We just purchased our first Land Rover Range Rover Sport from Fields Land Rover of Northfield.
This experience was by far the most pleasant buying experience, my family has ever had. We were made to feel welcome immediately by Sam Badro. Sam was knowledgeable and courteous and definitely not your "typical car salesperson". Sam made us feel very comfortable and never rushed us.
Matt Berman Used Car Manger, was also courteous and knowledgeable He explained that any concerns we had would be fix. Matt was right as the Range Rover Sport looked amazing when we picked it up.
Sam and Matt were a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the dealership and especially those people with whom we worked with.
Horrible shopping experience - RR3703
I arrived at the dealership ready to buy, and was interested in a Land Rover. After waiting for over 20 minutes, a man named JT finally emerged and seemed annoyed, as if I bothered him by asking for his assistance. On the test drive, there was awkward silence and tension in the vehicle. When I asked the price, JT quoted me a price that was $1,000.00 more than what it was listed for online. When I attempted to negotiate, JT became angry, and when I said I wasn't going to pay that price, he literally yelled at me, saying "I'M NOT ASKING YOU TO!" Having purchased 2 Land Rovers from that location several years ago when it was owned by Auto Nation, I was treated like royalty. The sales and service staff were outstanding. I had high hopes for my new buying experience, and couldn't be more disappointed. I have never been treated so rudely by a salesman, and will definitely take my business elsewhere.
