Buying 4x4 longbed Duramax - Chad Castonguay
Staff walked all around the dealership greeting all the customers and greeting and talking to EACHOTHER!! I know I've been saying this over and over but it was the most impressionable part of my experience at Jimmy Britt. The way Jimmy Britt workers treat eachother made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and in good company!! I felt like I was at the backyard BBQ!! Great place! Unmatched staff!! Superior products!!!!
We shopped at all the big city dealers over and over and over and left feeling frustrated every time. We located a truck on Truck Trader at Jimmy Britt and took the hour ride to Greensboro and left with the fine truck!!!
Good Experience - D.Vonier
Just purchased a new truck from RH Chevrolet, Buford. Jesse Brown is who we dealt with. Jesse was very kind, friendly and a local boy from NorthEast Georgia. Jesse worked hard for us to earn our business and we were very pleased with his salesmenship. If he did not know the answer to our questions, then he would find somone who did. I would very much recommend Jesse as your salesmen if your looking for a a new ride. Nice dealership, very friendly staff, beautiful building.
We weren't even looking to buy - jlturner45
We stopped by so my wife could see the size of truck I was wanting to buy next spring and we were apparently in better credit position than we had thought and drive out with a rather nice used truck improving our situation immensely. They didn't try and tricks or play any games, just asked us if we wanted to see where we were at and what we needed to do to get what we were looking for early next year and turns out we'd already done everything needed and would've only gone up from where we were for a better interest rate, but the loan terms were a lot better than expected so we took the deal. This was by far the easiest buying experience we've ever had and thank the Hardy family very much for their easy to deal with dealership.
Excellent buying experience with Dino Hill. - Cheryl08
I knew exactly the car I wanted and Dino Hill searched until he found it. I would certainly recommend Dino and Jim Ellis Chevrolet to anyone searching for a new car. He certainly goes the extra mile to provide a great car-buying experience.

Excellent - Happy Customer
Bob Maples was wonderful!! He made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. I have way less than perfect credit. I spent all day with him. He showed me several cars and was very patient. I could not ask for a better sales person or experience.
I was very pleased - Sybil Culpepper

Quick and Easy - Corie
Both my husband, myself and my mom have all purchased vehicles from Wes Corley at All Pro because he works hard to get you the best price possible! He isn't pushy and we have all left there feeling confident have happy with our decisions to purchase vehicles from him! I highly recommend him if you are looking to buy a car!
Outstanding buying experience - Sportcarguy
I personally highly recommend "Rey Saenz" because he's extremely patient, knowledgeable, helpful sales consultant at AutoNation Chevrolet Northpoint. If you looking forward to a great customer experience please don't hesitate to contact him for your next new car.
New Car - Shaun Firestone
Best car buying experience I've ever had. Great people and great service! They were more than fair on my trade. I would recommend to anyone.
Aaron was truly professional - Cadillac Buyer
One of the very FEW buying experiences I have enjoyed - VERY "untypical" of "car salesmen" reputation and dealership - look forward to purchasing our next vehicles there!
They will bully, yell at you and won't let you leave... - Amanda K.
This is the worse car dealership on the face of the earth, as far as I am concerned. The hide the car's price, force you to sign papers before you can talk to someone about the price of the car and refuse to give back your car keys if you were doing a trade in. I have never felt so scared in my life. The associate, who did not wear a name tag, decided to tell me I couldnt have my keys when I asked for them. I told him it was taking 2 hours to see the actual finance person "in the box" and I was done. He wasn't giving me the APR and wasn't telling me how he make my monthly car payments lower. He reduced my trade in offer from $1000 to $500 for no reason. I had a set offer from Truecar for $8999 and they were originally trying to sell me the car for $14,000. After citing these reasons, I demanded my keys again which he said he would go get. I follow him to get them and he gets his manager, talking to him for five minutes, toying with my keys in hand this entire time. They step out and the manager gets upset, loudly shouting are you kidding me to me and my boyfriend. I said this has taken too long and no one can give me a straight answer about anything. I demand my keys again and he hands them over. At this point, my boyfriend says we are no longer doing business here and turn toward the door. The manager gets even more upset, starts yelling "are you xxxxxxx kidding me?!" and we rush to my car sitting outside as they chase us out. I did not feel safe, I was not taken care of, and I couldn't leave when I wanted. Do NOT come here if you care about any of those things.
Overall it was a great experience buying a new truck - Moose68
The salesman was very helpful and was very knowledgeable of the of the truck I bought. Closing was a pleasant experience as well. The salesman followed up to let me know when I could pick it up at my request.
Goes above and beyond to make you happy. - Satisfied customer
I found this dealership when I was 'googling' around for a local dealership that sold the type of car I was looking for. I had looked at quite a few cars before driving here. Although it was a little further than I had planned to drive, I saw a couple of cars that caught my eye on their website in my price range so I decided to drive over on my day off.
Let me say that I chose to look at a dealership vs. private seller because, even though I was looking for a used vehicle, it has been my experience in both scenarios, that the 'right' dealership will do the right thing by you that a private sale might not be able to or want to. And Riverside did not disappoint.
