Great experience. They went to bat for me to find locate a difficult to find car and delivered it to me at a fair price with no gimmicks or surprises. Other dealers I contacted would not even take the time to try. Sales force was highly enthusiastic about their product.

My Review of Audi Silver Spring:
Audi Silver Spring was the smoothest, least pressure dealership I have ever dealt with. Have purchased more than 10 cars in past 15 years. Jacob was friendly, knowledgable and upfront from the beginning. Dealership looked clean and streamlined. Jacob worked his hardest to meet all my demands without even flinching. No games. Honest and trustworthy. Will definately recommend them to everyone I know and will return when I'm ready to trade up.

After shopping around at various dealerships in the area, I decided to purchase a 2009 BMW Z4 from BMW of Silver Spring.  Lonnie Overby, the client advisor,was professional, friendly and helpful.  He provided detailed information on the vehicle and the process and worked several hours overtime on Saturday to complete the sale.  The manager and finance officer were also friendly and helpful and ensured that the process went smoothly.  Overall a great experience!

My Review of BMW of Silver Spring:
I went to BMW of Silver Spring to purchase my DREAM CAR. I bought a 650i convertible. I worked with Gerard Curvan and it was a great experience. I spoke with him over the phone and told him the car that I wanted. When I came into the dealership he was very professional. He gave me lots of information about the car and took time to show me every little detail about my ultimate driving machine. I was so happy about buying the car and truly appreciated the royal treatment from Gerard. I will refer friends and family to BMW of Silver Spring.

This is the best dealership in the north-east coast. We drove from CT to buy the car from here. Jacob Raykhel was the best sales man. He was very honest, helpful and courteous. He showed all the features of the car and was extremely knowledgeable. We visited over 7 BMW dealership, however the reason we bought the car at Silver spring was because of Jacob. He was fabulous. If you buy a BMW for ultimate driving experience then buy it from BMW silver spring for ultimate buying experience.

I visited many car dealerships over a two week period in search of a new car. The team at Herb Gordan differentiated themselves as being professional and upfront in their dealings. They were very fair with my trade in value and the rebates/financing for the new vehicle were very competitive. The team allowed me to drive home the manual and automatic models I was considering for purchase which really helped me to make the right decision.

I was very pleased with my overall experience at BMW of Silver-springs.

The last time I purchased a vehicle was over 6 years ago. I was very pleased working with Steven Mueller, Lonnie Overby, and Gerard Curvan. All played a part in my decision to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. 
The no pressure and genuine attitude towards me was very pleasing. To make a long story short I was so pleased with this dealership that I purchased the vehicle in Maryland and will be driving it home to sunny Florida. I travel for a living and will tell you that this dealership will definitely go above and beyond your expectations if you give them the opportunity.

I truly believe that if they treat every customer the way I was treated they will continue to provide the Ultimate Driving Machine to many,many more satisfied customers for years to come.

To Whom It May Concern:

Once again Jacob Raykhel has proven to me why I make the 210 mile round trip to visit BMW of Silver Spring. I needed service on my 328i Sedan and I needed the service to be performed on a Saturday due to a heavy work week and the distance involved with getting to and from the dealership. I called Jacob on a Thursday afternoon and let him know what I needed and Jacob had Joe Diss from one of the fine Service Teams call me. The turnaround on this call-back was immediate. I was really impressed; however, I was more impressed with Joe's interest in my appointment, his professionalism, and his desire to get me in and out, happy, as soon as he could. I have never had a service experience like that. Again, this is why I chose BMW of Silver Spring and why I will remain a customer forever.

Jacob, as he did when I met him for the first time to buy my car, met me in the lobby, offered me refreshments, and asked about my family. This always makes me feel good and I enjoy the conversation with Jacob. While my vehicle was being serviced Jacob constantly checked on my comfort always asking if he could get me anything and offering a status on my vehicle. Jacob and Joe worked it out so I could get the service I needed while I waited so I wouldn't have to face the drive back to the dealership later...this was really nice!

So, why did I give BMW of Silver Spring a "Great" rating? The answer is simple. Jacob Raykhel and Joe Diss. If in my everyday endeavors I could work with people as nice, professional, and as caring as these two gentlemen, I would have a great day every day.
