The Dealership was a distance for us, but easy to get to. The dealership was clean in appearance and well organized. We found the car over the internet. Our first phone call was with Brian. Brian was very helpful over the phone and seemed excited and happy to help. During our visit to the dealership, Brain made sure to visit with us while we were there. He thanked us for coming and stated not to hesitate to call if we needed anything. The salesperson that we met, "JP", listened to our car needs and was happy to help. JP greeted us with a smile and made sure that we were well taken care of. We bought a 2015 Dodge Dart. We met with Lanre, the business manager, to finalize the paperwork. Lanre greeted us with a smile and a firm hand shake. He thank us for coming in and purchasing the car. He went over the final paperwork and answered any questions that we had. He was friendly and made us feel welcome.
After our initial visit, I spoke with JP over the phone to take care of some loose ends. He had already taken care of our needs and looked forward to seeing us again to pick up the car. While picking up the car, JP had the car detailed read to go. He provided us with a full tank of gas and wished us well with the car. During our departure, JP stated that if we needed anything he was there for us and happy to help. I felt very reassured. Great visit, nice people and no pressure. I would definitely buy a car again from this dealership.

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had, and I've bought a lot of vehicles. When I inquired about a used truck I was interested in, I was told it was still available, given a price and was told it would be gassed up and ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Very informative through the whole buying process. Carly and Mark were on top of their game. I felt I was given a fair price on the used Silverado and a very fair price on my trade in. No hassles and no pressure. Would recommend this dealership to family and friends.

My Jeep wouldn't start after pumping gas at the Charleton Service Center on our way to Cape Cod. We (me, my friend and my 113 lb. Golden Retriever) were towed to Herb Chambers in Millbury, MA, since it was the closest Jeep dealer. The service center was fantastic. Brett Coleman, the service manager, was so helpful and calm. He even offered us pizza while we waited since it was lunchtime and they had some extra in the shop area! Everyone made us feel so comfortable and welcome while we waited, even my dog. Brett squeezed our service in and they determined it was the battery. Within a couple hours, we were back on the road. I wish they were closer! I would definitely recommend bringing my car for service here. They are friendly, knowledgeable and explained the service provided and the reason for the problem. Thank you again to the service team at Herb Chambers/Millbury. You turned a nightmare road trip into a pleasant experience!

I just purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited and I absolutely love it. My salesman was Vidong Pich. He was so accommodating and friendly. He took personal pictures of the car for me before I took an hour ride up there to look at. He was very knowledgeable of the car and all the features. When I went it pick it up he took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked. The entire car buying process was made easy. Even the finance guys were super nice! I would definelty reccomend this place.

Over the last few months I've been to numerous Jeep, Nissan, and Toyota dealerships in both MA and NY. But I finally found the vehicle that I had been searching for at Central Jeep. I was paired up with Elden Ip and I couldn't have had a better experience. Elden was personable/professional/knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help me obtain everything that I was looking for in my Jeep. Through this experience I feel as though I gained a friend which was evident when I contacted Elden to ask for advice/help my mom deal with an issue that she was going through at a local Toyota dealership. He stayed late and took the time to help my mom and get her out of the bind that she was in.
I also had the pleasure of working with Everette in finance. He was also instrumental in making my car experience what it was. He explained everything and all of my options, and even stayed late to help get my paper work in to ensure that I could pick up my car the following weekend without having to spend the whole day there.

They delivered the car dirty, without a spare set of keys and with substantially more mileage than listed on the bill of sale. So many miles we had to rewrite the lease agreement to reflect the new amount. The told me they lost the spare set of keys and then wanted me to pay for another set. The sales manager reminded me of a tweeker. Their sales team constantly send me spam emails even after I have called and written to be removed.

My name is Phil and I recently went to Allen Mello Chrysler in Nashua, NH to look for a car for my 16 year old son. I wanted a car that was used, low-mileage, sporty looking, fully featured with all-wheel drive. As soon as I pulled into the dealership and got out of my car, I was greeted by Jim Kacavas, the General Manager, who was standing outside the front door. After a very warm and extremely professional greeting, he introduced me to one of his salesman, Andrew Davis. I was immediately impressed with Andrew because of his professional demeanor and his approach to asking what kind of car that I was looking for. After letting him know my requirements, he took the time to walk me through the car lot and point out the various cars that met my requirements. I was most impressed with a blue 2016 Chrysler 200s. Andrew was perceptive enough to recognize that this was an important decision for me and given the fact that my son’s life would be dependent on safe transportation, Andrew took the time to answer all the many questions that I had about the car. Andrew let me test drive the car until I was completely satisfied. There was a short punch list of some very minor issues that needed correction, but Andrew took note and his customer service team fixed the issues quickly. So, I bought the car. I must say that the 2016 Chrysler 200s is a shockingly awesome car! In my opinion, it drives as well as any BMW 3-Series. Needless to say, I’m extremely happy with my purchase, but I digress…back to Andrew…what Andrew didn’t know was that I had been a executive level salesman for over 30 years and, in a former life, I built engines for a drag racing team based in Ohio. So I know something about sales and cars. I’m very pleased to say that all of Andrew’s answers to my questions were professional, on point and accurate. So, if you are looking for a great car, I strongly recommend that you check out the great folks at Allen Mello Chrysler, especially Jim and Andrew! In case you were wondering…yes…my son absolutely loves the car!!!
