Doing business with Fair Oaks Ford was a pleasure - Karen Bojak
My husband and I have bought/leased numerous cars from Fair Oaks Ford. Most recently a Ford Explorer. Pam and John make it so easy and don't pressure us at all. They are straightforward and we feel we can really trust them. We will definitely be back. Karen Bojak

Isaiah Remijio Made my experience a wonderful 1. He Made me and my sister so comfortable with this sale this is my 1st 1 I've always just paid cash for a car he worked very diligently and very hard with us to make sure that we were happy and I appreciate the fact that he didn't wanna put me in something that he was uncomfortable with me driving being that I'm a single mom. Great Service Techs - ADJohnson
Stopped in to the Quick Lane, and received immediate, no wait attention, and incredible service from technicians Stacy and Brian. Stacy took the time to walk me through all of the parts underneath the vehicle, and things I should pay attention to for future service needs. He also explained the benefits (price and service) of scheduling oil changes with Quick Lane. I highly recommend the Quick Lane service center.
Exceptional Dealership - Bob Kindmark
Amazing experience at Castle Ford. From Matt Brown (sales associate) to Tom Roberts (finance manager) to John Kabzinski (general manager), I was absolutely impressed with the professionalism and personal touch of the staff. Everyone went out of his way to give me a great deal on a terrific car and answered all of my questions and concerns along the way. Castle Ford has gone above and beyond to earn my business and I will be recommending this fine dealership to all my friends and family in the future.

Great Experience - bob2525
Purchased a new Mazda CX-9 - Dennis Roak Jr was our salesperson and did a fantastic job! No pressure, answered all of our questions, had everything ready for us, and followed up after the sale. We drove 120 miles bypassing our local Mazda dealer for a much better experience. Great job Dennis!
Creme de la Creme - Dehmlow4
After buying my second car from Skip Warren and being assisted by Brandon Wiley, I am convinced Buss Ford has the nicest and most helpful sales team in McHenry County. Skip went out of his way 4 years ago to get a young college student with bad credit (me) into a nice car that was reliable and affordable. Today I'm happy to shake his hand as he hands me the keys to my 2016 Ford Focus. Thank you Skip, thank you Brandon and thank you Buss ford! You take the hassle out of buying cars and make your customers feel like family.
My first new car, best dealership experience I've ever had. - Analuz_alanis
I submitted a request for more information on a car and not four minutes later Jake called me up and helped figure out what I was looking for, he then scheduled an appointment with me at my convenience. I ended up going earlier than my appointment day and Jake took me right away. He was very helpful and eager to help me find my right choice. As a college student I was worried about price and loan applications but Jake was so wonderful, he gave me all the options I could choose from, let me test drive to see if my choice was a right fit for me and made my trade in and loan application process easy and painless. Jake was very professional and did not pressure me at all like I've had in the past with other dealers. We then went with Veronica who helped us with all the paperwork and needless to say she was wonderful as well, everything was quick, easy and she explained things so you knew what you were signing. Overall my experience was absolutely wonderful and I drove out in a brand new 2016 Ford Fiesta. I highly recommend this dealership and Jake!
Very pleasant and comfortable experience - cargal
Right from the start my online inquiry was answered. by Jacob Packley. I went to the dealership to see the 2012 Lincoln MKZ., travelling from Joliet. Jacob met with me, he was very nice and personable. We went for a test drive he was very knowledgeable about the features of the car. Later we talked numbers, I met Bob the sales manager, he also was very nice. Jacob, Bob and I hammered out a deal and had a pleasant time doing that--no stress !!!! We agreed to finalize the deal on Mon. 12/7/15 as this was Sat. 12/5/15 and was getting dark. I don't like driving at night. So, Monday it was very foggy, Jacob, out of the kindness of his heart offered to drive to Joliet to get me. I am 65yrs. old and had concerns about the weather. I thought his coming to get me was so kind and considerate. We finished the deal, saw Bob again, met Mike in financing, had a great experience @ Greenway Automotive--thanks GUYS !!!!!!! TERRI LOUTOS
routine service and Auto Butler - satisfied customer
Jamie and Pat are professional, attentive to their customers, and are definitely an asset to Libertyville Lincoln! I strongly recommend this dealership where the customer is #1.
