My aunt suffered a brain injury in a car accident and needed to replace her totaled car quickly. She was very nervous about going alone and asked me to help her. Isaias was extremely patient with her and did a tremendous job explaining the process and answering her questions. I have purchased many vehicles here. Would definitely recommend Joe Rizza Ford. The level of professionalism can't be beat. All the staff was friendly and accommodating of us and my three small children, which made this experience all the more pleasant.

I submitted a request for more information on a car and not four minutes later Jake called me up and helped figure out what I was looking for, he then scheduled an appointment with me at my convenience. I ended up going earlier than my appointment day and Jake took me right away. He was very helpful and eager to help me find my right choice. As a college student I was worried about price and loan applications but Jake was so wonderful, he gave me all the options I could choose from, let me test drive to see if my choice was a right fit for me and made my trade in and loan application process easy and painless. Jake was very professional and did not pressure me at all like I've had in the past with other dealers. We then went with Veronica who helped us with all the paperwork and needless to say she was wonderful as well, everything was quick, easy and she explained things so you knew what you were signing. Overall my experience was absolutely wonderful and I drove out in a brand new 2016 Ford Fiesta. I highly recommend this dealership and Jake!

Right from the start my online inquiry was answered. by Jacob Packley. I went to the dealership to see the 2012 Lincoln MKZ., travelling from Joliet. Jacob met with me, he was very nice and personable. We went for a test drive he was very knowledgeable about the features of the car. Later we talked numbers, I met Bob the sales manager, he also was very nice. Jacob, Bob and I hammered out a deal and had a pleasant time doing that--no stress !!!! We agreed to finalize the deal on Mon. 12/7/15 as this was Sat. 12/5/15 and was getting dark. I don't like driving at night. So, Monday it was very foggy, Jacob, out of the kindness of his heart offered to drive to Joliet to get me. I am 65yrs. old and had concerns about the weather. I thought his coming to get me was so kind and considerate. We finished the deal, saw Bob again, met Mike in financing, had a great experience @ Greenway Automotive--thanks GUYS !!!!!!! TERRI LOUTOS

Yesterday I purchased a new F-150 from Eric Wood at Wickstrom. This is my 2nd Ford purchased at this dealer. The previous purchase was of a Mustang in 2007 and that transaction was absolutely professional and effortless (thanks Pat), and the service we subsequently received at Wickstrom was excellent. We have also had better luck with our Fords than with the cars we have purchased from other manufacturers, so when we decided that we needed another vehicle Ford and Wickstrom were the logical place to start. (for example that 2007 Mustang now has 187,000 miles on the odometer). Eric made this purchase effortless just has Pat had previously. He quickly located the vehicle we needed at a very competitive price.

Sold us a truck they had no title to - Terri31
Do not buy from this dealer, they sold a truck to us that they did not have the title to. After months of trying to get them to do something, we are stuck with a truck we cannot drive and they won't accept responsibility for it, they won't even give us a rental! Ours is not the only vehicle they do not have title to according to Tim the sales manager. We have filed a complaint and the State of Illinois will be investigating them.
Poor Customer Service - Spanky
Took my truck in Tuesday morning for what I thought was an alignment. Was told I needed new front brake pads and rotors costing hundreds of dollars. Not happy, but what can you do? Said OK.
Was told they needed a part and it wouldn't be in till Wednesday morning. They would put it in right away and call me. By late afternoon on Wednesday, I called them since I hadn't heard a word. Was told the part would be in that night and they would have it ready by Thursday morning. Asked why they didn't call and let me know. No answer to that.
Thursday morning comes and goes. I called again. I guess the phone only works in one direction at that place. Was told the mechanic was at lunch and he was about halfway through. ???????????? Finally got a call at 2:30 in the afternoon that the vehicle was ready.
Let me see.......3 days to replace front brakes and no phone calls till the end of the third day. Unacceptable. Obviously, I will not be returning here for any future work on my truck.

I took my car in for its 35000 miles service and to have a remote starter fitted - two things disappointed me about the visit. Firstly, and least importantly when I bought the car from them they dramatically promised if I bought the car back to them to get it serviced, at each service it would get a car wash. I got it back just as filthy as i gave it them - which is really only disappointing because they made a promise and broke it. But secondly the car windshield washers had not worked for a few days when I took it in, frozen I thought. But they promised that they would thoroughly check the car out as part of the service. So I figured if there was anything wrong they would let me know - turns out just after the visit I discovered the washer fluid was empty, because the tubing in the hood had burst open in the cold. So does that mean the thorough inspection didn't include the washer fluid and system, or they just missed it?? Either way that is not encouraging from a supposed reputable ford dealer, you pay a little more to take your car to a dealer - but doing so i would expect a little more - and this visit just wasn't that....

