This was an unexpected visit to Honda which transpired due to a recall on my vehicle. While in the waiting area, my son, my mother & I were comfortable; we had a selection of beverages: coffee, green tea & hot chocolate while we waited. The play area kept my son entertained while I read my magazine! Towards the end of the service, Kenny politely informed me that I needed an axle repair. Kenny was very professional and helpful during the process. This was not a part of the initial plan. He directed me to Anaeli who assisted me with a loaner car vehicle, she was pleasant from beginning to end! There was another helpful gentleman that drove my car into the service area and was kind the day of service and when I returned to retrieve my vehicle (sorry - I forgot his name). Overall, although I ended up having to change courses along the way, the team allowed the process to flow seamlessly which made it all better. The price tag was a bit hefty however, dealing with such a well mannered team made it worth while. I will certainly return for services in the future and will recommend it to others. I am someone who has owned Hondas from my very first car until today (with one exception, which only taught me to stick with Honda going forward), so I am already sold on the brand. (Some years ago, I gave one of my cars to a nephew when I got a new one, and without anything but "wear and tear" repairs it was on the road, reliably, for 17 years!) I was impressed with Dover Honda from the moment I first arrived. My mission at the time (in March) was simply to have new keys made. However, while there I took note of the cleanliness of the entire facility (including waiting area and rest room), the professional courtesy and friendliness of the entire staff, service department to cashier, and when I was "browsing" the car models on display, I was approached By Allan Lepler, who was terrific. We chatted and he was clearly knowledgeable, but also very helpful without crowding me or trying to "sell". We were in contact after that appointment, and I came back to have an oil change done. I ended up buying a new Honda Civic a week later, having been offered (by Allan) a really fair and manageable deal. He continued to be attentive but low pressure, and worked hard to see we could find an arrangement that fit my preferences and my budget. I would definitely recommend Allan and Dover Honda to anyone who wants to experience what car buying should be. I also plan to take my new car there for whatever service it requires (of course that return trip won't be for a while, given how reliable Honda's are). I was also very impressed with Sarah Northrop, who handled the "financing" part of the experience, and she was everything one could hope for- courteous, low-key, helpful and knowledgeable.

I found my car on line (a yellow Fit!) and went to this dealership even though it is a distance from my house. I just happened to get Lawrence as my salesperson. I decided quickly to move forward but paperwork took a lot of time. Lawrence was warm and personable and understanding when I got cranky. He followed up by text as I waited for the car to be ready and kept changing when I was going to come. Again, he was very patient and responsive (even on his day off). it was kinda like texting my daughter (who happens to be his age). It felt much better buying a car from someone I liked!

this dealersahip is horrible. the got me a cheaper price car kept my payment the same as the were going to offer the same payment on the same car but a higher trim level. car had scartches and the tire pressure light came on which should have been checked at inspection. sales people dont care about customers and the sales person didnt even go over the owners manual.....this is how prime does busines... do not go here. bad...
HORRIBLE Used Car Buying Experience! AVOID! - DanNorris
These people sold me a used 2009 Cadillac CTS with more issues than any buy-here-pay-here lot would. It first started with the broken radio, that I was told by the salesman just needed to be reset.. 6 days later they received the radio they ordered, which was incorrect by the parts department, another week goes by and they are finally able to get the correct radio installed, I then took delivery on my vehicle for the first time 19 days after purchasing this car. Come to find out these subwoofer as well was blown in this car... at this point I wanted to turn the car in, they reassured me they would get the parts in and get the car to an acceptable standard. After making daily calls about the progress I was finally able to speak with a GM of this location, in which HE ADMITTED to me that in the change of ownership some departments are missing managers and such... and that this car hadnt been looked at by the service mechanics but they have now taken the time to make sure its 100 percent.
Here I am after our first big storm this spring and I have STANDING WATER in the bottom of the passenger seat... how this could pass any service inspection is beyond me.. all I can say is, if you are looking at a used vehicle, DO NOT BUY FROM MCGOVERN HONDA

I shopped around for a new hatchback and got down to the Titanium level Ford Focus and Honda's "reboot" of the civic hatchback. At the end of the day, Ford is mediocre unless you upgrade to the ST and your daily driving routine agrees with a stick shift. The new Civic hatch wins on cubic space, fuel economy and horsepower. Not to mention, Honda devised some wizardry to make a continuously variable transmission not "weird" as so often described. (The cool kids call it "rubber band-y") It's awesome enough to try and there's ZERO lag when you want to rock that accelerated lane change.
After I shredded my rotors like a fool on my gorgeous 2011 Accord, I had Silko service it for me and I believe they were fair on the price and spectacular on the customer service. When I stopped in to see what they could do on the civic hatch, I received the same treatment. They worked with me on my trade-in and I was fine with what I wound up paying. I thoroughly enjoyed my conversations with young Javani Rivera and I recommend you ask for him when you stop in. He'll find a great deal for you.
I'm looking forward to getting every other oil change for FREE at Silko. I know they'll take good care of my new, sweet ride.
