Great Service!! - ashleyylenora
Lamont was awesome, trustworthy and dependable! Since he's such a personable guy, I felt like I was talking to an old friend, not a car salesman. He was very matter of fact, but not harsh like some salesman can be. I was super nervous about my purchase, since it was my first in a long time but he made me feel very comfortable. Even better, he was still there to answer any questions I had, after I made the purchase, which let me know that it wasn't just about the sale. I highly recommend Lamont and this car dealership!
Great Experience - zachobst
I worked with Jimmy at the dealership to get a 2015 Ram 1500. He was very helpful and even uploaded a video of the truck to YouTube for a full virtual tour of the truck. Very helpful team at the dealership I came in with a competing offer and they worked with me to lower their price. I even came in with a loan offer from my bank with a low interest rate but they got me a lower interest rate through a national, trustworthy bank. Great experience at this dealership.
Great experence - Geraldine
My experience here was AWESOME!!! I am definitely recommending this dealership and my salesmen Ryan Deaton to anyone and everyone. I had a great experience buying my new Malibu from here.
The best in town, the best around! - DuJuan Graham
I want to thank Kelvin Endee at Jim Ellis Cheverlet for helping me get in my dream car. The 2012 Camaro, even with so so credit Kelvin was able to work out this deal thank you guys!
One of the best car buying experiences ever. - robfuller
Chuck Walker and his team was exceptional! The folks were courteous, helpful and we were in and out a lot faster than I expected. Definitely recommend to others.
Excellent experience! - Hallie Pinstein
I was referred to Steve Rayman by a friend of mine. He made sure I was well taken care of. He referred me to his GM, Tim Barnett. He introduced me to Todd Blackstone. I was treated so well and they made the process so easy. It wasn't intimidating. I will definitely recommend this dealership. They treated me like royalty!
Oustanding Experience that I won't forget about!! - Kristina McElroy
The best experience with James Mills and the sales manager Bobby. They went out of their way to go to Florida and get me the car I wanted. It was a better price at Cronic with half the miles. I could have gone down the street to Speedway Ford and got the car I wanted but I didn't because they were determined to earn my business. They put me in a 2013 Ford Edge limited for over 2 weeks while I waited to get my car in from Florida. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else this wasn't the first time buying from them and certainly won't be the last!!!
excellent service - delta

What an experience! - Kellii'sZ71
My husband and I and our 6 dogs are moving to Montana in May and I don't want to move there with a vehicle that was 12 years and a lot of mileage on it, not knowing any reliable mechanics.
I work at Tractor Supply and Lauren Teal is one of my customers we got talking and she suggested I come to see her, so we did. We looked at a couple of trucks and then asked her to do some homework on the best rebates on the trucks that she had on the lot and we arranged to come back on Saturday. She did as she said and on Saturday when we returned she had 3 trucks waiting. We drove the first one very nice and then we talked about 2 and 3 (not needing the expensive rims decided NO on #3) so we drove #2. Lived it also. Came back to the dealership, Lauren put some numbers together presented it then with lateness of the day they said "We are gong of let you take it and we will call you on Monday."
Well what a great St. Patty's Day gift from my husband Lauren Teal, Chason Pendley, Harvey at Andean Chevrolet I was able to purchase my first car the year of my 55th birthday and not only that made buying a truck a much better truck buying experience from the both of us. We tend to stay away from dealers and mall's because we are not the shopping type people.
Thank you Andean Chevrolet in Cumming, GA.
Excellent - Happy Customer
Bob Maples was wonderful!! He made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. I have way less than perfect credit. I spent all day with him. He showed me several cars and was very patient. I could not ask for a better sales person or experience.
I was very pleased - Sybil Culpepper
I was very well please with everything. The staff was very good and the prices were good. I will go back when I need to. They were very helpful with information that I needed. Very well please with my tires with nitrogen
Quick and Easy - Corie
Both my husband, myself and my mom have all purchased vehicles from Wes Corley at All Pro because he works hard to get you the best price possible! He isn't pushy and we have all left there feeling confident have happy with our decisions to purchase vehicles from him! I highly recommend him if you are looking to buy a car!