I was introduced to JR within the first minute of walking in the door and he was a delight. I understand, that is the job of a salesman to be a delight but he really was. In all the correct ways. Not in some of the annoying and really obvious ways that a lot of salesman can be. He was very genuine. Without trying to make a long story longer, there were 2 vehicles that I drove, and wanted, but the price wasn't what I was willing to pay. He offered one of the vehicles to me for what my budget was (and it was a fairly significant difference). He told me about some of the options that would bring the price down. He was able to bring it down without leaving me feeling like I was losing something by taking the deal, frankly. I didn't and don't feel that way today.
And what made my experience with this dealership over the top for me is that when I got home with my new/used car, my husband noticed a very small crack in the rear bumper and a little bit of scruff on the front bumper (paint scratches that I had already noticed). I took it back to JR the same day and showed it to him. He took the vehicle back in, a WEEK later (because I had to go out of town that weekend and was not able to leave it with him the same day). He gave me a loaner vehicle for 4 days (same type of car/year), and REPLACED the bumper as well as touching up the paint on the front end. Again, this was not a new car, it was 2013 vehicle.
I'm sure there is more that I could say about my positive experience there but it is already dragging on. Just know that I would recommend this dealership and JR, when buying a vehicle. He is fair and will work with you to make sure you're happy. I will definitely be back there when I'm in the market for another vehicle.
Added trade in to the price of the car - November3030
My elderly great uncle and grandmother went car shopping with out me unfortunately. They were sold a car at sticker price with a paid off trade in . They were told 3,000 for the trade in . Well they added 3,000 to the price of the car therefore giving them nothing for their trade in . They sold them every warranty they could . I got the trade in back and the warranties removed . This was wrong on so many levels. They should be ashamed.
Wanted a 4 door small truck crewcab - Trader
Von T. Clarke came out of his air conditioned office to see if he could help me. The sun was really bearing down The temperature was about 99 degrees. Von stayed with me for about an hour. We finally found a truck on the back lot. He informed me what the price was. I offered a very low-ball price. He phoned some one that had the authority to lower the price. I bought the truck. Von was really helpful in getting the truck ready for me to pickup.
The whole experience was very good I enjoyed the whole time we were roaming the lot and looking for just the right deal. We went inside to get the paperwork done. We worked with Thomas Williams. Great Guy. He had us ready to go in 10 minutes. Took time to use his cell phone to go to my Facebook Page to look at my 1960 Impala.
Dishonest Sales Manager! - Thomas625
I went to this dealer to check out buying a new car. The sales manager Greg Pointer drove my car to give me an estimate of trade in. Upon leaving, I noticed the release button on my gear shift had been broken and sitting in the console of my car along with broken pieces sitting around the gear shift. I got back out the car to ask what happened because my car was NOT like that when I drove into the lot. The sales manager flat out lied to my face saying it was already like that and it wasn't. Furthermore, he was very, very rude and attempted to walk away from me as I was trying to get answers from him of what happened with my car. He was very rude and I felt he didn't care that he had broken my release button on my gear shift. I don't understand why he would break it when all he had to do was push the button in to slide it into the appropriate gear. His dishonesty about the situation put a very bad taste in my mouth about doing business with this place. I've had my car driven by others for servicing and never once have anyone broken the release button of my gear shift. The even worse thing is for the sales manager to have lied about breaking it and have treated me with a nasty attitude after having questioned him about it. I don't recommend anyone going to this place, but if you do and you have a trade-in, ride along with whomever does your estimate for your car to ensure no one purposely destroys anything in or on it to get you to purchase their vehicle. I've been to other dealers and never once has my release button on my gear shift been broken. That is just dishonesty and I am very disappointed because I expected so much better from this dealership in comparison to the others within the area. My salesperson Brittany was great, but the dishonesty of the sales manager did not earn my business.
Why I didn't purchase from Clay County Oxford - rodrobertson
I made an offer that was accepted for a used car @ the Oxford location. The Oxford sales manager drove my trade in vehicle for 5 minutes and returned telling me that he wasn't sure that he would make it back in my car.
There is nothing mechanically wrong with my car and I would never attempt to trade in a car that was on the verge of a break down.
I was even going to trade a vehicle for less than the kbb.com "fair" dealer trade in value.
The vehicle is more in the kbb.com "good condition" than the "fair" condition.
I asked for my key and left.
It's been a week since I was told my car was about to break down and of course it hasn't.
Today my car has 82k miles on it and if it ever breaks down, I will update this post.
In closing, the salesman Jerry was awesome. It was Rufus that took the commission out of Jerrys paycheck .