Shady Salesman - Jaded100miles
This salesman was shady, dishonest and completely un-trustworthy. I didn't trust him the moment I walked in the door. I found a Ford F-150 online and emailed the dealership that I was interested the same day. They responded quickly.
The next day, the website showed that the price of the truck had increased by $1,500. I replied to the email that I would not be driving over 100 miles to look at the truck as the price had increased.
A salesman called me and asked me what price I had seen online. He asked me to send him a screenshot and told me to come on up as they would honor the price. I let him know what day and what time I would be there.
When I got there, the truck was parked out front and there was another customer in the truck. The salesman that I had spoken to said "Well it's first come-first serve and I didn't know you were coming." I replied Yes- you did because I talked to you on Saturday. He then asked me if I was interested in any other vehicles on the lot and I said No. Then he told me that guy wasn't buying the truck and we could take a ride in it. During the test drive, he again told me they would honor the internet sales price. He also mentioned that he had me in his appointment book at 4:30 (just minutes earlier he didn't know I was coming?)
When we got back to the dealer, they took my trade in for a drive and he came back to tell me that they would NOT honor the price I saw online because it was a special sale.
I believe that he had already sold the truck to the other gentleman. He lied to me multiple times in our conversations and changed his story about the online price numerous times. What a waste of time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Could not test used Lincoln over 35-40 MPH. Rep was scared? Female driver..AnD petite us ' such a big car.' Not a welcoming or helping type of Dealership.
It may be old but it lacked mi imal professional basics and courtesy.
Bad experience. Took my top of the line maintenance contract with endless coverage..elsewhere.
Never came back no matter how many times I pass it in a month.

Buying a car shouldn't just be a hassle, afterall...it's an investment and your interaction with the dealership and salesman should be a personable experience.
I was never more disappointed, than my experience with this dealership and everyone encountered. First, I made an appointment to see a Lincoln. When I arrived at the time scheduled, I see the beautiful car on the lot, waiting for me...
Well...not really waiting for me as I approached the car and noticed it was being driven by the manager. A salesman comes out and I tell him about my appointment. This salesman was as dry as Texas dirt! No personality, it was a very hot day...he didn't even offer a bottle of water or drop of rain!
So someone takes the car in the back. I'm thinking they're going to prep it for show...not so. They bring the car to me, smoked in...ashes in the seats...smelling of food. Really? How professional, so you don't take my inquiry seriously?
Ok, I take a test drive and inspect the vehicle. Go in the dealership, the salesman doesn't say a word to me...he just starts creating paperwork. He gives me a low ball offer for my Jaguar and doesn't negotiate the price of his Lincoln...even after I mention some very noticeable flaws.
Talk about a waste of time!!! I can't imagine this place treats EVERY customer like they treated me? Even my guest noticed the rude treatment and suggested I not patronize this dealership.
I've been treated better at a fast food restaurant. So if I'm spending $30,000...treat me better than the price of buying a burger!!!!
As bad as I want this Lincoln, I refuse to be treated like I'm doing this place a favor...spending my hard-earned dollars with the "walking dead!" I wouldn't buy a windshield wiper here! All money is green, regardless of who holds/spends it!!!

Require deposit on sight unseen car - J C
Made arrangements to look at and possibly buy a car. Had issues with not getting straight answers to some questions, but possibly got that straightened out the night before on a phone call. Later that evening they decided to say they needed a deposit on a sight unseen vehicle. Sent them a response to tell them they lost a sale. Remember that there are no regulation regarding deposits. Change your mind, or they change the terms, you are out your money.

Tried to buy a new model from this dealership and they could not estimate a delivery date. I knew more about how to track a VIN with Ford than they did! I waited patiently for 8 weeks, and every week I would bug them to find me a "dealer trade" in the area but it was never successful. They were also never able to give me any window (approximate) for delivery. My car was dying, but they would not give me a loaner so I would wait. I ultimately found a gently used demo at another dealership, and cancelled my order. As soon as I called to cancel, they offered me a loaner! Imagine that... I have since gone there for service, and so far it's been acceptable service-wise, but I wish Ford would more thoroughly test their software before releasing "upgrades" that just cause buggy behavior in their My Ford Touch system.
