This was the best car-buying experience I've ever had! I looked on the Boch website for a CRV, and clicked on the price request button. I got an immediate reply from Scott K., with a great quote, and then made an appointment at the dealership for the same day. We met with Chris Driscoll, he took us for a test drive, explained all the features of the CRV, and honored the price quote from Scott. He did not argue with us, "need to talk to the manager" about the price, or push anything upon us. We bought the car on the spot. This is the way car shopping SHOULD be! Chris was very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. He was not condescending to me because I'm a woman either, like some car salesman are. The service advisor, Phillip Codner, was knowledgeable and sympathetic when I found out there was considerable more maintenance required than I had expected. He took me to the repair area and showed me the parts requiring replacement or repair and explained what my options were. He also was able to have them completed earlier than he originally indicated when I explained I had to leave sooner. The waiting area was comfortable and I enjoyed the treats and coffee.

I purchased a 2016 Honda Civic last year. I felt like I needed a vehicle with a little more room so I went and talked to Jane Moran in the sales department and Finance Manger Brian Philo about the possibility of upgrading into a Honda Accord. I was confident about the fact that Brian would be able to help me get a good deal and rate as he did in the past. The sales and finance process for me to acquire my new vehicle was easy enough to be able to leave with my new 2017 Honda Accord that same day. This was my first experience purchasing a car, and I could not have been happier with how it went. My parents have purchased their cars from John Fitzpatrick (Fitzy) for years, so I knew that Honda Cars of Boston was going to be my best bet. I went in to test drive a 2015 Honda Accord, and instantly knew it was the car I wanted. The car had one previous owner, but it looks and feels brand new! Fitzy went above and beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He was so quick and efficient that I was able to sign the paperwork and pick up my car the next day. Rich Fonzi helped me with the financial aspect, and did an amazing job finding me a monthly rate I was happy with. I ended up with a great car for the lowest price around. I would absolutely recommend going to these guys at Honda Cars of Boston! They're so personable and really go to great lengths to make sure you leave happy.

I just completed my second purchase at Herb Chambers Honda in Boston and my experiences here continue to be excellent.
My first purchase was two years ago when I first moved to the state. I needed a good car for a good value quickly because my car would not pass Mass state inspection without a serious overhaul. They were able to walk me through every step of the process and everything went very smoothly.
Now that I have a new, better paying job, I came in for a new vehicle. I loved the Honda Fit I purchased from them two years ago and asked to see their new and used availability for the same car. I took home a 2012 Honda Fit the same day.
When I came in a few days later to finalize the paperwork, I was surprised that they asked how I liked the car. I said it was great and that I was very happy with it. They were happy to hear it but had an offer for me that I couldn't believe! They said they had anther Honda Fit, same color, 3 years newer, still under warranty, with fewer miles, and because I was a loyal customer, they could give it to me for less money than the one I had brought home.
Now that's service!
They did not have to present this offer to me. I was happy with the purchase and had signed the sale agreement. That they did shows me how much they value their customers.
I (of course) took home the 2015 Honda Fit and look forward to many happy driving years with it.
Special recognition goes to Scott Bregnard who worked tirelessly as my salesman to get me the best deal. Keith in finance is a wonderful man and Mike also helped us along the way.

I have no experience whatsoever with car buying. I had heard all of the horror stories about bargaining and negotiation, and it stressed me out. I had already heard great things about Grappone and figured I had to start somewhere. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Patricia Lord who took my inexperience respectfully into her hands. Failed 11/28/2016 Sale - Outdated, Barbaric Approach - KDF Westford
My purchase was a 2017 Honda Accord V6, but it was NOT from Atamian Honda.
It was from Boch Honda West in Westford.
Atamian, a very old-school and outdated dealership, fails to realize that consumers no longer have to play the game of suffering through an obnoxious Sales Manager's desperate attempt to force a deal after a sales associate has failed miserably to seal a respectable and fair deal. Their behavior caused me to walk and got to Boch West. My test drive was done at Atamian, so I was able to purchase my new vehicle that day at Boch West and leave the lot with only 3 miles on my odometer. I sent the email below to Atamian, but it has probably fallen on deaf ears. This is the reputation I've heard for many years, but now it's confirmed first hand. I won't even go to them for service now.

