Great Sales - Walter
This was my first Acura dealership visit. Prior to my Acura visit, my wife and I looked at five other SUV's.
This was the first dealership where the sales staff didn't pounce on us after entering the front door. They gave us breathing room, that was nice. I came back the next day to receive an estimate on my trade in vehicle. They gave me a good trade in deal and we left with a 2017 Acura MDX. We love the car. Thanks Sam.

I am on my 3rd MDX from this dealership... overall they are very helpful. When I got into an accident on Christmas eve, they helped me out and I had my car towed there. Overall happy w service too, I get ALL my oil changes etc there. The staff is very nice and they try to help. Jimmy was very responsive, which is huge. I can email and text him and he gets right back to you. Jim Brown usually is helpful too.
One area to improve is to try to provide a fully integrated end to end service. So I buy/lease my car there, I get all my service there, and most recently had the body shop do the repairs there after my accident. While each group does very well, they don't think across their own silos... for example I had to call the body shop to ask them to get the oil change done before picking up the car (just as one example)... then they didn't know I had a service plan so not to charge me for the oil change. In a perfect world they'd be organized around the customer and provide a seamless end to end experience.
I am due for another least this year and will likely return there!

Went in for an oil change and diagnostic for my MDX. Got a loaner from them while my car was being looked at. Ben called me as soon as he found out what the issues were. Was very informative with me and explained in detail including cost. Kept in touch with me in the days to follow and called me as soon as my car was done. Followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was going good with the car which is was. Overall very satisfied with the customer service and work done.

Just leased a RDX recently and received exceptional services from Randell, he was easy going, very friendly and helpful, didn't give me hard time in the price negotiating. I felt very comfortable for the first time being at the negotiating stage of the any deal. He didn't kept me waiting for long, came back with price response quickly. I was able to get a good deal. Honest dealership - 14honda crv
Called about a used car that I saw on Car Fax . Talked to Zach Reed and was told there was a mistake on the internet and it did not have the navigation that was advertised. Because of his honesty my wife and i took the 65 mile ride to look at the car and end up buying it at a good price. It was a pleasure dealing with him and the dealership seemed very professional .

I bought a used car through Prime Accura North and had small issue with a nail in the tire causing the low tire pressure indicator to go on right when I drove off the lot. Technically this was my responsibility to fix but when I brought it back and told them about the problem they were quick to fix it and apologize for the inconvenience. I appreciate them doing the right thing. I love my new car!
Worst Service Department - Car123
I brought my car in for an airbag recall. When i received my car back it had the airbag light on. The dealership originally refused to fix it. As soon as i completed the survey i received i heard from an associate there looking to fix the issue. We spoke a few times and when it came time to arrange the pickup of my car for them to fix he disappeared and never heard from him again. I left multiple voicemail's and never received a call back. Finally I was connected directly to him and he recalls the situation perfectly however blamed the fact his extension changed. He now will not stay true to his word and fix the issue that the dealership caused. Do not trust bringing your vehicle there for any type of work as you will get it back with an issue that you did not have prior to arriving there.
