My Rock Star Salesman - Paul Lewis - Lrichardson
I must say my experience with this dealership was outstanding! Like many others, I dreaded the thought of having to purchase a new car but after my old truck died suddenly, then I was forced into the sales world. I have two family car salesman experts who are pushy but incredibly protective of me. But the salesman, Paul Wylie, handled it well.
Paul was so very helpful and patient in working with me AND my two pushy but protective family members - my dad and brother. Though I was there in person, Paul had to comfort my family over the phone via conference call on each part of the deal before I could finalize. Keep in mind they live in Atlanta and my bro manages finance for several Nissan dealerships and my dad sold cars for decades so one can imagine the nature of the conversations. He was SO very patient and flexible. I honestly felt like anyone else would have pulled there hair out from all the back and forth with my family. As the youngest and only girl living away from my family, they are overbearing.
Paul patiently spoke with my dad and brother through each part of the deal and went above and beyond to make certain I was more than comfortable with each part of the process. He truly eased my nervousness about the entire ordeal and understood that I needed and wanted to understand the process fully.
I never felt pressured or haggled in any way nor did I feel pushed in one direction to make a purchase simply to "close the deal." For that, I can't thank him enough and know he was the perfect temperament to handle my pushy/protective family along with my nerves.
I would absolutely recommend anyone particularly women who maybe more nervous to buy a car solo to this dealership. I must say, Paul was a rockstar and should be beyond commended for surviving and yes, even closing the deal with all three of us!

who would have thought buying a first car would be so stressful and such a long process, but Mr. Marshall Nickleberry took good care of me and my partner. he did an awesome job in helping me find the right car for for me that i not only love but can also afford. The whole experience was just amazing, he was very professional yet it was like we were treated like family and that's what my partner and i loved about our experience. he explained everything in fine detail to our understanding. Mr. Brian Breining was awesome too and such a great help! Basic service - transmission flush, oil change, air filters, wiper blades -- good to go for awhile. Used coupon deal and saved a little money. In and out time less than expected. As always the service and sales folks are pleasant and competent to deal with. Center should go for ISO certification.

would not honor an agreed upon price that was given a month prior via email. Will say anything to get you to.the dealership aka promise fake prices

I was in the market to upgrade my 2008 nissan altima to a newer model and found a nice 2015 altima online at Nationwide Nissan. I was disappointed at first because I was told the car I wanted was in stock but it actually wasn't. Mikhail Kurmanov showed me several other similar models in stock, he never pressured me into making any decisions which is what i liked the most. Eventually a settled on a different altima but i was still very content with my experience.

I stopped by to get some information on a Nissan Maxima . I met with Carol Gonzalez she was very sweet, helpful and knowledgeable about the product. she answered my questions and even went as far as allowing me to test drive it home to show my father. spoke with Richard Gordon a finance manager who gave me a lot of information.
I will be back to buy this nice Maxima this week.
I recommend this Dealership to everyone who wants great service and a time well spent.

I love this place, for everytime I visit...the employees make me feel so welcome! John Madden and Mike Cedeno are very thorough and personable. They both work so diligently, to get even those with the worst Credit history, into a vehicle. Their selection of Cars;.SUV's and Trucks, are not 'Lemons' or leftover from things no one else could not sell or no longer wanted. I have a 2013; Java Metallic, Nissan Altima and it is very nice! After being disappointed by other Dearlerships, I realize now, Antwerpen is where I should have gone first! Just recently, Mike Cedeno was able to get a friend/colleague into a nice vehicle. This was after he had been bamboozled by another Dealership. My recent visit on yesterday, February 25th, was for Brake service...I had so much squealing coming from my Brakes...the noise was unbearable. I had the front ones done and my car only makes beautiful sounds! I will return to have the back ones done soon! I recommend anyone, to go to Antwerpen!!!
TERRIBLE Service / Parts Dept. (Timonium Road) - Mickey Mouse
Yesterday, I went into Nationwide Nissan Service Dept. to request a broken plastic clip part for the driver side molding on my car. Ryan looked at the car and stated that he would order two plastic clips for $10.00.
Upon picking up the clips today, he ordered two weather stripping clips which I never requested BUT he said they were missing and costs another $10.00. I noticed the clips for the molding were smaller than a dime , even a chimpanzee monkey could clearly see the plastic clips are the size of a quarter. After requesting a full refund from the woman at the front desk she took the clips and disappeared into the smokey back room for 15 minutes. Upon her return, she asked another woman at the front desk to give me the $20.87 back in CASH which I had paid for the day before. They ARGUED about whether this would mess up the accounting books across the street and that she could not give me cash back for anything purchased over $20.00. REALLY?!! After being thoroughly disgusted with the LACK of QUALITY customer service, I went down the street to Kelly Body Shop who called Nationwide Nissan to see if they could get the plastic clips. They called and were told by Nationwide Nissan Parts Dept., that the clips for that part could NOT be PURCHASED and that I would have to buy a NEW Chrome MOLDING piece for $220.00. I said NO, I'm not doing that.
Kelly's Body Shop told me to go online and purchase the plastic clips from Clips and Fasteners .com and that they would fix the molding for FREE, NOW that's Customer Service!!
Clearly, I was LIED to and misled by Nationwide Nissan Parts Dept. into purchasing the clips that were NOT even available to be purchased and was forced to listen to a ridiculous argument between two employees to an absurd degree JUST to get my $20.87 cash back. UNBELIEVABLE!!
I will NEVER RETURN to that disorganization and chaos EVER AGAIN!!

This place is run by clueless bullies.They harassed my 18 year old son, called the cops on him for opening the door and checking out the inside one of their unlocked used vehicles during normal business hours. I believe they picked on him because he looks young and they thought he wasn't a potential buyer. They lost a potential sale, we bought a car elsewhere.

I purchased a used 2007 Nissan Maxima from this dealership. The sales guy was nice however, the business practices of this dealership is the worst. I traded in a Infiniti G35 when I bought the maxima. Thirty days later the G35 was still not paid off by the dealership eventhough I called them about 3 weeks later because the finance company on the G35 kept calling me about a payment. After several phone calls to RStempler for them to send the payoff to finance company, they finally sent the payment. Well, 10 days later I get a call about being behind 2 car payments on the G35 because the check that RStempler sent had bounced. How in the world does a nationwide dealership bounce a check. There irresponsibility has now caused my credit to be damaged because they didn't pay for the trade in. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone especially if you are trading in a car. It has been a month and a half and my trade in still isn't paid off.
