Couldn't fix my car completely. - CopyTamara
I took my car to the service center told them what was wrong. All my lights were on engine light, abs or TBS light plus seat belt light was on. Plus my car was wobbling. I paid $1,118 & some change. They had to get a part for my car the routers were messed up or something, so they got all the lights out except the seatbelt light they said that might just be the seat belt worn out. So when I tested drove it, it was smooth slight wobbling so I took it back & they gave me a loaner because I wasn't renting anymore cars. I wanted them to look more into it. So a few weeks later they tell me they can't fix it & they can't give me half my money back since it's not completely fixed. Then when I left the shop they did not put any gas in my car the light came on & I'm nervously driving hoping I can find a gas station before I run out of gas & the worst part is it's wobbling way more than the first time I test drove it. So they didn't make it no better. I thought by going to a dealership they could fix my car & know what's wrong verses going to regular shops & wasting money because they don't know what it is but never again will I take my car to a dealership especially this one.

Why I didn't purchase from Clay County Oxford - rodrobertson
I made an offer that was accepted for a used car @ the Oxford location. The Oxford sales manager drove my trade in vehicle for 5 minutes and returned telling me that he wasn't sure that he would make it back in my car.
There is nothing mechanically wrong with my car and I would never attempt to trade in a car that was on the verge of a break down.
I was even going to trade a vehicle for less than the kbb.com "fair" dealer trade in value.
The vehicle is more in the kbb.com "good condition" than the "fair" condition.
I asked for my key and left.
It's been a week since I was told my car was about to break down and of course it hasn't.
Today my car has 82k miles on it and if it ever breaks down, I will update this post.
In closing, the salesman Jerry was awesome. It was Rufus that took the commission out of Jerrys paycheck .

By far the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I was sold a service that I did not get. Service tech was extremely incompetent and was not knolegable of anything more than an oil change. Then I get the pleasure of dealing with the biggest xxx hat of them all Dennis. And further more nobody here wants to hear about or do anything about what they screw up. Walked away with over $3000.00 in repairs when quoted about $800.00 in repairs. Then I get my truck back and have a broken oil pressure gage and broken transmutation dip stick tube. Dennis responded with I can look at it but not today. Your mechanic broke them but didn't fix it????????? I could go on for days but I will stop here. By the way my family and I have bought many new vehicles from here but that will NEVER happen again.
Bad Experience - Breakout
The wife and I were in the market for an Impala 2LTZ. Found one we really liked at Ginn Chevy and called to verify the car was on the lot. Also called to let them know we were coming to see the car and work a deal. When we arrived, the sales person took us out to look at the car, and while looking at it, another salesman got the keys and sold the car to a couple that arrived after us. We tried to work a deal on another similar car on the lot, but the dealership would not come off of the MSRP price at all, and was low balling us on our trade. We left there empty handed after several hours and went to another dealership and bought the car we wanted for a great price.

I offered 45k cash for a Tahoe LT. my offer was declined and I gladly left to continue my search elsewhere. I received a call from a Latoya that ask me to return. i told her I would not negotiate my price and have no need to return. She set a meeting with a Matt McPhee that didn't even know the history of the deal. With the gas crisis currently affecting Georgia, these people were willing for me to return an offer the same thing I declined the day before. Stay away from these snakes, there tactics are archaic to the new world of negotiations. My salesman stated he was in the business of selling cars, and when I told him that is what he was doing with me, he expressed he worked multiple deals at once. Real good job putting the customer first. Don't trust this dealership

Incompetent and Manipulative Service Department - camaro69punkin
I am a female and took my car in for new brake pads. The service department replaced my brake pads and turned(machined) my rotors and charged me just under five hundred dollars. Two weeks later I returned to the service department because my brakes were not working properly and occasionally making a grinding noise at which time I was told my rotors need to be replaced at a cost of around eight hundred dollars. There was nothing wrong with my rotors when I took my car in for new pads. I sought a second opinion at another dealership and was informed I did need new rotors but only because my rotors were not turned correctly and were grooved out. I returned to Goodmark Chevrolet once again and was told I had not been driving my car properly and that is what damaged the rotors. My car is still under factory warranty and I have been driving for 30 years and have NEVER had to replace a set of rotors on any vehicle I have ever owned so I think I know how to drive. The service department damaged my car parts in an attempt to make more money and because I am a female thought I would accept their explanation of it being my fault but I didn't. I have since filed a complaint with GM as well as the Georgia Department of Law consumer Protection Agency. I would not recommend this service department to any females because they will attempt to manipulate and take advantage of our lack of autumobile service knowledge. The only solution they were willing to offer me was to reduce the price of the replacement rotors in which I declined because I don't feel I should have to pay for their incompetent employees who damaged my rotors; hence, that is why I filed formal complaints and am waiting for a response.

I had an appointment for a few repairs on my impala . I arrived 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment 10am . At the time I called to make the appointment, I was told it would take approximately 2 hours . I called at 130 to get the progress of the repairs just to be told it has not even gone into the shop yet. I received a call about 330 saying my car was ready but only 1 repair was done because they didn't have parts for the other repairs ,which was suppose to be order prior to the appointment , that's why I made the appointment to give them time to get the parts in . I was not happy to say the least . I will never deal with this dealership again and would never recommend them to anyone , I only rated this a 1 because I had to leave a review

Ok well if you like being treated like your dirt under some ones nails then come to library Chevrolet. You will have a great time. No one will be able to help you and they will talk down to you like there better then you. Took my 2013 equinox there for a old change and to have them give it a once over. A day later my oil light came on I pulled my dip stick out to my surprise there was no oil. So I called the deal the girl that picked up told me the service department was closed and I need to call back on monday. I asked to talk to someone else she said ok but they can't help you. The nexted person that picked up said the same thing she said to call back on monday. Long story short I now drive a ford and will never recommend library Chevrolet to any one!!!

Went in on a Tuesday to have my tire replaced hoping it would be fixed withinh hours........well those hours turned into 48 hours 2days! Was highly displeased with the customer service available my contact nikki crisp was more concerned with walking around fiddling with her phone and twirling her hair to be concerned with my tire issues smh. Every time I checked on a status update it was either we've found something else wrong which will cost extra to replace or we are waiting on a part from another dealership that is 4 hours away. All in all do not give superior chevy your time or business go outside of the metro area for a reputable and classy dealership.
