My husband came in on 6/3 and was greed by D'Anthonie Daily. He is such a class act and was absolutely fabulous!!!! His professionalism is rated 1000%. We told him that we needed a brand new truck in five days and he was sooooo knowledgeable about everything. He listened to us and was very patient and kind. We love our 2017 Terrain but it was D'Anthonie tht made us soooo happy with everything.
The only problem that we had was with the sales manager. We were with the Finance manager igning paperwork at D'Anthonie desk and the sales manager decided to turn the lights off and left the dim lights on. He said that the didn't want people to think that they were still open because he wanted to get home and be with his kids which we thought was very rude and ignorant. We couldn't believe it!!!! I had to use the light on my cell phone so I could see the paperwork. Who does that???? We thought to ourselves about canceling the deal but because we had such a great experience with D'Anthonie he made it all worth it.
The contract was signed in the office with the Sales Manager.

Lou was outstanding!! He provided excellent service to us on our visit on 6/16/17. He was patient, thorough and displayed excellent professionalism. I took several test drives before purchasing a 2015 GMC. I couldn't ask for better service from Lou. I highly recommend him. My only problem is when I asked a question of another Castle employee who answered my question but did something very insulting to Lou showing a lack of teamwork. But my overall experience with Castle was great!!

The vehicle was priced well and there is no haggling when you buy from Darcy motors. We purchased a used 2014 Chrysler Town and County form there Morris, IL location. We received the best customer service when itcame down to this purchase. I would recommend anyone be to go and see Jeb or anyone else at Darcy. In the future of purchasing a vehicle new vehicle I will use Darcy motors again.

So let me start by giving you some context... I called up a friend in the car business and asked him to give me his best price on a very specific vehicle. He game back with a figure of $530.00 per month. I asked him if this was the best price he could give me...He assured me that this indeed was the best price he could give me and the best price around so i figured this is how much the vehicle would cost. Keep in mind he works for another GMC dealer so we are comparing apples to apples. He stated that he was going to have to order the vehicle in from another dealer and that he would have locate it. I just had this feeling that i needed to shop the price just to make sure. I called 4 other GMC dealers and gave them the very same spiel. I gave them the specifics of the vehicle and stated that i was looking for a 39 month lease. I told them that i do not like to haggle so please give me your absolute best price. One dealer came in at 555 per month, another came back at 521...another at 509 and then the last one which is Fox Valley Buick GMC came back at a stunning $469.99. I said...No sir...Maybe there is a mistake. I gave him all the vehicle details again and he said...Yep 469.99 is our price. I was like..Wow...ok ill be in today to look at the numbers. His name was James...And he said, that's great...When you come in, please ask for Justin Mansk. He is our sales manager and he will work with you directly. I walked in to a very nice showroom and was immediately greeted by the receptionist. I stated that i was here to see Justin. Within seconds, he walked out and introduced himself. I explained to him that i was given a price over the phone of 469.99 and i was just waiting for him to say yes BUT...That didn't happen! He goes yes that is our price but i want to go over some numbers with you so that we can see if you qualify for any additional incentives. We started playing with some numbers and monthly price started dropping from the already low quote. I seriously thought that I was on a game show being filmed...I asked him how he could get the proce down so low from a price that my friend said was the best he could do. Justin took the time to go over the numbers with me including how things were calculated. Long story short, my friend called me back and was able to offer a lower price than that of Justin's offer. I told him what the offer was and he found a way to beat the offer of 439.99 and get it to me for 421.00. I am not going to tell you what vehicle it was due to privacy and the discretion of the dealer but i chose to work with Justin and Fox Valley Buick GMC because i asked him for his best price and he truly put his best foot forward..I wish my friend could have done the same thing. The experience did not stop there. The vehicle i wanted had to be ordered from another dealer. My friend called me and asked that i put a deposit down before he could order the vehicle. I asked Justin if he wanted to take my credit card for a deposit to order the vehicle...He looked at me and says " When you work with me, you are family and family does not do that. Your hand shake is enough assurance for me so i will not need a deposit from you". This truthfully has been the best experience i have ever had at a dealer. I was so impressed that i referred a family member to them the following day and he also bought the same vehicle. This dealership and the people that comprise it are absolutely top notch. They ARE willing to go the extra mile and truly build a relationship with you. Please go see them as i am positive you will have the same experience i did.