They never cease to amaze us - carlroll
I'll start by saying my father in-law recommended Napleton to us when they were on Vincennes in Blue Island. We just bought our 5th car through them and it's the 3rd car from Napleton Lincoln. It was Napleton Lincoln Mercury, but Mercury no longer produces cars. Scott Burdelik has been our salesman 3 times now. He never pressures us, but sure does work hard to make it possible to get fine automobiles that we liked but feel we can't afford. He knows our tastes in vehicles and that we need comfort for road trips which took us to Alaska 6 times, and to the Canadian Rockies quite a few times. That said, tells a lot about how important it is for us to have a reliable vehicle. We traded in a 2012 MKZ that never had any problems. NAPLETON lINCOLN in BLUE ISLAND has earned our trust and our compliments.
Wonderful car buying experience - previous GM buyers
All of the employees at Terrys take the time to show you all the vehicles that you may be interested in. We have recommended this dealership to friends and family.
Wonderful & Honest - Brendan Appel
Wickstrom is not near our home, but we ended up there after our local dealer, Napleton Lincoln in Glenview, lied to us and then tried telling us our lease didn't say what it said. While Napleton is worse than the most dishonest used car dealer you can imagine, Wickstrom was the exact opposite. We told them what happened, what deal we were looking to get, and they absolutely came through for us. Best of all, unlike Napleton, they know how to keep in touch with you on important items. Our saleswoman, Micaela, could not have been nicer or more attentive. She even came in on her day off to help get our car.
The management and finance team was prepared and professional, and we were in and out in record time, all while having just the best experience. My only complaint is that we live so far away!
Lied, tried to slip in fee they said was free - Brendan Appel
Not often does one get up and leave a dealership in the middle of signing your lease, but when you've been lied to as much as Napleton Lincoln lied to us, that's exactly what happened.
We should have what was coming as so many things the two salesman helping us (Tim and Matt) said ended up not being true. We were looking at leasing a 2017 Lincoln MKX. They had a gray one on the lot, but my wife wanted a white one, which she told them several times. After driving the car & calling back, Tim told her the lease we wanted would be "$614/mo", but that they would have to locate a white one. My wife asked if he could do any better & he said he could get it down to $599. When I talked to him, Tim claimed his manager (Nick, who we'll hear about more in a moment) said the best they could do was $614, but if we wanted a white one, the price now went to $628 "because the $614 price was only for the gray one in stock," which was never the case.
We also asked many times, & were told each time by sales, that there was no disposition fee. Having just paid one on an Infiniti, this was important to us. They assured us several times that there was no fee.
To make a long story short (one that has many "changes" like the price issue above), we finally agreed on a price & a car that they would locate. I wrote them a check for the first payment & fees, & since it was late on Tues., they promised to work on getting us the car first thing next morning so we'd have it by the weekend.
As is their bad norm, no one called us the next day. We had to call them, and it seemed they were in no hurry to find our car or confirm its arrival. After many calls from us to them (never the other way around), they promised to have the car by the next day (Thur.).
Arrived at 10:30 a.m. to sign the docs. I signed many preliminary docs (incl forced arbitration - reason enough to shop elsewhere), & then waited 1+ hrs b/c lease wouldn't print. After noon it printed; they hand wrote 2 changes: name of leasing co & changed the disposition fee from "N/A" to $395. I told the fin. mgr we were repeatedly told there was no disp. fee. He calls over the manager (Nick), who claimed it had to be written up that way, but that "you won't have to pay it." I can read & am a contract lawyer, so I noted that if I signed the doc, I would absolutely have to pay the fee. He then claimed it was incl. in monthly payments (it wasn't, and can't be). Then he claimed we couldn't change anything on the lease, even though they changed two items themselves. Nick was simply lying & insulting my intelligence in my own area of expertise. It was like 30 years ago in the bad old days of shady car dealers, which is what Napleton is.
