90K Service - KenSchwartz
The 90K service is quite long and extensive. The dealer offered a loaner car without me asking which I thought was great so I could get other things accomplished.. One unexpected expensive repair and one minor repair was discovered during vehicle inspections. The dealer did the minor repair at no cost and discounted the unexpected repair 15%. The part was not stock, so they told me to keep the car another day and the car was ready 9AM the next day. Starbucks coffee, wifi, various granola bars made the necessary evil bearable.

This was my first Acura dealership visit. Prior to my Acura visit, my wife and I looked at five other SUV's.
This was the first dealership where the sales staff didn't pounce on us after entering the front door. They gave us breathing room, that was nice. I came back the next day to receive an estimate on my trade in vehicle. They gave me a good trade in deal and we left with a 2017 Acura MDX. We love the car. Thanks Sam.

Just leased a RDX recently and received exceptional services from Randell, he was easy going, very friendly and helpful, didn't give me hard time in the price negotiating. I felt very comfortable for the first time being at the negotiating stage of the any deal. He didn't kept me waiting for long, came back with price response quickly. I was able to get a good deal. I felt very comfortable for the first time being at the negotiating stage of any deal. After the deal was done, he followed through and being very responsive with my questions while I was waiting for approval. He also offered personally deliver the car to me. Kind of late on writting this review. I brought my new ACURA RDX from acura of auburn in April 2016. I have dealt with a lot of dealers in the new england area.but these guys definitely rank at the TOP. Highly recommend ACURA of AUBURN.

Worst Service Department - Car123
I brought my car in for an airbag recall. When i received my car back it had the airbag light on. The dealership originally refused to fix it. As soon as i completed the survey i received i heard from an associate there looking to fix the issue. We spoke a few times and when it came time to arrange the pickup of my car for them to fix he disappeared and never heard from him again. I left multiple voicemail's and never received a call back. Finally I was connected directly to him and he recalls the situation perfectly however blamed the fact his extension changed. He now will not stay true to his word and fix the issue that the dealership caused. Do not trust bringing your vehicle there for any type of work as you will get it back with an issue that you did not have prior to arriving there.
Not transparent - WCGSJR
Salesman stated price on vehicle was non-negotiable, market price. Very transparent he said. When we stated believed over market price and was ready to leave he got on his computer and low and behold the Internet price was almost $1500 less. What a shock! We believed he was hoping to get us to buy the car at the higher price knowing what the Internet price was. What he didn't know was, we knew the Internet price too. Would not trust or do business with any Prime. Bought same type vehicle later that same day.