I went to Harvard Chevrolet to see what kind of good deals were available for a 1500 series crew cab pickup. The staff was able to explain and find the best deals on 2015 models, but then we found out that leasing was not available as part of the deal.
I was discouraged, but not the Harvard team. Dan, Todd and Gregg worked together to make me a great offer on a 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 that had everything I wanted, and the right lease terms too. I drove away in a beautiful new truck and a big smile on my face.

Here is what defines Woody Buick -
Unresolved - 3 visits and 20 days at the dealer and the car is still not fixed!
Rude - What their service writers are to you when you bring your car back with the same problem.
Progress Updates – Not at Woody Buick! I would only get a call several days later letting me know the car was ready to be picked up.
Troubleshoot & Repair - Found the sensor with the problem and replaced it twice but it did not correct the problem. Instead of troubleshooting further to see if another module or an electrical problem could be causing the sensor to malfunction. They just gave the car back to me.
God – What Buick tech support thinks when they tell the service department “This is a normal operating condition” and all work stops on your car!
Qualified – Clearly their techs who worked on my car are not qualified. Found some extra screws in my cup holder that the tech forgot to put back in. Luckily I knew where the screws went and was able to reassemble the panel correctly. They are even unable to put the car back together correctly.
Customer Satisfaction – On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them a 1. Why a 1 and not a 0? They did give me a loaner….
Negative - My entire experience with Woody Buick has been nothing but negative. This has to be the most unprofessional dealer I have ever dealt with. If you want to avoid the headache and stress I have been put through. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO WOODY BUICK!!

I am always pleased when I walk into the Chevy Dealership here in Dekalb,IL. Everyone is always nice and greet you at the door. I usually get help from Jason who takes care of my vehicle needs. He always give me options as to what I can do to take care of my car. Rather its choosing the most affordable tires or my vehicles future needs that I need to keep in mind. When my car Axel needed repair I couldn't afford it right away, and that's when Jason offered me a dealers car to get back and forth to work for the week. I really appreciated that! He encouraged me to take care of my important bills like my rent that was due the same day that my vehichle broke down,and to prioritize. I felt carefree because of Jason, knowing that he was doing everything that he could to help until I came up with the money I needed to repair my car. He took the stress and heavy burdens off of my shoulders, and I can't say that any other dealership have ever treated me that well! I recommend everyone I know to visit Dekalb Chevrolet. Whenever I come to get something as simple as an oil change these guys take care of me right away. My wait time is not long and my visits are always pleasant! The refreshments are great and I feel very comfortable walking into that place trusting that they will take care of my vehicle needs in the most fast and friendly way possible. My wife and I purchased a 2017 GMC Terrain from Schaumburg Buick GMC and are very pleased with the experience. We aren't novices - between the two of us we've owned 62 vehicles either for personal use or in our construction business.
Salesman Aaron Lang and New Vehicle Manager Pat Stern treated us professionally and honestly and didn't try any of the traditional car sales tricks of 'let me check this price with my manager', 'the car you want was sold this afternoon', 'what would it take to close this deal today', etc. (We had been at Chevrolet dealership in Palatine immediately prior to visiting Schaumburg Buick GMC and had walked out after two hours after receiving this kind of old-school treatment.)
When it's time for another vehicle, we'll be sure to stop at Schaumburg Buick GMC.

Had been thinking of perhaps replacing my ten year old minivan but could not decide what to get. Ultimately we thought for our purposes a Yukon XL was best choice, but decided to wait a year. Happened to notice Howard had a used Yukon XL Denali, so while we were on Grand for another reason, just stopped in to take a look. Long story short, Joe, great salesman, showed us everything on the vehicle, let us take it home for the night and we ended up buying. Just about everyone we encountered was friendly, polite and helpful. Service folks super nice, too. (And when I say we weren't planning to buy I mean it: I had just gotten an oil change, new tires and had a full tank of gas!)
Terrible customer service - djbstl
I contacted the dealership a week ago about a used car that was in stock. I made an appointment on a Monday to come see it on a Tuesday. I called the dealership on Tuesday before traveling 3 hours to confirm that the car was not sold and was on the lot. The person I spoke with said it was on the lot and my appointment was on the calendar.
About 90 minutes into my drive, I receive a call from a salesperson telling me that the car was sold the day before (Monday). Apparently they didn't update their records properly is what I'm told. Mind you, I was told earlier in the day that the car was on hold for me and was ready for me to view it at my scheduled appointment.
How this happens is beyond me as with today's technology, inventory updates are pretty simple to do. Considering they wasted my time, I advise you do not waste your time and take your hard earned money to someone else that gives quality customer service. Terrible dealership and terrible service.
