I almost wish Alex had not done such an excellent job locating, taking delivery, and expediting the purchase of my new Honda Accord Hybrid. I would welcome any time to share her excitement and care that owners not miss a feature and become aware of possible learning curve experiences they may encounter as they take advantage of the various safety driving features. Her reiteration that one can come back and get a refresher if needed was most comforting. Without warning I was replacing my beloved year old Honda, which saved my life when rear ended by a milk tanker truck. The bruised face that presented itself to her must have been shocking but she never showed it and always made me feel she was seeing me the person and not the face. Within one day she found a car with all my former features that was so near a replica the picture of it brought tears. Within three days I was driving my car and tears again for the emotion I felt that she cared so much, and worked so hard to make this a positive experience. I already knew many of the features of the car, but Alex's knowledge still conveyed surprises I had not known or previously taken advantage of. This was my second purchase through Peters of Nashua and it could not have been smoother. I love my new car maybe because my experience with Alex Gindi has become part of it.

I found my car on line (a yellow Fit!) and went to this dealership even though it is a distance from my house. I just happened to get Lawrence as my salesperson. I decided quickly to move forward but paperwork took a lot of time. Lawrence was warm and personable and understanding when I got cranky. He followed up by text as I waited for the car to be ready and kept changing when I was going to come. Again, he was very patient and responsive (even on his day off). it was kinda like texting my daughter (who happens to be his age). It felt much better buying a car from someone I liked!

The Honda Barn staff is friendly, professional, and honest. Our 2004 CRV needed an airbag replacement and a few other things. Recognizing that we planned on selling or donating the car at summer's end, the staff didn't press to address all the things that a 13-year-old car needs. Instead, they fixed what was obviously broken and stopped. I'd recommend the dealership to anyone seeking to buy or service a Honda.

I went in to Honda Village this past weekend just for an oil change on my 2013 Civic and ended up driving off in a new Accord! Everyone I encountered in Honda Village was beyond helpful! My morning started with Kelsey in service and she was SO kind, offering coupons that I might have missed through my e-mails and explaining to me exactly what needed to be done to the car and why. When I left Kelsey I walked into the showroom and was greeted by Josh - he was a HUGE help in this whole experience. I cannot say enough about how great he was! Josh explained everything about the new Accord, the buying process, and what to expect after – I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy at all and did everything he could to make sure everything was going the way I wanted. Ivo in finance was also just incredible! Ivo worked with me to make sure I understood the financing options, insurance options, and everything in between! I sat with him for quite some time asking questions and he answered to the best of his ability and made sure I was comfortable with all my decisions before signing anything. I know Josh was in contact with Carl in management who also helped make this experience go as smooth as possible. Overall I am thrilled with my new car and everyone who had a hand in helping me get it! THANK YOU!!

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Abby Hermanson as well as how quickly the parts dept. was able to obtain my part as well as the great job done by the service dept. I am from NJ and my mirror was hit and needed to be replaced before I headed back to NJ today. Brought the Pilot in on Monday and was all fixed by Tuesday.

We never felt like he was trying to juggle our time with another client's; when he was with us, his attention was focused solely on our concerns. After the sale, he continued to be responsive to our calls when it came to filling out insurance paperwork, arranging for delivery, and making sure the registration process was seamless. The finance department was also great in helping us navigate through specific requirements in locking down a recent student discount. I have no experience whatsoever with car buying. I had heard all of the horror stories about bargaining and negotiation, and it stressed me out. I had already heard great things about Grappone and figured I had to start somewhere. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Patricia Lord who took my inexperience respectfully into her hands. She made sure to ask all the right questions and had no problem doing her absolute best to get me the best deal. Without putting any of the hassle on my shoulders. In trying to trade in our leased vehicle for a new one, we were latched onto by an inexperienced salesman who, along with others at Prime Honda, completely ruined our experience. The salesman didn't know many of the basics about the new car model. When trying to work out a price and paperwork he left us alone at the desk for over 20 minutes while he went in the back. No updates, no coffee, nothing. When he finally came out the numbers were way off and we had to get his manager to come up with a final deal. We signed the paperwork, but they insisted on keeping the papers until we took delivery the next day. The next day my wife received a barrage of text messages while at work, asking for information that we had already given them the day before. When we came to pick up the car they gave us the key, but no paperwork. We had to ask them to go get it for us! When we tried to insure the vehicle, we realized that they didn't give us the necessary paperwork! When we asked them for the paperwork, they insisted that we had everything and that we were the ones that made the mistake. It finally came out that they had lost it, but not after placing the blame and incompetence on us. When we came to pick up the paperwork from them at the scheduled time, no one was there that had any idea what was going on!
While this may have been somewhat expected, dealing with a new, inexperienced salesman, we had just leased another care that same day from a new, inexperienced salesman at a Subaru dealership and had a wonderful time! The dramatic contrast in professionalism and support made the utter failures of Prime Honda all the more obvious. The fault of this experience doesn't rest solely on the salesperson's shoulders, which is why I'm not naming him/her. But it speaks to a lack of training, support and professionalism at Prime where the customer is expendable and not the priority. Oh, and to top it off, they told us that we needed to fill out "all 10s" on our survey because otherwise they'll get "in trouble AGAIN". Maybe they should have done some souls searching and restructuring after their previous bad marks...

I own a 2013 Honda Odessy Touring that I bought new from Bernardo Honda before it became McGovern Honda. I traded in a 2010 Honda Odessy. I've had nothing but positive experiences with my Honda and this dealership. All my service is done there and if you take care of the car and keep the service updated it will last for years. Last week I bought a used Honda CR-V for my daughter. Mary Lopez was the best car salesperson I've ever dealt with. From the financing to the look on my daughters face when she drove out of the dealership, Mary made the whole process effortless. I love my Honda and now so does my daughter. These cars are the best you can buy.
