Very pleased - Ethan Atkinson
Very please with Nash Chevrolet and especially Mr. Mark Wong. Easy to deal with and is also helping us with a problem with the car that has come up after the sale even though the factory warrantee is expired.
Easy to do business with, low pressure, warm environment. - theg
The staff is very low pressure, talks to you straight, and the environment is comfortable. Being an avid outdoorsman, I appreciated the multitude of taxidermy masterpieces within the lodge-style central building.
Always prompt and courteous - Hizonner
Great folks! They always listen, make sure the service/repairs are done in a prompt and professional manner, and get the customer back on their way.
Best car buying experience of my life! - Chuck in Dville
Just bought 2017 stingray z51. Had an appointment with Miguel Guerrero. He was expecting me and immediately made me feel welcome and relaxed. I did not know exactly what model I wanted so he found three that were what I told him I was looking for. He let me drive all three and then parked them next to each other at the side of the dealership. He said "take as much time as you need and when you decide come inside and we'll talk".No pressure. It took me several minutes to decide. Due to Miguel's technique I made the decision and am very satisfied with my selection. This is the best managed car dealership I have ever seen. Everyone from the greeters at the door to sales ,parts and service writers(I bought a bra for the car and they put it on for free!) were very knowledgeable and friendly. To a person this is the friendliest and most competent car dealer staff I have ever experienced. This is my 12th new car purchase and 16th overall ( I am 60 years old btw) and nobody else comes close.

Renewed faith in the chronic dealerships - Dr D
After a very bad experience that prompted a very bad review by me, I want to state that Tom and Greg and Mrs Wanda have renewed my faith in the Chronic name. I have to say that they made good on a bad situation and turned me around. I want to thank them for doing what needed to be done and taking that extra step to do the right thing. I will continue to buy from Chronic because they do what they say there going to do. I am a happy consumer and will recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car or truck. Thanks again for making me a believer once again.
Great Sales people. (David Cook) - honeybee
The people here are so nice. Went in for a recall on my 2013 equinox and left with a 2017 Equinox. My sales person David Cook was so nice and went out of the way to help me get my new car. Thank you David

Basic Key with Chip - Stacy
On April 10, 2017 I purchased 2008 Chevrolet Impala from a dealer broker (Not Terry Cullen dealer) and the broker only had 1 key to the car. It looked like a regular Key so I went to Walmart to get another one made and it wouldn't work. It actually made a light come on in my car that said theft.
First thing this morning April 13,2017 I called Ivory Chevrolet in Union City to get another Basic Key 🔑 with a chip. Ivory Chevrolet quoted me $90 for the Key, $100 to Program the Key 🔑, and $120 to turn off the theft light.
I caused the theft light to come on by the Key I got from Walmart. because I didn't know my Key had a chip in it.
So I called up Terry Cullen Chevrolet in Morrow, GA next and spoke to John. Terry Cullen Chevrolet is about 15-20 minutes away from my home and asked the same product question (not setting the theft sensor)just Key and coding.. I paided $29.99 w/tax $32!!! I will go to Terry Cullen Chevrolet for all my services to my car. When Ivory Chevrolet is less than a mile from my house.
And they put air in my tires for free!! I don't remember that gentlemens name. Thank you very much Terry Cullen Chevrolet!!
I like honest dealerships!!
Excellent - Happy Customer
Bob Maples was wonderful!! He made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. I have way less than perfect credit. I spent all day with him. He showed me several cars and was very patient. I could not ask for a better sales person or experience.
I was very pleased - Sybil Culpepper
I was very well please with everything. The staff was very good and the prices were good. I will go back when I need to. They were very helpful with information that I needed. Very well please with my tires with nitrogen
Very happy with the service department .... - LaSonja Blalock
I was really pleased with my results today, I took my car to several places to have a minor situation fixed, my car was reducing speed, and i had bought several parts, people were telling me I had transmission problems, I googled everything i could until I thought I was an mechanic, lol, but one person said take your car to Chevrolet to get an diagnostic, because they will give you the real results, I made an appointment at one of the other locations, but it would be Monday until they got to the car, so a mutual friend told us about Chevrolet on Thornton Rd. drop the car off left keys in the box, they called that morning and Brian was my technician, he told me he would call me in the morning, called me told me it was a simple thing of my tire size that was throwing my traction off.... and I would like to say those guys are great........

