Great Experience - susangard
The experience between me as a car shopper and the dealer Brian Mahan was excellent he was easier and more pleasant than anyone I have ever worked with while shopping for a car. He was able to alleviate all of the anxiety involved in making a purchase, (no pressure) I told him which car I wanted and he got it done. Great experience from start to finish. I strongly would recommend this dealership.
Friendly and Helpful - Carbuyer1791
This was a polite, easy, and straightforward experience. Our dealer, Dan Curboy, was very helpful and ready to tell us whatever we wanted to know.
Dustin was great in getting my problem corrected, - dlavoie
From the initial consultation with Brandi, to the completion of the work dealing with Dustin. Everyone was very courteous and professional. I like it when you service is explained to you clearly and concisely and the estimated cost was right on. I will continue my relationship with Tulley GMC thank you Dick Lavoie
Easy lease transaction - chandlersattic
I just purchased a 2017 Buick Encore lease from Mastria Buick (my second one). Mike T made the transaction so easy! He handled every detail professionally and explained exactly what what would be involved....no tricks, no double talk.
Mike also had the car ready when he said he would, and helped me set up the latest version of communication technology in my new car.
I've really enjoyed all of my purchase and service experiences at Mastria Buick. Everyone is very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Thanks Mike, Vinny & Dave
Highway Emergency - Buickguy1968
earlier this summer while traveling on Route 3 south I had an electrical issue with my car and could not shut the car off. I drove to the nearest Buick dealer and was turned away, so I drove to Battles and they not only assisted me right away, the service people were great! ordered my parts and additional needed repairs were done quick. I will be back to Battles in the future.
Ask for Mike Porter - GMC Expert - alexan72
My sales experience with Mike Porter was exceptional. It was both an educational and pleasant car buying experience end to end. Mike was extremely professional, easy to work with and deeply knowledgeable about the GMC product line. He is a truly genuine guy that went above and beyond to offer service and explain every feature/option to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I have had some additional questions post delivery and he continues to be supportive and helpful after the sale. He is the person you hope to meet when buying a new car but rarely do. He is committed to providing a great customer experience and I will be sure to refer people to Mike Porter and Moore GMC. Thanks Mike!
Vendetti Motors Great value No nonsense - Anna Mendes-O'Leary
I just purchased a new 2016 Buick Encore. We had the time and we were not in a rush to buy so we visited many dealerships in our area including other competitors like Ford,Toyota, Honda to check out their inventory and what value they had to offer. WE chose Vendetti Motors for their honesty, no games, no nonsense prcing, no pressure, and best value for the money. I would highly reccommend Vendetti Motors.

On time and accurate - Ace is the place
Molly Rouille, service advisor, knows my car and is always giving accurate, on time service.
I purchased my car at another dealership but the service department was too much like a factory.
Lance has the personal attention and accuracy that you want. I will shop for my next car at Lance.
RUN AWAY - betty123
Was more than a little disappointed to find out about the change in management. After dealing with a smuck Alan in finance with my sales rep Anthony, I had to walk out. He was SO clueless and his over-jovial attitude just made things worse, as if trying to mock me and placate me for his mistakes, it was absurd. It was clear they are only there to make money and push people into rush decisions Because of Alan I can confidently say I will never buy chevy again.
Can leasing really be a satisfying experience? - PennyAcme
At Prime it is.
I had been to a couple of GMC dealers and they were all the same. All they cared about was selling me a car, any car. All I could think was that I was a victim of a "Glen Gary, Glen Ross" type of conspiracy. It was terrible and frightening. But I was sure I wanted a Terrain, so I looked arounf and found Dealer Rater that gave Prime GMC a lot of excellent reviews.
I was happy to find that Prime GMC is affiliated with Prime Inifiniti. I had bought a used car from Prime Inifiniti and it was surprisingly good, so I went to Prime GMC with intentions of leasing a Terrain.
At the dealership I was able to walk around without getting harassed by any hovering buzzards. I was even in the showroom for ten minutes just getting comfortable in the backseat of a Terrain, when Mark Beecher introduced himself with casual conversation. He was not practicing the ABCs according to Alec Baldwin.
Oh no, Mark Beecher's only concern was my happiness. He, and Prime, finally figured out that happy people will buy cars without having to go through turmoil and fear. He never even said that we better act fast because these deals won't last. I couldn't stay long and when I left Mark never asked for my phone number. Another salesman at another dealership figured out my phone number from my driver's license, which he used to relentlessly bombard me with inflated ( and maybe fictional) incentives to buy from him.
Mark is nothing but an honorable gentleman dedicated to making friends and building trust. He made sure that I got the exact car I needed and wanted at a fair price. A price that I'm sure could be beat, but I'm happy with my deal. He sent me over to see Ravi McDonnell to help with the finance, who is also a gem of a guy.
We are a two-car family. We plan to lease another car in 18 months, and I'll trade this one in 18 months after that. We expect to get the next car, and the ones after that, form Mark Beecher at Prime GMC, with Ravi McDonnell handling to numbers.
Worst car buying experience ever... - pja970
I will say this dealership is the definition of your stereotypical used car dealership. If you want a deal full of hassle, and a deal that is difficult in every sense then shop at Westborough GMC. I have bought a lot of vehicles in my day and I know how it works. This is by far the worst dealer I have ever dealt with. It makes me not only never want to buy a GMC again, I may never buy an American car again.
I work in the customer service business and live by the words, "the customer is always right." I don't think anyone but the one girl in service has even heard this phrase, never mind care about it at all.
Sales team is great and willing to work you! - Pcampbell
This is the second car I purchased in two years can't say enough good thing about the sales team! Willing to work with you in every aspect
Terrible service on repairs and recalls - difficultywithacadiaservice
I own a 2010 Acadia which I bought from Robinson's GMC. There have been a number of recalls. I have brought my car in for scheduled repairs only to be told that the parts are not available. I now have a check engine light issue. I Goggled the code and learned that there were defective parts. GMC increased the Warranty on this item to 10 years and 120,000 miles. No one notified me. When I called the dealer to confirm and get it repaired, I was grumpily told to schedule an appointment and "we will see". I had to demand that he look it up first so I did not go to another appointment 25 minutes away just to be told whether my information was correct. I also received a notice on a liftgate recall which stated that it "may close unexpectedly, injuring you or your loved ones". I asked him about that. Again, his response was abrupt saying "that is all set" I had to ask 2 or 3 times. First he said it was all set on my car. When I told him it wasn't fixed he then said the notice was wrong and there is no issue. I have no confidence in him and will call GMC directly.
Poor Customer Service!!! - kaylapercy14
I had recently had an issue with my 2014 Cruze and had to have it towed to Diamond on Thursday. They returned my car to me same day saying it was the negative battery cable (which is a common issue for the Cruze). Only a few hours later, my car started acting the same way it did before it was brought there so I brought it back. Next day, Friday, they looked at it again and replaced the battery. Josh called me up and assured me that my issue was resolved. Sure enough, Saturday morning it was still having issues. I called both Josh and the General Manager, leaving messages to both of them requesting they call me back. It is now Tuesday and I have not heard from either of them! I brought my car to a different Chevrolet dealership and they were able to diagnose the issue within a day. Considering I work at a different car dealership myself, I know what the process is and what kind of service I should be receiving and I was VERY dissatisfied! I would NOT recommend this service department to anyone...
Soooo simple! - Michael Stone
I was in a 1/2 ton lease with a year remaining. I had purchased a new camper and was told it would pull my new camper and was shy by a few thousand lbs. So I needed a 3/4 ton and went to talk to them about it and Baam... Within hrs I was driving my new 3/4 ton truck. Awesome job guys. Thanks again!!
Should've read the reviews first...... - AWG5577
Disappointed, extremely unprofessional, poor communication and completely disorganized. Wanted to do business locally, ended up buying a Ford instead. Sad thing is I really liked the GMC better. Doesn't matter, from the looks of it they don't care about or read these reviews anyway.

