Love our new Pilot! - KMoore
Thank you Kevin for such a great experience buying our first Honda! We are so happy and thrilled with our new Pilot. Kevin was very knowledgeable and really helped us find what we were looking for. We are so happy that we got exactly what we wanted for a good price. Your nice waiting area with computers was great for our 2 kids while shopping and purchasing the car. We will recommend Kevin at Valley Honda to all our friends and family.
Great service great store !!! - Eallen1
I simply can not say enough good things about this location, the experience and the service I received was top quality ! I was taken care of from the moment I walked into the building, until I left. The process was fast and easy and they helped me tremendously. Gone are the days of sleaze ball car sales men trying to make a buck and not caring about their clients. The Honda superstore will take care of you , listen to you and treat you like family ! Everyone who wants a Honda needs to go here right now to get your next car! I will never go any where else but here ! Thank you so much much for taking such great care of me I am so very grateful!
Excellent Service, Best price - duffer86

Bought a Blue Honda Civic...Nice Car! - bobs
My Wife and I came in just to "look"... Everyone was very friendly and helpful... asking if we needed anything... Ken Laing walked by and I asked him if this car on the floor could be unlocked... Ken is very friendly and helpful... no pressure guy... Golden Rule... Go See Ken... We bought the car same day.
Picked it up next day....
Delivery Dept... Car was not cleaned very well...Water spots around...Inside doors and frames and exterior.. license plate crooked.. only 2 screws put in (I put in 4 more)... Tape glue still on drivers side of car not all removed.... (I will bring back to properly remove this and not hurt the paint!!)... White stuff all over Dash and seating...had to get a damp cloth to clean this up myself....
This is a GOOD DEALER AND A GOOD DEAL.!!!
Thank You Ken!

No Hassle - MadMax1234
The salesperson I dealt with, Mark Estrada, made things easy. I had been in to the dealership a couple weeks prior just to test drive a couple of cars. Mark, let me do just that and didn't pressure me into buying that day. When I went back, I was ready to buy having done my homework in advance. No wheeling and dealing. No hassle. I had the car I wanted in the color I wanted at a fair price. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Civic EX_T - jayEX_T

Satisfied customer - Djping
Julie H was my service advisor. She was courteous, kept me upto date on the progress of the maintenance on my vehicle. She also made certain that a thorough inspection was performed on my vehicle. She even applied discount to the bill. I am one very happy customer.
Very professional - laura
I had leased a Honda Civic from Napleton Honda in 2013, & sadly it was totaled in an accident on 6/13 so I needed a different vehicle. I returned to Napleton due to their service the first time. I was greeted & worked with DeMarcus Smith. DeMarcus was respectful, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. He found me the vehicle I needed and assisted through the entire process. I most definitely will be referring family/friends to the Napleton & DeMarcus Smith. Demetrius worked on my financing as well as Mark & Ty, I was grateful for them. Mr Chambers went through all of my features for the 2017 Civic and was very thorough.
Good Service - mgmoran1
I was helped by a newer salesman named Matt, who was very friendly, informative, and comfortable to work with. He admitted not having all of the details memorized on the car I was interested in, but was not afraid to step back to do some research or ask his coworkers if I had questions he couldn't immediately answer. I got a great price thanks to him, and honestly couldn't be happier with how the experience went. If you're planning on shopping at Napleton, ask for Matt!
Excellent!!! - Juan 1

