I dealt with Gary Crane only over the phone! As most of you know Saleman typically try to get you to the dealership to pressure you into the sale face to face! I had no time for this, so we did our negotiations over the phone! He was easy to talk with and was extremely accommodating! I had a 40 minute window to get in see my new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and sign all of the paperwork due to my next meeting, well Gary and his team had everything ready when I got there!! We met our new car and drove it to my next meeting in 30 minutes! I buy a lot of cars and this was the fastest purchase I had ever experienced!! Thank you Gary!

I just purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited and I absolutely love it. My salesman was Vidong Pich. He was so accommodating and friendly. He took personal pictures of the car for me before I took an hour ride up there to look at. He was very knowledgeable of the car and all the features. When I went it pick it up he took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked. The entire car buying process was made easy. Even the finance guys were super nice! I would definelty reccomend this place.

Here is a quick scenario as to what happened - I came in to the dealership to look at a truck that I had seen online - it was a beautiful Dodge Ram 1500 - Maroon - 2016 - 10,000 miles on it - exactly what I was looking for with a great price. I was happy to have found this truck as I had been looking - and also I was happy to be able to give my business to another local business and a local salesman. SO, long story short is I had come in spoke with Solomon(Great Salesman) and had taken the truck out for a test drive - during the test drive I had called my wife to tell her how great Solomon was as a Sales Man and how much I loved the truck - we had decided to buy the truck. Next, what happens is what is so appalling - another Sales man came over to the desk and asked Solomon where the keys were for the truck - Solomon stated that he had the keys on the desk as he was in the middle of talking numbers about this truck with me. As, I said I was going to buy this truck - but of course we needed to talk numbers - I needed to see what you were going to give me for my truck and what the truck I was going to buy was going to be priced at. This sales man assured Solomon that there was no problem at all and not to worry that he was just going to let this other couple take the truck for a test drive. Solomon and I both just looked at each other in awe - but what were we to do - this man said it was just for a quick test drive. NEXT, the sales man went over to a man named Jake (whom I believe is your Sales and Leasing Manager) and that is when I could tell something very shady was going on. Solomon had left to go talk number about my truck and came back to me with a very low ball number of $5,000.00 - let me just tell you when I pulled up my truck numbers before I came the lowest price that I would have come up for my truck was $10,000.00 and that was if it was in horrendous shape! At this point I said to Solomon that I knew that something was happening with the truck that I was planning on purchasing - with the talking and looking over at me and the low ball of the number I definitely knew that they( Jake and the other Sales man) were trying to sell the truck to the other party - right from under me -the other party whom came in after me - took the truck that I had already taken for a test drive- the truck that I was negotiating numbers with - the truck that I had already told my wife I was buying - and sold it to the other party! Not only did they do this to me they also Stole money from a fellow co worker!! Solomon had lost a sale - and not just one sale - several sales - I always find a dealership and buy all of my vehicle from that same place - now that I was planning on changing over from a Ford to a Dodge - I would have come to this dealership for not only this sale but also for the other 2 vehicles that I was in the near future planning on buying for my 2 children whom just got their license.
What happens next is Solomon went back to Jake whom told Solomon that they sold the truck to the other couple! Are you kidding me! And then they tried to have in talk me into a Lease! I walked out! What horrible customer service is this!
Now, the funny part - I receive a call yesterday afternoon from Jake - whom left me a message telling me he was wrong about what my truck is worth and ask me to give him the courtesy to call him back. REALLY! -his words :I have now talked to a couple different wholesalers who are most interested your truck!
This happened now 2 weeks ago - this is most of the letter that I wrote to the OWNER Mr.Kardon and also copied the BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Ms.Fanfa - the only one I heard back form was one phone call from a Chris Diaz - asking me why I was unhappy on a voice mail - I have now called this man back 3 times to no return call - and have messaged the owner back again to no response!

