provided a lot of information on this model.
That was 30 days ago and they are still available to answer our questions.

Went there to pick up my car on Wednesday and had to speak with rudest most impolite service manager . Wanted to sell more service that wasn't needed and told me if I don't like it go somewhere else. Car wasn't washed when I picked up my car either.
Service dept was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!

Don’t buy from this dealership unless the finance department(Kevin)makes a killing. My sales person Sam was great but the finance guy was horrible. He intentionally messed up my paperwork twice and send it to the wrong address since he didn’t make money. I paid cash. The finance manager lied to me about mailing the paperwork. Rocky the general manager was not much help. I did not like the ride of the vehicle which was not the dealership’s fault. I had a buyer a dealer from Denver who backed off because I didn’t have the title due to the Finance Department’s shenanigans. I ended up selling it for $2900 lower to Carmax than what the buyer was offering to buy.
Horrible shopping experience - RR3703
I arrived at the dealership ready to buy, and was interested in a Land Rover. After waiting for over 20 minutes, a man named JT finally emerged and seemed annoyed, as if I bothered him by asking for his assistance. On the test drive, there was awkward silence and tension in the vehicle. When I asked the price, JT quoted me a price that was $1,000.00 more than what it was listed for online. When I attempted to negotiate, JT became angry, and when I said I wasn't going to pay that price, he literally yelled at me, saying "I'M NOT ASKING YOU TO!" Having purchased 2 Land Rovers from that location several years ago when it was owned by Auto Nation, I was treated like royalty. The sales and service staff were outstanding. I had high hopes for my new buying experience, and couldn't be more disappointed. I have never been treated so rudely by a salesman, and will definitely take my business elsewhere.