Very Impressed - Glb123
First time visiting this dealership. My a/c was not blowing cold air in my 2001 Accord which I may add is in excellent condition lol. Before I was out of the car Samuel was already there ready to assist. He was very nice and knowledgeable about what would be done and some prices to address my car's problem. I was out of there in less than and hour and a half with cool air blowing like a charm. I have found me a new Honda home.
Best experience I have ever had - Kspkris1
I recently totaled my car and was in need of a new vehicle quick. Michael Pompilio took the time to narrow down exactly what my wife and I were looking for and picked the perfect vehicle. Our time at the dealership was later in the night which extended past closing but Michael never rushed us or made it seem like we were keeping him late. This was the best experience I have ever had while purchasing a vehicle.
Easy to do business with - kesbmk
This is the sixth car I have purchased from Castle and the experience was easy as usual- knowledgable sales force and ready to make a deal and get you on your way.
Service department - Money making scams or untrained people? - mirzay
I have been taking my Honda's to the McGrath, first St Charles and now Elgin for quite a few years but as of late have had strange "coincidences". You be the judge. In my case, this is strike two and about enough to break ties with this service department.
Incident #1: As part of regular oil change service, they also take care of recalls on air bags. All is good until the day after me getting the car back. The airbag light is on. Strange as I never experienced this issue before.
Took my car in the week after and they want their regular $80+ to check this out. Had to argue with them that it is their issue as they touched the airbag system and now this issue started. They finally agree to look at it and say no issues as no light is on. I drive to the end of their lot and the light comes back on.
They do a thorough eval this time and say the computer went bad and write up a >$1000 estimate as this is dangerous to drive without it, etc. I decline service. Take it to an off the street mechanic, explain the problem to him and he quickly notices the cable attached to the computer is loose. He fixes this and I give him $30 and the issue is resolved.
I wonder if Honda did this themselves to get the $1000+ but shrug it off.
Maybe a true coincidence and gave them the benefit of doubt.
Incident #2, last week into today (6/12): In the prior visit, they recommended front and rear brakes to be done and provide the brake pad thickness to the exact mm but said I should get it done with the next oil change.
I took my car in last week as it was on the back of my mind. They write up the estimate and give me a loaner. A few hours later, I get a call they ran into a snag and the mechanics broke 5 lug nuts in the 4 wheels and it will be $500 extra to replace those. WOW. Why did I not get this call when the first nut broke and why did they wait for the 5? Also, the rear nut is loose and not coming off so they cannot perform the rear brakes anymore.
They say they have never removed tires to my car and hence it is not their fault the way they were put on were at fault. Seemed strange since I only took my car in for service to this place for many years. Also, them providing exact thickness of brake pads on regular tires, not the aluminium ones where you can see the pads. Thought maybe they take wheels off to provide exact measures.
Told them to just take care of the front brakes and to not replace lugs as per the adviser it is very labor intensive and hence the cost.
I drive my car and not even to the end of lot and notice a humming sound coming from front. This was very new and I take the car back and speak to the adviser. Since this was Saturday, I was asked to leave the car until Monday.
Received the call and was told it is the wheel bearings going out, very strange since there was no sound when bringing car in? Did they mess this up when breaking the lug nuts? What a strange coincidence?
The estimate came back with over $2000 and once again, not their fault as the bearings just went bad while in the shop. So, $800 for bearings, + $150 for front lug nuts + $100 for alignment. What a scam, the lugs come with the bearing hub and the alignment should be included with the job as it is needed when u change the bearing/hub. Also, now some item in the steering column is bent and there is a total of over $2000 in repair work.
I ask the service adviser for me to speak with Bruce (in charge of Service) and was told he has been gone in over a year. Strange since I worked with him in December 2016 and it is June 2017 now.
I see this as lies and deceit and them thinking the customers are stupid enough to believe everything they say. You bring in a car and twice in a row, the car has visible new issues when as u leave the lot? What a coincidence, really?
BTW... the other mechanic charges $25 to replace a lug. Now he will also be looking at replacing the bearings issue that Honda caused. Also, no more buying Honda's from this place also. I was just about to.
Unbelievable. - Scoobyfreakingdoo
First, the sales guy agrees to a price $800 under sticker. Then the finance guy says he can't do that, but on "good faith", he'll take off $300. But his tricky xxx still tacked it on in an offer listed as optional- that he didn't make sound optional, as he had us sign things. Then, he tacks on another near $3000 for a warranty package that he verbally described as "something Honda does", not something we pay for. So, instead of paying sticker price minus $800, we paid sticker PLUS $3000.
Easiest Car I've Ever Bought! - Bahr34
Everything about the process was smooth and simple. Chris, Michelle and Shaun were all great. They really have a great team of people to help you out and make the car buying process a really great experience I will definitely refer people here as well as visit again for my next vehicle!!
Don't buy a car from these guys - Car lover 77
Whether it's new or used, don't trust them. I bought new and I'm not thrilled. Unfortunately I already have to service the car and it's brand new. Once they sell the car, they don't care. They're somewhat deceptive in their tactics and quite honestly their service isn't that great. Had to go to a different dealer to get it fixed right on a brand new car. I would just stay away.
Rude and Fraud!!! - ALEXANDROS ORESTIS
I went there to take the oil consumption test!! After 1.30h I asked for my car and they told me I am not able to pass the test because I have leaks...(my engine is dry) but I MUST PAY 40$ for oil change! They don't inform me for leaks or anything before change the oils! At Honda receipt says
1.Check for visual licks
2.Proceed to consumption test (change the oils)
They wouldn't give to me my keys if I didn't pay and when I asked them why he didnt check for leaks first and the answer to me was THATS THE WAY WE WORK!!! Very rude staff.
Now I don't know what I am supposed to do with a car whose model has an issue with sticky piston rings
Unprofessional - KC
I spent over an hour working on a deal. I shook hands with sales manager and salesman at closing time telling them I would be in the next day. I was going to finalize deal and called the next morning. It was then told out they had sold car to someone else. Glad I called...very disappointed I did not get to purchase vehicle.
They want to deal on the internet, but not really. - R_Nichols
We attempted to purchase a vehicle from McGrath. They provided initial prices via email, but would not provide final prices without coming into the dealership. We were trying to replace a vehicle after my daughter was rear-ended by a semi, but they insisted she would need to "come-in" for final pricing. Her injuries prevented that and they didn't care. I live out-of-state.
We were prepared to provide a deposit and arrange delivery in a few days.
I can only assume they are not willing to either honor the prices provided or would jack-you-up in some other ways.
We'll move on.
It's unfortunate a car dealer can not be up front about pricing.
Swindlers! - Kseniya Kalenik
I will never ever deal with Grossinger Honda again!
They are using a fraudulent scheme to trap a human being and try to sell a car.
So, I have my Honda Accord 2014 and I do regular service for my car at Grossinger.
Few day ago I received an email from them with the following content:
“I need to take in 3 2014 Honda Accords to expand my inventory and would like to buy yours.
As the General Manager, I can offer you more than book value! Please call me A.S.A.P. Thanks.
I made an appointment to show my car and on the next day I came to the dealership.
I didn’t meet Brian, but they assigned to me a sales person. He took a look on my car and asked “On how much you can go up with a new Honda?”.
I was thinking that they are going to buy my car and I didn’t plan to switch to another Honda.
So, I said that I can consider another Honda ONLY if my monthly payment will be lower and if they will pay off my car 100%, which is almost 16k (it’s financed through the bank). I said, that if they can not offer me a lower price - they can just buy my Accord if they are truly interested.
He got my SSN to see what I owe to the bank for this car. It took almost an hour. The sales person came back to me and impertinently kept trying to sell a car to me. All this time I was extremely patient and nice to him. Then I got tired and asked to stop wasting my time if their email was a scam.
Than the manager came and went by the same scenario.
I feel deceived and offended. They stole 1,5 hour of my time. I can’t believe that big company like this using such ugly swindling tricks.
PS: A month ago we bought a Mercedes for my husband and their service is just excellent. We didn’t experienced any dirty sales tactics.