On Monday I thought we were on the path to cutting a deal after I simply settled on colors, but that came to an end when the archaic sales games began. My advice to all of you is not to have an obnoxious sales manager tell a perspective buyer in the 11th hour that he can't have a price unless he finances through your dealership. I know first hand that all a buyer has to do is go 3 miles from his home and buy for the same price from Boch West without having to finance. I took delivery on 11/30.
I also suggest that you, and especially your sales manager, spend a little time at dealerships like Boch West to learn how to work with people in a less barbaric environment. They'll get a 5 star rating from each of us. Atamian hasn't quite earned that and now I know first hand that they live up to the reputation I've heard about for years.

My family and I have been living in auburn our entire lives. Collectively we have bought a dozen or so vehicles, usually with Mike Briere who is always excellent. My wife recently dealt with Riley Campbell about 6 months ago on her crv lease. Mike has always been great to us and Riley is a very knowledgeable enthusiastic young man. Per my wife, He was the very kind, no pressure, and just a pleasure to be assisted by him on her crv lease. My father and I were in late January and unfortunately Brittany a sales women finally noticed my 88 yr old father after being on her phone with her head down for what felt like 10 min if not more. When Brittany finally looked up greeted us she didn't even have the respect to stand up . And let me tell you, she didn't look happy to help or even be there. ( must have been an important texting conversation ). It seemed as if no one wanted to help us. The Building is beautiful ( hence 1 star ) but could use some solid cleaning and simply looked disorganized. I asked for Riley Due to my wife's experience with him. To my surprise, Brittany politely said he was no longer with the company! And just my luck Mike Briere our long term car guy was unavailable or maybe off. So not by choice Brittany "attempted" to sell my father and I a vehicle. After roughly 30 min we finally received numbers on the crv. While waiting... Brittany was standing at the big desk texting away! At this point I wanted to speak to the top manager/General manager, honestly wanted to speak to Barry, but didn't think that would happen . Anticipating the General Manager, Bill Campbell would shortly be on his way over to us we personally had a excellent business relationship while leasing our previous 4-5 cars. We were told the General Manager will be over to speak with us .Guess What!??! Bill Campbell who to my knowledge was there 5-7 years and was such a Genuine class act, just an over all good person. Come to find out not only is Riley no longer working for the Lundgren Family. Riley`s Father( General manager ) and also a Riley's brother who Happened to be the Manager who finalized both closing`s on my daughter and wife`s lease are also no longer with the Lundgren family. Whoever this new guy "Chuck" is, or attempts to be is comical almost sad the Lundgrens don't see what has transpired ... From one Long term family customers , & also from one corporate business Man to another. HE should not be representing the Lundgren family in any aspect of the company. Not to get into many details, but when expecting Bill to come over and handle our situation taking into consideration our numerous past experiences with Bill, which was nothing but positive, transparent and just simply more structured, and even before Bill Campbell Lundgren has never operated at such a negative level even way before Bill...OUR FAMILY WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN. service has been great I have to say but due to sales department the Lundgren lost our business on that side as well.

My Honda CRV started making a strange noise. I was visiting Boston area and on unfamiliar roads. AAA referred me to Prime Honda. Everyone was extraordinarily courteous, friendly, and helpful, especially Jeff Bertoni, Service Consultant. I brought car in on a Friday just before closing time, and offered a shuttle to my hotel (although I already had a ride). Car was inspected early Saturday morning and repaired by !:00pm. I was called promptly with estimate and again when repair was complete. I couldn't have been more relieved and grateful. Brake paddings were replaced among other repairs and noise is gone.

I just purchased a used car from Weymouth Honda and the service there was excellent. I purchased my car from Galen and had such a wonderful experience. He was not like other car salesmen that I've dealt with in the past-- he really let me take my time looking over the inventory, pointed me towards 3 vehicles that he though met my criteria but was not pushy at all. When I made a decision, he took care of everything and the whole process could not have been easier! I will definitely be bringing my business back to Weymouth Honda in the future.
