I know, Ironic right? Arthur was really a pleasure to work with. We never felt any pressure or had any questions go unanswered. We purchased a used car from Arthur and the experience was nothing short of great. We even had an issue with some scratches on the hood of the car, which he promised would be taken care of. Not only did he take care of them, he practically had to chase ME down in order to keep his promise. He did everything he said he would and took care of us through the whole process. I will absolutely visit Mr. Pigford again for my next car purchase. Thank you Arthur, it was a pleasure.

Both of these men are consummate professionals, knowledgeable of their products, and honest and straightforward in providing information and answering our questions. I definitely would recommend these men, and the Hennessy dealership, to anyone seeking to purchase a Lexus vehicle.

I have to say my Salesperson, Barry Steinberg was the best part of my dealership experience. Barry and I had been communicating for a few days via phone calls and text messages and developed a special friendship. If I can say the most endearing trait about Barry has to be his great sense of integrity. Simply put Mr. Steinberg has more integrity per square inch than most people have in their entire body; he is truly a model human being, the kind of person you meet in life by good fortune that will help and allow you to be your best self. Every one else at this dealership has been truly kind as well. I highly recommend Mr. Steinberg and Nalley Lexus to anyone wants to have a great sales experience.

Working with Chad was just outstanding!!! He was more of coordinator (than a salesperson), making sure every detail was covered. His post-sale follow up was attentive to just the right measure. He addressed the two very minor issues we had with the speed and accuracy one always desires. I really cannot envision how a purchase experience could be any better than the one Chad provided. I would purchase another car with him again without question.
Stay away from this dealership - Venky
I would give 0 stars if I could. I was warned by my friend when I mentioned to him that I am going to this dealership to buy a new car. He warned me that this dealership's detail department is notorious for screwing up the car and lo and behold I noticed the swirls and scratch marks on a brand new LS460 even before signing the paper work. I should have walked out then. But the dealership assured me it is no big deal and they can buff it out. I left the car with them and didnt even drive that night. Long story short, they attempted to fix this 4 times and the swirls are still present. Yesterday, an independent 3rd party auto business has given me a report of the paint condition (even the clearcoat is damaged while the dealership tried to fix the swirls) but the dealership managers outrightly reject and refuse to acknowledge and correct the situation by doing the right thing. I have driven to this dealership from near Mall of GA 4-5 times. They are the absolute worst when it comes to customer service and by far the worst detail department. So do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealer if possible. At any cost don't let their detail department touch your car. I bought this car 3 months ago and tried my best to not give them a bad review since I hoped they will do the right thing and make this a positive experience for me. Today I was let down again and I had to share this for others so they can make an informed purchase. As a small business owner, I feel bad for writing a negative review but not taking care of an obvious issue and giving a runaround to the customer demands one. I hope the powers to be at Butler Lexus can intervene and remedy the situation instead of ignoring a small fish like me.