I had been in the market for a 2017 Charger Scat Pack for several months. However, no dealers around had what I wanted with the specific options and color I wanted. I also could not wait for a vehicle to be ordered, built, and shipped to a dealer, as my old car would be going to a relative desperately in need of a car. Using various websites (Dodge, Autotrader, etc.) I found 2 exact duplicates with the options and color I wanted. I went to my preferred dealer who services my car (I won't name names here) and asked if they could get either one of the 2 I found, one being in NJ, one in OH. They said it was a bit far for them, but they'd give them a call and check, but said they'd try to put an order in for one and see if it would get a delivery date with a quick turn-around. I reluctantly agreed to that.
5 days later, no calls back from them, I called and the general manager answered my call. He said neither dealer would let go of the cars I found, but also stated he didn't feel right making a that kind of swap/deal for a car and having to drive it back that far, sighting possible damage that could occur. He then stated FCA would not allocate/do an order for a 17 Scat Pack, and asked if I'd like to do an order for an R/T. I told him I made it very clear I wanted a Scat Pack, and nothing else. I had some time to play with, so I decided to wait. Talking to a friend and former co-worker at another Dodge dealer I mentioned about what the first dealer said about not being able to order one, and their reluctance to do a swap far away. He offered to check on the ordering of one, and also see if he could get one of the 2 I found. He called me back a day later, stating 2017 Charger ordering was actually completely closed, that they were already taking orders for 2018 models, and the 2 dealers said no to a swap. I thanked him and went back to waiting.
A month later, with much less time left to wait, I searched the Dodge website again. I found that another local dealer just had 4 Scat Pack orders come in, but all were missing a sunroof, which wasn't really a deal breaker for me, 2 in one color, 2 in another color. I went back to the first dealer, and asked if they could get one of them. They said they'd try. I called back everyday, and they stated they had to leave a message with a manager of the other dealer of the car they wanted. They said they were waiting for a call back everyday, after a week they called back and said the other dealer had sold it. However, the car was still on their website for sale, so I called them directly, and they said it was still for sale.
I went down there, road tested it, was almost ready to buy it, but they would not budge on the price. There was a specific incentive they would not honor, so I asked for a small amount extra off. The salesman went on to say how they were "transparent" showing the price of the car with the incentives, and they'd be loosing money if they accepted my offer. I left that day, 2 days later they called me back, asking if I was ready to start the paperwork yet. I asked if they were going to accept my offer, they said no, so I declined. The next day they called back again asking if I'd agree to half of what I wanted off extra, would I buy the car. I told them I'd think about it. The next day they called back and I told them half wasn't enough, no thanks. I only wanted an extra $1,000 off, nothing more than that, but they were more concerned in making extra money on the deal.
I tried my friends dealer one more time, asking him to try the car in NJ again, and 2 more elsewhere. All 3 were a no, the one I really wanted in NJ stated they had a deposit on the car and even if they didn't, they wouldn't let it go. Talking with another friend a day later, they referred me to Bobbi Sistrunk at Central in Raynham. They had bought their Scat Pack Challenger from her, and said that they could probably find one if they didn't already have it.
So I talked to Bobbi, she was a car enthusiast much like me, and stated her manager Ryan Albert was very good at getting a hard to find car. I eMailed her a specific list of the car I wanted, the color choices, and the options and packages desired. By the next day, she eMailed back a copy of a window sticker of a car they found. I immediately recognized it to be the car I wanted at the dealer in NJ, and mentioned that they didn't want to let it go up to this point. She stated Ryan had dealt with that dealer before, and he could probably pull it off. We got the price of the car agreed to, (they honored all of the incentives I qualified for) and I only had to provide a minimal deposit for them to get to work.
Like my friends dealer, they told Central there was a deposit on it, but the person trying to buy it was trying to get financed and wasn't having any luck. If that deal didn't go through, they said they would agree to a swap. It took probably around 2 weeks, maybe less, but the deal in NJ fell through, and Central got the car. I was psyched! I went down and looked at the car, it was what I wanted and more, so Bobbi set me up with Tom Lombardi the finance manager, and I did all of the paper work in only 10 minutes. He explained everything clearly, and gave me the final amount the bank check had to be made for. I met Ryan and thanked him for his diligence in getting the car. I went back the next day and dropped the check off.
The following Monday, I took delivery. They even were able to get the new version of the NE Patriots plate which were/are on backorder from the registry! I even got a free Scat pack hat! Bobbi showed me the features of the newest radio they now offer, I had one small problem pairing my phone to the bluetooth system, but it was just a glitch with my phone, and I got it to pair later on.
If I'd had just gone to Central in Raynham in the first place, I would have had my car allot sooner. You could say they pulled off a miracle even! I will definitely recommend Bobbi and Central of Raynham to anyone looking for a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram!
