This was my first time buying a car from a dealer. Corey made this a fun and easy experience. Purchasing a vehicle can be very stressful, this was not the case at Darlings. They were all very nice and laid back. I was able to express exactly what I wanted in a new car, and Corey listened and was able to search to find me what I wanted. The car I purchased was not on the Bangor lot, but Corey had the car there within 1 day. This type of service will keep me coming back to buy vehicles from Darlings for many years to come.

My husband an I went to Lee Credit Now after talking to a friend that works at a branch in Southern Maine an another dealership not being able to get us into another car. I had a 2007 Honda Fit that we still owed money on. I no longer felt safe in an was to small now with us having a almost 4 month old. The salesman Matt H. answered our questions, was personable. TJ the Manager assured my husband he was confident he could get us a loan for a new car. With their work got us approved for a loan an into a car that is going to work for our family for years to come.

Jason helped us find a car that was within our monthly budget which was most important to us, We found a great newer used car and the payments were still a bit high for us and Jason and the manager were able to bring them down so we could afford it. we had our 2 kids with us and we were there for a while but they had a place for the kids play and Jason was very nice and helpful. very great experience i would recommend this place to anyone and to go see Jason!
Displeased with the after purchase Custom service on repairs - Mandm2014
My purchase process was great but After the purchase and a day short of week gone by from my purchase I get a flat in one of my tires that where installed brand new by the dealership repair shop. I called the dealership to ask about a warranty on the tires because they where installed by their shop and hadn't been on the vehicle for more than two months they informed me that they don't offer a warranty from their dealership shops work and there's no warranty from the tire manufacturers. They said the only option I have is to fix it myself without a warranty or submit a claim to my insurance company. I'm displeased with the after the sale service they showed to a returning customer of the dealership. None of this review reflects anything on my salesman Scott cause he can't help if the dealerships management doesn't allow him to.

I can say that the sales man I worked with was great but overall I am not impressed nor would I send anyone there. The first day I had the car I found a needle, tin foil and band-aids in the drivers side door, and noticed the the rubber seal around the windshield wasn't put in properly. When I went back, I told them about the disgusting find and asked if they would put the windshield in correctly. I was told that it would be fine and it was because of an aftermarket seal...that only if I had leaking problems in the next few weeks then to get a hold of them. I also did not get even a sorry about what I found in the car. It's too bad that they had an opportunity to have a customer who would have promoted for them who now wouldn't send anyone to them. I hope you read this because sorry and what seems to me like a quick fix is what separates a good car dealer from the not so good ones.
