I was very impressed with the friendliness of all the staff and by the knowledge of my sales consultant Lauren. I was pleased with having a woman sales consultant versus a man since I am a woman myself. I have purchased from Automax before which was why I chose them again and they exceeded my expectations in their customer service once again. This was by far my best experience in visiting and purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I will definately tell people where to go and who to see when they go to purchase their next vehicle as well as myself in the future. Automax has gained a lifetime customer!

When I found my car online and emailed a few questions I got a phone call within five minutes from Jennifer Luck. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She made me an appointment for a test drive over the phone.. After I got there and Tim Taff was right there to greet me. He answered every question I had and made sure I left driving my car that day... Thank you Jennifer and Tim you are awesome!

Jennifer Rush called me antold me what they had then I went in one week early and talked to Thomas Billings and told him how my wife and I were treated at another dealer in okc. Thomas told me what he could do and he did do more than he told me he could. Thomasstayed late to show me how things worked on the jeep that i took home that very nite. Iwould highley recomend Thomas Billings to all my friends that are looking for a new car or truck, on a scale of 1 to 10 he gets 11.So does auto max .

My Family and I were looking for the right vehicle. Jerrie McGehee and his co-workers were very accommidating as well as straight forward with the facts and figures. This dealership is head and shoulders above any of the dealerships next to them. The staff was very friendly and made it very apparent they are people first before salesman. Cyndy Burris helped us and we had met other staff members that were just as courteous and welcoming as Cyndy was. We went in looking for 1 car and walked out with 2 cars and extremely happy. I urge other dealerships to spend some time with this staff and take serious notes. I am recommending this dealership to anyone I know that is looking for a new car!

When I Started Talking To Jennifer Rush She Answered All Of My Questions Promptly She Was The Reason I Went To Automax In The First Place We Talked about The Truck I Wanted Then I Got Side Tracked
I Called and Told Her What Was Going On She Said Come In When I Could When I Finely Did Get Up There I Met Mr Thomas Billings As Soon As I Got Out Of My Car He Was Polite And Friendly And Very Helpful In Every Aspect
Jennifer and Thomas Worked Very Hard To Get Me In The Truck I Wanted And Made Sure To Follow Up After The Sale I Give Them Both 6 Stars And I Will Return To Automax Dodge Chrysler Jeep In Shawnee Oklahoma To Buy All Of My Vehicles In The Future

My Review Of Automax Hyundai Norman:

We went in to look at a used car for our daughter. Sonja greeted us immediately and very pleasantly. The person we had been told to ask for when we originally called in was assisting another customer so Sonja took us out for the test drive and got the sale. I'm really glad she ended up being our salesperson, she is extremely nice! Everyone there was very relaxed and friendly, including our finance guy, and the process didn't seem to take as long as it does at other dealerships!
