As always, I received great service. My MDX needed an oil change. I brought it in for the express service. I was taken care of immediately. The wait was short. My vehicle was washed and ready to go. Each time I go in for service or have a question, I am greeted with a smile. If my service writer in not present, the others step in to assist me.
Both Michael Jackson and David Haines are "right on top of it".......

Nike provided the perfect balance of courteous and professional customer service. Moreover, her expertise and knowledge of the many features of the 2017 Acura MDX were very informative and most impressive. Nike also communicated with my wife and I via phone calls and emails during and after the delivery of the vehicle as needed to make the entire car leasing process seamless.
My wife and I would highly recommend Nike and Tischer Acura for a professional and seamless car buying experience.

Worst sales manager ever seen in my life - New car buyer
Please DO NOT meet or talk to their sales manager named Girard Wright. He is the worst in terms of talking to the customers/buyers. He doesn't know how to treat new customers, does not show any good mannerisms, no interest in talking to the new customers. Worst manager ever in the car dealership business.
Noris executive management, you have lost 2 new car sales just because of his way of handling new customers so please educate him on how to handle new customers..