Outstanding buying experience - Sportcarguy
I personally highly recommend "Rey Saenz" because he's extremely patient, knowledgeable, helpful sales consultant at AutoNation Chevrolet Northpoint. If you looking forward to a great customer experience please don't hesitate to contact him for your next new car.
Best place to buy a vehicle. - chevyman
Purchased a 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500, always receive the best service from Buster Miles. Frank Gibson always goes the extra mile to help a customer.
New Purchase - tmg762
The people at Maxie Price made the car buying process a pleasure. I purchased my first Corvette ever. I love the car and I love Maxie Price.
Very courteous and great staff. - Jencleo720
You can trust Steve and his team throughout the car buying and ownership experience. If you're in the market for a new car, give them a chance to earn your business.
We're very satisfied! - trixie
When buying a car, no one wants pressure. There's none at this dealership. We were asked what we were looking for and shown the merchandise accordingly. We already had a Chevrolet Equinox and were pleased with it. We upgraded to an LT and are very pleased with it. The employees are exceptional.
I'm sticking with NASH - Douggie
I have been buying cars for the family with the NASH dealership since 2009. The purchasing experience is always pleasant because they make every effort to meet your needs and stay within budget. The salespeople, the finance people and the service staff are remarkable. They listen to your concerns and respond with sensitivity. I purchased a 2016 Equinox and I will stick with them for maintenance.
Oh the Games They Play - aldubose
The ONLY honorable and individuals with integrity are the ones in Finance. The sales people as well as sales managers play a million games. Promise you things but don't want to put it in writing. Finance had to force my salesperson to negate the charismatic smoke and mirrors and place the things promised on the we owe. Just don't take their word for anything! Love my car. Hated the experience. Oh-and they sell cars that they aren't able to demo features on. And they're proud of that too! I wrote the owner and have yet to receive a response. I did, however, get a promise from the sales manager which resulted in a $5 gift card from my sales person for my trouble. What a joke. I'm afraid to even take my car back out there for things because I know they're salty from me speaking out against them and forcing them to do what they are supposed to do! Shame! Just beware.
Why I didn't purchase from Clay County Oxford - rodrobertson
I made an offer that was accepted for a used car @ the Oxford location. The Oxford sales manager drove my trade in vehicle for 5 minutes and returned telling me that he wasn't sure that he would make it back in my car.
There is nothing mechanically wrong with my car and I would never attempt to trade in a car that was on the verge of a break down.
I was even going to trade a vehicle for less than the kbb.com "fair" dealer trade in value.
The vehicle is more in the kbb.com "good condition" than the "fair" condition.
I asked for my key and left.
It's been a week since I was told my car was about to break down and of course it hasn't.
Today my car has 82k miles on it and if it ever breaks down, I will update this post.
In closing, the salesman Jerry was awesome. It was Rufus that took the commission out of Jerrys paycheck .
Terrible service. - Wayne
I purchased a brand new Canyon truck around Christmas, the truck has been making a noise. Took it into service where they told me they had to order a part, that was about a month ago. Called in to check on it was put on hold forever then my service writer Shawn told me he would call before the day ended to schedule repair never heard a word....... What is going on at this place is NO SERVICE FOR CUSTOMERS at that rate I am not sure how your company stays in business
Bad Experience - Breakout
The wife and I were in the market for an Impala 2LTZ. Found one we really liked at Ginn Chevy and called to verify the car was on the lot. Also called to let them know we were coming to see the car and work a deal. When we arrived, the sales person took us out to look at the car, and while looking at it, another salesman got the keys and sold the car to a couple that arrived after us. We tried to work a deal on another similar car on the lot, but the dealership would not come off of the MSRP price at all, and was low balling us on our trade. We left there empty handed after several hours and went to another dealership and bought the car we wanted for a great price.
