This was the first dealership where the sales staff didn't pounce on us after entering the front door. They gave us breathing room, that was nice. I came back the next day to receive an estimate on my trade in vehicle. They gave me a good trade in deal and we left with a 2017 Acura MDX. We love the car. Thanks Sam.

Mike Doherty was the easiest car salesman to deal with I've encountered in over 30 years of buying or leasing. On my second lease deal working with Mike. He knew cars well, thought of some things I should consider for my benefit before I did, and worked to iron out any issues on multiple phone calls. He gave me a fair deal without needing to go through lots of hoops.

Just leased a RDX recently and received exceptional services from Randell, he was easy going, very friendly and helpful, didn't give me hard time in the price negotiating. I felt very comfortable for the first time being at the negotiating stage of the any deal. He didn't kept me waiting for long, came back with price response quickly. I was able to get a good deal. Kind of late on writting this review. I brought my new ACURA RDX from acura of auburn in April 2016. I have dealt with a lot of dealers in the new england area.but these guys definitely rank at the TOP. Highly recommend ACURA of AUBURN.

Worst Service Department - Car123
I brought my car in for an airbag recall. When i received my car back it had the airbag light on. The dealership originally refused to fix it. As soon as i completed the survey i received i heard from an associate there looking to fix the issue. We spoke a few times and when it came time to arrange the pickup of my car for them to fix he disappeared and never heard from him again. I left multiple voicemail's and never received a call back. Finally I was connected directly to him and he recalls the situation perfectly however blamed the fact his extension changed. He now will not stay true to his word and fix the issue that the dealership caused. Do not trust bringing your vehicle there for any type of work as you will get it back with an issue that you did not have prior to arriving there.

Bought a 2012 with 17k miles used from here. We inspected the car and noticed a few minor scratches and door dings before purchasing however the car was so dirty from Salt dust we never saw the underlying severe hail damage. After driving all the way back to maine for the credit union financing and returning just 10 minutes before closing and after giving him the check and finding the car which was (hiding) under the garage. I noticed the hail damage. Spending much time in Colorado I knew how big a deal this was. Thats like 1500-2k damage. My daughter so happy, smiling, and them closing, as well as us leaving the house at 5 am and tired we drove away.
Sorry but that should have been disclosed!!! I never expected the need to look for hail damage. And especially at an Acura dealer. You couldn't see it when it was dirty. I am upset with management for even selling this on their lot. And couldn't take the title fee off? Really? They didn't pay squat for that car. Well we did. My daughter is still smiling and we filled their pockets. Every dealership is the same.
They notified us the car was as is 3 times. So my fault? Maybe. You decide!
