Bob Derby is great! I was looking for a very specific car. I had year, model, trim, drivetrain & color (interior and exterior) specifications. I wanted all options on it. I was in town for a day for a conference and had lined up a car at another dealer to go see/buy because I had been unable to find one locally. That dealer called and told me they were wrong about the color. So I was searching online at the conference every chance I had. I found a listing on one of the aggregator sites with not a lot of detail and submitted the info request. Bob emailed me back quickly and continued emailing with me during the day (I couldn't take his calls during the conference), doing as much prework as possible. I couldn't get out of the conference until 6 and was about an hour away. They close at 9 and we were dealing with a trade-in so timing was tight. They had just gotten the car transferred in from one of their other locations on trade and it wasn't ready yet either so they had to get it cleaned, inspected, etc so I could look it over and test drive before it got too dark and there was an intense storm rolling in. I also had a very strict budget I wanted to stay within and this car was a 2012, one year newer than I had been looking at. He assured me we would work it out and get it within my budget. He had Laura find me an excellent interest rate, they stayed late and I drove away in the car I wanted. Very happy!

The experience that I had at Lindsay VW was great. One of the biggest concerns that customers have when buying a car deals with how the sales representative treats the customer. I was pleasantly surprised with the sales staff at Lindsay VW. Everyone there treated me cordially and I didn't feel pressured to make a commitment with them. The pricing was fair and they even matched their competitor's price.
Both Marc Weinstein and Nate Mack were excellent! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Marc and Tom went out of their way to make this transaction as pleasurable as possible. Most of the paperwork was complete before I got to the dealership. The whole process was very efficent. I would recommend Marc and the rest of the team at Lindsay VW to anyone in the market for a new car.

Marc is a great employee and salesperson. He is devoted to his work and is an excellent salesperson he is the reason that I came into Lindsay Volkswagen I am very satisfied with the service and time he gave us. I would recommend working with Marc if you ever go to Lindsay Volkswagen.

I just purchased a 2013 Lexus ES 350 from Bob Fletcher and Lindsay Lexus and could not be more satisfied, because the people were terrific and the pricing was excellent.

I reached out to the dealership regarding availability and for a quote by e-mail. Bob responded and was a pleasure with which to work. We exchanged numerous e-mails regarding colors, options and pricing. Bob responded to all of my inquiries very quickly and provided all the details I requested.

I shopped around and obtained a very good quote elsewhere. When I advised Bob that I was going to buy the car elsewhere and did not think he could beat the other dealer's price, he persisted and tried to win my business. So I shared the other quote. Shortly thereafter Bob advised that Lindsay Lexus would beat the other quote. The deal at Lindsay Lexus was good enough for me to make a special trip from New Jersey to Alexandria the next Saturday!

We handled everything by e-mail and telephone until I went to pick up the car. Then I had a fantastic in-person experience at the dealership. Bob continued to provide personalized attention and service, and everyone else we met was also a consummate professional. We completed the paperwork and I made payment. The car was ready, clean and shining. Bob then went over the car's features and operation with me before I drove off the lot. I highly recommend both Bob and Lindsay Lexus.

I was referred to this dealership by the federal government employee program and Alan Jones (A.J.) contacted me promptly. He represented
Lindsay Lexus extremely well by making it his business to address all of my concerns and answer all questions, expeditiously. His helpfulness made this the best car buying experience I've had.


A.J. puts the same amount of effort to make me leave w/ a smile when I visit Lindsay Lexus as he did to initially sell me the car. That is refreshing and rare. Bottom line,it's just good business.

Charles and Larry are so professional and friendly. They helped us go through most of the financing application procedure thought Internet even before we physically visited them. The price is unbeatable, and the car is in perfect condition. Larry also helped us lower the APR, and Charles remained patient explaining car features after the sale was complete (not many dealer can do this). I really appreciate all your work. Thank you very much Charles & Larry. Lindsay VW will definitely be the 1st option for our next car!

Right from the start the salesman was pushy and rude. My wife and I went there to look at a specific vehicle we had seen on their website. So after driving a little over an hour to get there the salesman quotes us a price that is $8,000 more than the website said it was. When we inquired as to why the website said one price and he was saying another he had simply replied that we did not qualify for that price. The real kicker to that is that he had never asked us if we had a trade in nor did he even check to see if we qualified for any of the rebates. Thank to this dealership my mothers day gift to my wife of a new car is not going to happen. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I would like to thank Kelvin Mitchell for his very helpful and knowledgeable service and as a fellow New Yorker making me feel at home. Jewel Kelly I also thank you for keeping me awake at 11pm and seeing the process through with the great conversations and your overall help in finance, tags, vehicle coverage. And the rest of the Lindsay staff who help me turn a large negative equity into a more positive one. It was not really the vehicle that I wanted but at least I left in a new vehicle and understood the difficult situation in hand. Super job!!!!. Great overall experience!!!
