Today I had appointment to change oil and tire rotation for 9:00am. Dropped my car at 8:45,waited inside until 11:00am then ask about my car. They sad to wash my car already long line and returned my car not washed,because they have new washing company. I thought if I have appointment my car should be done on time:60-90 min and should be washed bypassing line of people who came after me just to wash their cars. During my last car wash 2 month ago from my car money (quarters about$1.5) was stolen,my glove box was checked and some items was taken of the seat storage to passengers seat,EVEN crackers was dropped inside on a floor mat,temperature inside changed to hi heat.This is UNACCEPTABLE. It is not LEXUS,it is cheap junk yard with laisy workers.After conversations with managers no result. I bought my car from Len stoller in 2014. Service was great first year,then worse and worse. They need to start take care about castomers.Do it on time or FREE

I picked my vehicle up from being serviced. My paperwork stated the mileage out was 80,162. Upon entering my vehicle my gas light was on and the odometer read 80, 185. When I questioned the service advisor about this I was told they had to do an extended road test. When asked why the mileage was not documented correctly on my paperwork..... no one could answer the question. Extremely poor service especially for a "luxury" dealership. I get treated better at the Toyota dealership when I take my beater Corolla in for service!
