I went to Land Rover of Hoffman Estates yesterday and worked with Steve Grady. He and the GM John were extremely helpful in making sire I left there with the car of my choice. I would highly recommend this dealer as the customer service is great and the selection of high quality vehicles is unreal! This is my second purchase from Land Rover Lake Bluff. Matt Brueggeman helped me get my trade in appraised. It took minutes and I feel they gave me a really good trade in price. They gave me fair price on the purchase of my new vehicle. Matt turned me over to Justin who helped me with the paper work. To close was very fast and efficient. There was no waiting around, no haggeling or hang ups.
After I purchased the car Matt spent a lot of time walking me through all the cars bells and whistles. I asked a lot of questions and Matt was very patcient and thorough. I left there with a pretty good understanding of the total vehicle. Both Matt and Justin were really nice guys and great to work with.

Good experience with Alicia Houston - Monique
Had a great experience with my sales person-Alicia Houston. I went in a month or so ago for a test drive on the Range Rover Evoque. I literally had my mind made up that I wanted this truck before I got to the dealer. But when I got in it it seemed a little smaller than my liking, so I sat in a few other models and landed on the Range Rover Sport HSE Lux to test drive. Alicia got a few other cars moved out of the way and we test drove it. She explained all the differences to me and when I told her I wasn't ready to purchase that day but would be back closer to the end of the year she didn't pressure me at all. In the meantime I decided I wanted another color and another year. By the time I was ready to purchase, about month later they had another truck in stock and my husband went back to test drive it on a Thursday, I then went back to purchase it on Saturday. The only thing I noted was a typical sales play of trying to make us think the truck we wanted was being considered by another buyer when the battery was dead and it was literally sitting low like it hadn't been driven in weeks. Therefore-no one had taken the truck out for consideration. Since I had other options it didn't bother me, if it wasn't there when I went back it wasn't meant for me to have. No need to insight anxiety. All in all, the purchase process was easy peasy, Alicia was professional and real, the finance staff was easy to understand. I look forward to having my truck taken care of by the service department in the future. I love my new truck!
Outstanding Experience - JTrzop23
I purchased my first Land Rover yesterday from the Land Rover Northfield Location. It was a busy night for them with a charity function, but that did not stop them for making me feel comfortable during the entire process. I had done some research on the Land Rover Discovery, but still had many questions. Joe Fuentes spent a lot of time explaining everything to me along with taking me a test drive with two different vehicles to make sure I was looking at the one I really wanted. I was nervous, but everyone from the General Manager to the Financing manager put all my nerves at ease. The car was not available that evening and they even delivered it to me today at work! I can't wait to drive my first Land Rover. Joe, Rocky and Elaina were great to work with! It was an A++ Experience!! THANK YOU!!
Horrible shopping experience - RR3703
I arrived at the dealership ready to buy, and was interested in a Land Rover. After waiting for over 20 minutes, a man named JT finally emerged and seemed annoyed, as if I bothered him by asking for his assistance. On the test drive, there was awkward silence and tension in the vehicle. When I asked the price, JT quoted me a price that was $1,000.00 more than what it was listed for online. When I attempted to negotiate, JT became angry, and when I said I wasn't going to pay that price, he literally yelled at me, saying "I'M NOT ASKING YOU TO!" Having purchased 2 Land Rovers from that location several years ago when it was owned by Auto Nation, I was treated like royalty. The sales and service staff were outstanding. I had high hopes for my new buying experience, and couldn't be more disappointed. I have never been treated so rudely by a salesman, and will definitely take my business elsewhere.