Easiest vehicle purchase ever - th67
We worked with Dan and Cody. This was the easiest vehicle purchase we have ever made. They were so easy to work with. They helped us get out of a vehicle with negative equity and into something that far exceeded our expectations.
Excellent, professional, friendly atmosphere - Cledbetter
Your dealership was highly recommended by two immediate family members, one of which accompanied me on the date of purchase. We were greeted upon arriving by Sales Representative George Silva who was friendly, professional and thorough in pointing all features of each car we test drove. Very happy with our experience at your dealership.
Scam artists - Mikejames101
I would stay away from this dealership. They are not upfront with what they are selling and misrepresent their vehicles in a overwhelmingly dishonest manner.
Great experience with purchase. Not sure about service yet - David E Legg
I was pleasantly pleased with the purchase of my truck. I had contacted several sales persons via email and facebook. They had posted adds on facebook. I had located a new truck I was interested in but Riverside didn't have it. I was looking to have it transfered from another dealership. They seemed to just blow me off. I did however stop by and talked with a different sales guy (Lowell). They were busy that morning and short handed. He still took the time to work with me. I bought the truck and he has since called several times to check on me. However I have experienced some issues with the truck cutting out or missing especially when under a load so I took it in for the shop to check it out. After a couple days they called saying they don't notice it doing as I had explained. They asked if I could pull my camper and let a tech ride with me. I did and he saw what I was talking about. It also acted up after I unhooked from my camper. He rode again and saw it as well. They kept it another day and reset the shift set points in the Transmission told me to "drive it like I stole it". Said i was probably driving it too easy. It is still cutting out through 2nd & 3rd gears especially if I'm climbing a hill.
Just purchased 6th vehicle - Grog
What a team ! Even the owner gets involve in the deal! Just purchased my 6th vehicle from Southtown in 20 yrs. Need I say more!
Amazing Customer Service! - KaseyLandeck
Ben Johnson is by far the salesman I've had at any car dealer. I went in looking for just something to get me from A to B after totaling my truck. I came out with a better deal, a BRAND NEW 2017 Equinox, AND a FREE lifetime warranty! If your in the market for a new or used car, suv, or truck. I'm telling you, Ben Johnson is your guy!
Repeat Customer - RaShane
This is the second new car I bought from this Maxie Chevrolet in Loganville within the last 3 years. My Sales Rep came through again for me. The entire process was painless again. I highly recommend using Thaddeus. I always tell him what I am looking for and provide him with as much information as possible so when I arrive, it's a done deal.
Easy car buying experience! - cgoodson99
Recommended by a colleague to check out Mike Bell for my Suburban purchase. Worked with Jordan Bell over the phone and had all of my questions answered and any concerns addressed. The entire process was extremely smooth and I didn't leave the dealership feeling like I had been taken advantage of or swindled out of my money. Jordan had all of my paperwork ready and the vehicle was exactly what we had discussed. When I arrived, I met with David who walked me through the process made sure that all of our questions regarding the vehicle were answered. Mike in finance helped answer several questions and didn't overly push any added services and instead focused on what our desires were. As we were getting ready to drive off with the new vehicle, Jordan stepped out to thank us and shook my hand. I was very impressed with the level of customer service that we received and the fact that we did not feel pressured at any time during this process. I was apprehensive about driving 80+ miles to a dealer when I have one less than 10 miles from my house. I am very glad that we did and will definitely make this dealership my first stop on the next car buying journey.
Snake in the Garden - Adam
took in for engine light. was told before it was either the evap vent or purge solenoid. The Service adviser with tobacco dip in his teeth checked the code and said it was the evap vent. Parts $160 labor $270. Was told by him it was hard to find the part and to change it out because they have redesigned it. I should of done my research before allowing them to do it. It probably took them less than 30 min to finish but charges $270. Saw on youtube later, simple fix. Autozone sells part for $120, amazon $80. Two days later engine light comes back on. Autozone says its the purge valve. Purge valve is plug and play, cost $23.99 at autozone, Autonation in alpharetta charges $200 for the purge valve fix. They use trickery and deceive their customers and over charge them. Had them change my oil while they had it also. When I picked up my truck, oil was leaking from the oil filter. Pathetic. Not going back, and I hope this helps somebody out there.
Very good service - tongtong21
I went here looking for a new vehicle. Travis Golembiewski was an awesome sales rep and really helped us and was very personal and informative, and kept up with us even after we had left and did everything he could to help us achieve what we wanted. We ended up not getting a car here however because the sales manager Luis was a complete jerk to us on the phone and was extremely unwilling to work with us. Travis however kept trying to help us but the damage was already done at that point by Luis and we ended up getting a car from a different dealer.
Top Notch !!! - Djm67
The best Dealership in my opinion, our salesman that I have purchased 7 vehicles from has gone above and beyond. Best Dealership in my opinion
Don't know the definition of SERVICE - scott1978
Ginn Motor Co. will no longer get ANY of my business. Their service department and its personnel are horrible. They do not do work on time, do not contact customers with information in a timely manner, do not work with the specific needs of customers, and create an environment that puts customers at the bottom of their priorities. For example, my husband and I have had extensive waiting periods for my Tahoe with complete disregard for our schedules. A whole day can go by without any word from them about progress. They tell you a few minutes for diagnostics when it's hours. They do not know if parts are in stock or not. They provide no courtesy vehicles and often don't even know if one's available. The list goes on and on. Service is defined as "the action of helping or doing work for someone." They have not learned this at Ginn. They will never receive a penny from me for another job or service, and I am diligently telling people I know what a horrible experience they will have if they work with this terrible institution.
Service Dept user be aware!! - Marco Polo
Two weeks ago I took my 2014 Silverado in for an oil change. Being new to the area I was looking for a dealer that I could rely on. I purchase a new truck every3-4 years for the last 15 years because I drive 50 k miles a year. Before I even talked to a service writer, 2 guys strapped on an alignment machine and told me that my truck was in need of an alignment. Then while in for my oil change the tech came out to inform me my rear disc brakes were shot rotors & pads. They didn't know I work for a tire company, so I told them I would look into the issues. To my dismay I don't need brakes. Everything is within spec. Don't need rotors( they are warring smooth and pads still have a least 6-8 months left. They weren't "SHOT". My alignment was not out as badly as they reported to me. To top it all off the tech left a couple of lug nuts untightened. Guess who is NOT getting any of my future business??? People be aware of these extra curricular expenses at this dealer. They WILL take it from you!!!
