was around 8pm, talked to Tony and got the fair price, No
nonsense talk, no back and forth bargaining, at around 8:15pm deal is over. Since I
had an idea about the pricing of this car from all Dallas local dealers,
it was easy decision for me. I told them I am picking it up next day.

Tim and Hiliary sent me photos of the car and sticker info to avoid any confusions.
Since I work for Airlines, I flew to Oklahoma, Sales person Tim Tae (Xong Tae) picked
me up from the airport, he was excellent in taking care of my whole visit and
going over the car features and answering all my queries. He kept everything ready
before my visit, I never thought my purchase experience will go this smooth and
I was very happy to drive back to Dallas with the car I wanted.

One more thing made me happy was, I got 47.2/MPG average in this car while driving
back to Dallas about 177 miles from Norman. The whole dealership atmosphere was very
good; I would strongly recommend this to anyone.

Thanks to Tim, Tony and Hiliary for making my 30k purchase happy and hassle free.

My husband and I bought a new Accent from San Lopez on April 16th. She is such a helpful and knowledgeable person. It was a pleasure buying a car from San. She treated us like a family member and made sure all of our needs were met during the sales process. The follow up after our purchase was a surprise since we have never had a dealership do this. We have received notes in the mail, but never a call or an email to make sure we were happy with the purchase of our new car and to ask if we had any questions. We will be recommending friends and family to San Lopez and this excellent dealership.