I asked him to show me where on the lease anything he was saying was true; his response was to say, "I'll just give you your check back. Sorry we can't do business." No, Nick, you were sorry you didn't succeed in pulling a fast one on me & ripping me off. Went that night to Wickstrom Lincoln in Barrington & got an even better deal from an honest dealer. Stay far away from these shiesters.
Worst dealer anywhere - Unhappy buyer
I bought a car on a Friday. Went back to pick it up and was told it's missing a part we'll deliver it Monday. Waited until 2 on Monday called and was told Wednesday. Never again. I've purchased 56 cars and never put up with this much BS from any other dealer.
Waiting for diagnostic report - #ruinedinflood
Over a week ago my car was caught in a flood and ruined at their repair facility while in for service. The insurance company asked for a diagnostic report. With almost daily requests they still have not sent one to insurance company."
Overall Satisfaction - petit
It has become a personal experience for me to bring in my car for Service. Rick at the service center is God sent adviser. I have enjoyed my car since I purchased it from this dealership (Napleton), and my service experience has been great. It seems when the service schedule approaches, I look forward to the experience. Thank you.
Repair - Booski
My gear shaft was replaced but they failed to put a tray that goes above it back so wires are exposed! I called and emailed several times , finally came back in and spoke with Larry who said he would order the piece, I still don't have it and it's been over a week!!

Glad we made the trip! - JTG
Jeremy was fantastic to work with. I feel he was honest, looked out for his customers and got us a good deal. Employees were friendly.
Horrible scam artists!!! - Jordan Eisman
They are scammers. They sell used car at high prices to hard working citizens knowing that the vehicle has problems. They say it doesnt have issues but they know that the vehicle is not good. They are all about the money. Not about the customers best intrest.
Shady Salesman - Jaded100miles
This salesman was shady, dishonest and completely un-trustworthy. I didn't trust him the moment I walked in the door. I found a Ford F-150 online and emailed the dealership that I was interested the same day. They responded quickly.
The next day, the website showed that the price of the truck had increased by $1,500. I replied to the email that I would not be driving over 100 miles to look at the truck as the price had increased.
A salesman called me and asked me what price I had seen online. He asked me to send him a screenshot and told me to come on up as they would honor the price. I let him know what day and what time I would be there.
When I got there, the truck was parked out front and there was another customer in the truck. The salesman that I had spoken to said "Well it's first come-first serve and I didn't know you were coming." I replied Yes- you did because I talked to you on Saturday. He then asked me if I was interested in any other vehicles on the lot and I said No. Then he told me that guy wasn't buying the truck and we could take a ride in it. During the test drive, he again told me they would honor the internet sales price. He also mentioned that he had me in his appointment book at 4:30 (just minutes earlier he didn't know I was coming?)
When we got back to the dealer, they took my trade in for a drive and he came back to tell me that they would NOT honor the price I saw online because it was a special sale.
I believe that he had already sold the truck to the other gentleman. He lied to me multiple times in our conversations and changed his story about the online price numerous times. What a waste of time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
Cash took a month for title. promised a full week after sign - Katey

Tried to buy a new model from this dealership and they... - greenchicago
Tried to buy a new model from this dealership and they could not estimate a delivery date. I knew more about how to track a VIN with Ford than they did! I waited patiently for 8 weeks, and every week I would bug them to find me a "dealer trade" in the area but it was never successful. They were also never able to give me any window (approximate) for delivery. My car was dying, but they would not give me a loaner so I would wait. I ultimately found a gently used demo at another dealership, and cancelled my order. As soon as I called to cancel, they offered me a loaner! Imagine that... I have since gone there for service, and so far it's been acceptable service-wise, but I wish Ford would more thoroughly test their software before releasing "upgrades" that just cause buggy behavior in their My Ford Touch system.
Somehow, the odometer on car we purchased was turned to... - P-dOff
Somehow, the odometer on car we purchased was turned to 30K miles.
Auto records show this car had 118K !!!!!! I think that's illegal, eh?
May pursue this with the authorities.
This place looks like it's out of business, but the location is the same.
Be careful of checking vehicle records before you lay your money down!