Great Service, unexpected surprise - foodie42
I was really surprised at the excellent attention that was demonstrated by Rob Wayburn & Andrew. I wanted a preowned car within a certain price range. My first experience was with Robert several months prior, unfortunately I was unable to find anything at the dealership. Robert took my information and promised to notify me if anything comes in. At this point I was use to this being the last time I'll ever hear from a sales person. Pre-owned cars are a hit or miss issue as it is. To my great surprise, Robert called several months later with a potential car that will meet what I was looking for. SEVERAL MONTHS ! Rob, was attentive and kind, I actually ended up purchasing not the car Rob called about ( it did meet my needs ), but, a slightly more expensive car. I couldn't be more please with my experience as well as the car. I was treated very fairly & respectively. I has some minor issues that I wanted repaired or replaced. I went to Rob, he walked me to the service department & introduced me to Rich in the service department to make sure I knew who to go to. Rich was also friendly & very patient as I tried to explain my issues. Not a problem well take care of it. Even though this is not a GM product, I will continue to have my car serviced at this dealership. I just can't tell you how great my experience has been with Cape GM, Rob should be commended for his outstanding customer service skills, thus , making this dealership stand out more than others I have experience.

After visiting many of this dealers competition, we stopped in to check out a Kia. Got to tell you, it was something that I really just wanted to check off my list. BUT, after meeting this staff this dealership went to the top of my list. We were treated great! Offered very affordable terms and our time was valuable. Great job to this crew!!! Well above and beyond any dealer in the area. Great friendly and comfortable environment.

I went today to their new dealership located at the old Mitsubishi in Portsmouth was looking to lease a new CTS coupe
Was ready to sign and drive as I came to Portsmouth for my niece birthday and I had to go back to NYC for a consultancy and wanted to lease a new car as I lost mine in NYC during sandy
Did get some quotes before going in and had an idea on how much I should spend
The sales person was great and friendly
First red flag was that i emailed them through the cadillac website and their website and no one answered which is weird in a business that kilsl for leads.
i tried to negotiate and the sales associated was nice and understanding while the sales manager did not come to try to close the deal and went to the door to use his judgement buy looking and overhearing and they let me walk out of the door without really trying
I have worked as a sales person and interned as a sales management before earning my MBA and was surprised that they let me walk without even trying.
Will leave tomorrow to NYC buy the car their and fax them the contract
My parents service their DTS their and they are not a big fan either

My experience leasing a GMC Acadia through my business... - rdigiacomo
My experience leasing a GMC Acadia through my business was fantastic. Initial contact was made by me online. Jim sent me an email asking a few questions and he followed up with a voicemail. I emailed Jim back with what I was looking for and within a day he sent me a couple of options; I knew from online research that the deals Jim sent me were well below MSRP and they were very competitive. I have to admit that after looking up a few different vehicle makes online the Acadia was probably #3 on my preferred the list but the hassle free, ease of doing business with Lance put them over the top for me. Jim drove the Acadia to my office so I could take a test drive. I liked the car and told Jim to find me one (the one I test drove was almost exactly the model I wanted but not quite). He found me the car, I went to the dealership that night, signed some paperwork with Geoff who was very helpful setting up the lease through my company... and the car was delivered to me a couple of days later. The entire process went off without a hitch, Jim was attentive and made sure I got in the car I wanted, there was no pressure or shady tactics one sometimes sees from other car dealerships. All in all, I'm very happy with everyone at Lance.
