We purchased our second Land Rover from this dealership and our fifth car from them overall. This time our salesman was Steve Grady. Highly recommend this salesman as he is very knowledgeable and professional. Our finance person was David Lecinski who was super straight forward and very pleasant to work with. Kathy Cullick, Service Advisor, is both professional and courteous. She fully explained the service issues, and she extended courtesies seldom seen at other dealers. Furthermore the repairs were performed as described, and I am completely satisfied. I totally recommend IA Orland Park for the servicing of your auto. I also will give the sales department an opportunity to sell me a new car when that need arises.

I purchased my 2nd vehicle from Patrick Jaguar in Naperville which was an Audi SQ5. My 1st experience with the salesperson was not that great but he is no longer there so I thought I would give them a 2nd chance. The people there are very nice but I was not told that when I purchased my 2nd vehicle that there were a 2nd set of tires that came with it. After speaking to the previous owner and Continental Audi, Patrick picked up the additional set of tires on January 30th from the Audi dealership where they were being stored but let me purchase the vehicle (which was over $40K) and leave with the existing BALD tires and did not offer the 2nd set. This is what gives salespeople and dealerships a bad name. I would like the 2nd set of tires and rims that came with car.

I have never enjoyed the car-buying experience until now. I made a brief phone call to the dealership where I was connected with Alicia Houston prior to coming in to view the vehicle that I was interested in. The phone call itself was very easy going and welcoming.
Alicia takes the time to truly know her customer and treat them with kindness, patience and respect. She clearly possesses knowledge of any car that she sells as well. Every question is answered thoroughly and precisely. What is very clear to me though, and stands out about my latest purchase is how passionate Alicia is about what she does. Aware of what I was looking for and with my interest at heart, Alicia made my experience one that I wish everyone to have. From the first handshake to the final hug and hand-off of my keys, I have a new friend at Howard Orloff. I purchased my vehicle through Michael Broccolino and he is hands down the best Sales Associate I have ever come across. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, understanding of my budget, and passionate about his work. I have continued to have my car serviced at Land Rover Northfield, and would highly recommend Michael as he went above and beyond to create exceptional customer service, as well as, a great comfort level for me.
Horrible shopping experience - RR3703
I arrived at the dealership ready to buy, and was interested in a Land Rover. After waiting for over 20 minutes, a man named JT finally emerged and seemed annoyed, as if I bothered him by asking for his assistance. On the test drive, there was awkward silence and tension in the vehicle. When I asked the price, JT quoted me a price that was $1,000.00 more than what it was listed for online. When I attempted to negotiate, JT became angry, and when I said I wasn't going to pay that price, he literally yelled at me, saying "I'M NOT ASKING YOU TO!" Having purchased 2 Land Rovers from that location several years ago when it was owned by Auto Nation, I was treated like royalty. The sales and service staff were outstanding. I had high hopes for my new buying experience, and couldn't be more disappointed. I have never been treated so rudely by a salesman, and will definitely take my business elsewhere.
