Accommodating and efficient - First-Time Car Buyers
My husband and I were in the market for our first car after 10 years of city living. We did our research via CarGurus.com and found a fantastic deal at Commonwealth for a 2016 Honda Fit CPO. Doug Call greeted us upon walk-in and helped us through the process. The dealership was accommodating with our request to attempt to remove a dent with purchase (which they were able to handle at no cost) and also handled registration and plate retrieval in a timely manner. Our insurance company was delayed in activating our policy and Doug personally let us know when the matter was handled, Our car was available for pick up 5 days within purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the Fit and sat with us for 10 extra minutes in the car to show us all the bells and whistles. As first time car buyers, we were very pleased with our experience and the professionalism at Commonwealth.

I bought a new civic in 2008. It was having alot of problems and I put a bunch of money into it, but it got to the point where it wasn't worth it to me anymore. I was in search of a new 2017 civic. I shopped around and did alot of research. I chose hyannis honda again. I'm a repeat buyer. The service is amazing and my sales lady, Lisa was fantastic. Also, the prices were the lowest out of all 3 dealerships I was working with.

Carlos ensured me that The Honda Store could beat the price of the competitors. And sure enough, I shopped at Boch and Bernardi, and Carlos came in below those prices. The process was much quicker than my previous experiences buying new cars. The Lancaster location is not too far from my work, but very far from my home. Carlos was aware of this and was sensitive when I said I really needed to get back to work. I appreciated this - we quickly went through the specs of the car, and agreed to a fair price. The other administrative tasks (registration, insurance, etc..) were handled quickly so I was out the door with the new car soon after getting the check from the bank. I didn't finance with them, and that was no problem. I hear that other places really try and push you to finance at the dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and I’d send them to Carlos. Job well done!

Good evening all readers I would love to review my experience at the bernardi dealership in natick Massachusetts. I had looked at two very nice Honda Civic cars. I contacted the staff at bernardi Honda at this location. They set the appointment to test drive with in a few days! There was two civics I was looking at a blue and a black. Couldn't decide but I ended up happily choosing the black Honda Civic coupe! My experience throughout was outstanding! Everyone was helpful and willing to work with me. Tomorrow I'll be headed down to the dealership to pick up my first official 2013 Civic! Thank you bernardi Honda natick ma and thanks to jayson ESP. I have no experience whatsoever with car buying. I had heard all of the horror stories about bargaining and negotiation, and it stressed me out. I had already heard great things about Grappone and figured I had to start somewhere. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Patricia Lord who took my inexperience respectfully into her hands. After setting up an appointment with Stephanie Lemus over the phone I went the next day and she greeted me, she was so friendly and not pushy like most sales people. She was very informative about all the cars she showed me. The cat selection was big and all the cars were nice. I sat down with Stephanie and she ran some numbers for me on a couple of cars I am interested in. I now know what I need for my down payment and monthly bill so once I get my job promotion I will be back!

My Honda CRV started making a strange noise. I was visiting Boston area and on unfamiliar roads. AAA referred me to Prime Honda. Everyone was extraordinarily courteous, friendly, and helpful, especially Jeff Bertoni, Service Consultant. I brought car in on a Friday just before closing time, and offered a shuttle to my hotel (although I already had a ride). Car was inspected early Saturday morning and repaired by !:00pm. I was called promptly with estimate and again when repair was complete. I couldn't have been more relieved and grateful. Brake paddings were replaced among other repairs and noise is gone.

Be wary about Auto fair Honda do your homework firstt. The sales person was great (Pete Polansky) who is no longer there. I purchased a used 2011 Nissan Altima from them with 35,000 miles and the price was fair but going home with it tire pressure night came on I stopped put air in it, 3 weeks later it happens again and again took it to tire warehouse they said bad valve stem, so took it to Townfaire tire they told me the same without knowing I already went to tire warehouse. I took it back to Auto Fair and said there was nothing wrong with it..It still loses air to this day, a new one is about a 100.00 Second I discovered they gave me the wrong spare key for the car and I talked to the manager and after going round and round with me he said thatt the dealership was not responsible and if I wanted a spare it would cost me 200.00-300.00 dollars then he had the nerve to try and sell me another car then he says well you'll have 2 keys..I live on a fixed income and don't have that kind of cash to buy another key...Just disgusted....

We recently purchased a 2016 CRV, and used True car for the first time. Katherine Callaghan reached out right away via email, and we felt that we knew exactly what we were going to pay and what we were going to get for the price. Our salesperson, Heath, went out of his way to make sure that we had any and all questions answered, and he was very knowledgeable. I hope he makes the list below soon! As for the length of time of our visit, it took a long time, but it was a very busy day there (the day after Christmas.)
I'm not sure about the credit card question-we were able to take the car that day, so, instead of going to the bank, we put the down payment and fees on the credit card.

I just purchased a used car from Weymouth Honda and the service there was excellent. I purchased my car from Galen and had such a wonderful experience. He was not like other car salesmen that I've dealt with in the past-- he really let me take my time looking over the inventory, pointed me towards 3 vehicles that he though met my criteria but was not pushy at all. When I made a decision, he took care of everything and the whole process could not have been easier! I will definitely be bringing my business back to Weymouth Honda in the future.