Used 2015 Suburban with preexisting "unknown" issues - Avery282
I purchased a 2015 Chevy Suburban in March 2016. For some reason the Onstar system was not connecting to a representative when pressed. The gentleman at Bellamy Strickland said to try when I got home. I tried a number of times. I finally took it in to a local Chevy store to have looked at since the distance from my home was quite a ways from Bellamy Strickland. Finding out the entire onstar system was faulty. Also the gps antenna was needing replaced and had water leaking underneath it. $700 later It was fixed by Rick Hendrick. Please be aware of preexisting issues before purchase. I could kick myself for not having the unit checked out prior to signing the "as is" form. My salesman and finance manager were good. Natalie in BDC was fine. I just am a little disappointed that this pre-existing issue was not reimbursed from the dealer.
Bad Experience - Breakout
The wife and I were in the market for an Impala 2LTZ. Found one we really liked at Ginn Chevy and called to verify the car was on the lot. Also called to let them know we were coming to see the car and work a deal. When we arrived, the sales person took us out to look at the car, and while looking at it, another salesman got the keys and sold the car to a couple that arrived after us. We tried to work a deal on another similar car on the lot, but the dealership would not come off of the MSRP price at all, and was low balling us on our trade. We left there empty handed after several hours and went to another dealership and bought the car we wanted for a great price.
Sales Experience - MarkFosket
I test drove a 2016 Camaro and left my contact information to the salesman. I emailed him the next day and requested more information. I never heard from him. Days later I made an info request online at the Carl Black website. I got a call from the Internet sales person. I asked for more info on the same vehicle. I got a copy of the build sheet the next day. I requested a guote from the same sales person via email. I never heard from her again. I emailed the dealers general manager and related my experience and lack of communication from the dealers two salespeople. Again no response whatsoever. I have to say I've never had an experience like this before. Carl Black needs a new business model. Their current one clearly isn't working. I'd never go back there or recommend them to anyone. Carl Black's Facebook page is a litany of complaints. I can believe it.
advertising about reestablishing your credit - starr

SCAMMED BY THIEVES! - Scammed by thieves.
Fraudulent window sticker on vehicle. Dealer refuses to replace with legitimate car. Filed lawsuit and still no results from dealership. Avoid these crooks and liars.
Incompetent and Manipulative Service Department - camaro69punkin
I am a female and took my car in for new brake pads. The service department replaced my brake pads and turned(machined) my rotors and charged me just under five hundred dollars. Two weeks later I returned to the service department because my brakes were not working properly and occasionally making a grinding noise at which time I was told my rotors need to be replaced at a cost of around eight hundred dollars. There was nothing wrong with my rotors when I took my car in for new pads. I sought a second opinion at another dealership and was informed I did need new rotors but only because my rotors were not turned correctly and were grooved out. I returned to Goodmark Chevrolet once again and was told I had not been driving my car properly and that is what damaged the rotors. My car is still under factory warranty and I have been driving for 30 years and have NEVER had to replace a set of rotors on any vehicle I have ever owned so I think I know how to drive. The service department damaged my car parts in an attempt to make more money and because I am a female thought I would accept their explanation of it being my fault but I didn't. I have since filed a complaint with GM as well as the Georgia Department of Law consumer Protection Agency. I would not recommend this service department to any females because they will attempt to manipulate and take advantage of our lack of autumobile service knowledge. The only solution they were willing to offer me was to reduce the price of the replacement rotors in which I declined because I don't feel I should have to pay for their incompetent employees who damaged my rotors; hence, that is why I filed formal complaints and am waiting for a response.
Service department - Tammie
I had an appointment for a few repairs on my impala . I arrived 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment 10am . At the time I called to make the appointment, I was told it would take approximately 2 hours . I called at 130 to get the progress of the repairs just to be told it has not even gone into the shop yet. I received a call about 330 saying my car was ready but only 1 repair was done because they didn't have parts for the other repairs ,which was suppose to be order prior to the appointment , that's why I made the appointment to give them time to get the parts in . I was not happy to say the least . I will never deal with this dealership again and would never recommend them to anyone , I only rated this a 1 because I had to leave a review
wow I never knew so many people were that rude. - dontbuyfromlibertychevrolet
Ok well if you like being treated like your dirt under some ones nails then come to library Chevrolet. You will have a great time. No one will be able to help you and they will talk down to you like there better then you. Took my 2013 equinox there for a old change and to have them give it a once over. A day later my oil light came on I pulled my dip stick out to my surprise there was no oil. So I called the deal the girl that picked up told me the service department was closed and I need to call back on monday. I asked to talk to someone else she said ok but they can't help you. The nexted person that picked up said the same thing she said to call back on monday. Long story short I now drive a ford and will never recommend library Chevrolet to any one!!!
Terrible in every sense of the world. - Ttfgg
Went in on a Tuesday to have my tire replaced hoping it would be fixed withinh hours........well those hours turned into 48 hours 2days! Was highly displeased with the customer service available my contact nikki crisp was more concerned with walking around fiddling with her phone and twirling her hair to be concerned with my tire issues smh. Every time I checked on a status update it was either we've found something else wrong which will cost extra to replace or we are waiting on a part from another dealership that is 4 hours away. All in all do not give superior chevy your time or business go outside of the metro area for a reputable and classy dealership.