Put 100 unauthorized miles on my Corvette - russ123
Took my 2014 Stingray in for a smudge on the mirror and an oil change. 3 weeks later I got my car back with over 100 miles logged. Service said that my On-star mileage and performance tracking system was wrong. They said they logged it correctly and nobody drove the car. Yeah, sure, On-star is faulty. Had they owned up to joyriding in my stingray and tried to make it right I would've been a lifelong customer. Instead, to deny it and blame a digital satellite system that "erroneously added" 100 miles is not only an insult of the lowest order but plain ignorant.
advertising about reestablishing your credit - starr
Filled out on line application and Mark Sizemore called to and told me to come in and when I got there he wasn't working. Left message to call me and let me know if they could help no one called had to call back service was really bad. Mine you that I had my Gm discount authorization number to use but still was not willing to help me
wow I never knew so many people were that rude. - dontbuyfromlibertychevrolet
Ok well if you like being treated like your dirt under some ones nails then come to library Chevrolet. You will have a great time. No one will be able to help you and they will talk down to you like there better then you. Took my 2013 equinox there for a old change and to have them give it a once over. A day later my oil light came on I pulled my dip stick out to my surprise there was no oil. So I called the deal the girl that picked up told me the service department was closed and I need to call back on monday. I asked to talk to someone else she said ok but they can't help you. The nexted person that picked up said the same thing she said to call back on monday. Long story short I now drive a ford and will never recommend library Chevrolet to any one!!!
Incompetent and Manipulative Service Department - camaro69punkin
I am a female and took my car in for new brake pads. The service department replaced my brake pads and turned(machined) my rotors and charged me just under five hundred dollars. Two weeks later I returned to the service department because my brakes were not working properly and occasionally making a grinding noise at which time I was told my rotors need to be replaced at a cost of around eight hundred dollars. There was nothing wrong with my rotors when I took my car in for new pads. I sought a second opinion at another dealership and was informed I did need new rotors but only because my rotors were not turned correctly and were grooved out. I returned to Goodmark Chevrolet once again and was told I had not been driving my car properly and that is what damaged the rotors. My car is still under factory warranty and I have been driving for 30 years and have NEVER had to replace a set of rotors on any vehicle I have ever owned so I think I know how to drive. The service department damaged my car parts in an attempt to make more money and because I am a female thought I would accept their explanation of it being my fault but I didn't. I have since filed a complaint with GM as well as the Georgia Department of Law consumer Protection Agency. I would not recommend this service department to any females because they will attempt to manipulate and take advantage of our lack of autumobile service knowledge. The only solution they were willing to offer me was to reduce the price of the replacement rotors in which I declined because I don't feel I should have to pay for their incompetent employees who damaged my rotors; hence, that is why I filed formal complaints and am waiting for a response.
Service department - Tammie
I had an appointment for a few repairs on my impala . I arrived 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment 10am . At the time I called to make the appointment, I was told it would take approximately 2 hours . I called at 130 to get the progress of the repairs just to be told it has not even gone into the shop yet. I received a call about 330 saying my car was ready but only 1 repair was done because they didn't have parts for the other repairs ,which was suppose to be order prior to the appointment , that's why I made the appointment to give them time to get the parts in . I was not happy to say the least . I will never deal with this dealership again and would never recommend them to anyone , I only rated this a 1 because I had to leave a review
Terrible in every sense of the world. - Ttfgg
Went in on a Tuesday to have my tire replaced hoping it would be fixed withinh hours........well those hours turned into 48 hours 2days! Was highly displeased with the customer service available my contact nikki crisp was more concerned with walking around fiddling with her phone and twirling her hair to be concerned with my tire issues smh. Every time I checked on a status update it was either we've found something else wrong which will cost extra to replace or we are waiting on a part from another dealership that is 4 hours away. All in all do not give superior chevy your time or business go outside of the metro area for a reputable and classy dealership.
We purchased a new truck from Walsh Chevrolet and had a... - starchief68
We purchased a new truck from Walsh Chevrolet and had a great experience. Valerie, our sales consultant was knowledgeable, pleasant and a joy to work with. The whole Walsh team seemed to have an excellant attitude which probably comes from knowing they're working at a great dealership. Lisa Walsh (the owner) made it a point to see that we were satisfied customers. We were impressed that we were able to quickly get a great deal without the usual game-playing. We highly reccommend Walsh Chevrolet.
