This time i did my homework before buying this vehicle.
I contacted dealerships all across the US looking for this
exact one. At times it was almost painfull to talk with some of
the sales people I encounterd on the phone. Whenever I mentioned that I was calling from hundreds of miles away I could tell right away they that didnt have the time for me, Some put me on hold forever, some said they were too busy and would call back (very few did).
When I called Land Rover of Hoffman Estates I was expecting the same.
The guy who picked up the phone turned out to be super helpfull.
Steve Grady was knew every little detail about the car, took the time to answer
every question that I had.
And it was the only dealership that actually took me seriously
when I told them what my final price was.
So when they accepted my offer I could hardly believe it!
After a few conversations with Steve I felt so confident about this dealership that I purchassed
the vehicle over the phone without having first seen it.
As a matter a fact Steve (the salesman) was the one who was hesitant about taking my money before I even saw it. But Im happy I did.
The car was everything I expected and WAY more. At a price nobody else in the country would match!
When I got there they were expecting me and the car was parked in full view out front and had been detailed.
The 300 mile drive to go pick it up was well worth it.

Kathy Cullick, Service Advisor, is both professional and courteous. She fully explained the service issues, and she extended courtesies seldom seen at other dealers. Furthermore the repairs were performed as described, and I am completely satisfied. I totally recommend IA Orland Park for the servicing of your auto. I also will give the sales department an opportunity to sell me a new car when that need arises.

I purchased my vehicle through Michael Broccolino and he is hands down the best Sales Associate I have ever come across. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, understanding of my budget, and passionate about his work. I have continued to have my car serviced at Land Rover Northfield, and would highly recommend Michael as he went above and beyond to create exceptional customer service, as well as, a great comfort level for me.
Horrible shopping experience - RR3703
I arrived at the dealership ready to buy, and was interested in a Land Rover. After waiting for over 20 minutes, a man named JT finally emerged and seemed annoyed, as if I bothered him by asking for his assistance. On the test drive, there was awkward silence and tension in the vehicle. When I asked the price, JT quoted me a price that was $1,000.00 more than what it was listed for online. When I attempted to negotiate, JT became angry, and when I said I wasn't going to pay that price, he literally yelled at me, saying "I'M NOT ASKING YOU TO!" Having purchased 2 Land Rovers from that location several years ago when it was owned by Auto Nation, I was treated like royalty. The sales and service staff were outstanding. I had high hopes for my new buying experience, and couldn't be more disappointed. I have never been treated so rudely by a salesman, and will definitely take my business elsewhere.
