I have gone to a number of dealers, all had the car I wanted, but, they either wanted to much for done payment or just didn't want to work with me on the price and payments. I found the car and somewhat reasonable payments here at Martin Nissan. Daniel Alonso is a true salesman, he really wanted me to have a car.

John Kowalczyk is one of the best salesmen I've ever dealt with. Car buying is a long process which I always dread. The only downside of the process was the amount of time we spent waiting after we filled out the paperwork and before we went to the finance department to finalize the deal.
2 weeks after we purchased our vehicle we discovered a leak. We brought it in on a Saturday and they fixed it the same day!

I started online with Dan Conro and he called back and told me Gerald Nissan has a Rogue that has almost everything I want. I made appointment to discuss a deal. Dan greeted me and said the car is here. He introduced me to Karim Helmy. We sat down and I explained what I was looking for and the price I wanted to pay. I had done my homework on Nissan USA and knew msrp and what my car was worth. Karim took me on test drive and answered all my questions. After he wrote down all my details and took them to the manager. When he came back he had the figures and said taking the offer of 0%/ 72mos would give me the greatest saving. I appreciate the honesty they displayed in not only trying to sell a car, but give me the deal I could get. Karim was honest and forthright with me on the whole deal. I can't say that about other dealer in St Charles. Karim took me out to service and introduced me to Matt. Both Karim and Matt have kept me up to date on the parts ordered to complete my wish list. Tim A internet sales rep is great. Took a few days to arrive at a deal because I wasnt in a hurry. Tim A. worked alongside me and advocated to senior management for me. ultimately I paid what I knew was a great deal for a leased 2017 Pathfinder. Bill Kay Nissan and Tim A. are legit and I'll keep coming back until they aren't. I've leased 3 Nissans from Bill Kay and this is the best deal and experience I've ever had. Fast emails/text and phone negotiations only and 1 hour in store to sign paperwork. Great experience. Happy to work with Tim and Bill Kay Nissan.

Came in to upgrade my car in April and when i first pulled in the parking lot Ali was the first one to greet me and my sister,It was my first trade in and still paying monthly payments on my car,so I had no idea what to expect but Ali was very helpful,he took the time to explain to me about the process in order to trade he worked with me every step of he way,and I could not be more happy,my sister was also surprised and enjoyed his company because she has also purchased a nissan but from a different dealership and did not get the same treatment so she no longer goes their for maintenance for her car she goes to woodfield nissan.

I purchased a 2017 Nissan Platinum from Hector Santiago. First let me say the car is gorgeous. I had recently sold my 2014 Infiniti Q50 which wasn't as nice as this new Maxima. The Infiniti didn't even offer remote start as an option. Crazy! The Platinum is loaded and it drives so nice. Has a smooth ride and great pickup! I love this car!
Hector made it all very easy. He was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process painless and fun! I highly recommend Hector and Zeigler if you are in the market for a car.

Western Avenue Nissan at 7410 S. Western in Chicago sucks!! Please avoid doing ANY business with them. My hybrid Nissan breaks down, I call them and was told they have a certified hybrid tech at their location that can work on my car. Long story short they don't have the proper equipment now they want ME to incur the expense of towing the car a 2nd time all the way to Orland Park Nissan (go figure) who can work on it. 1-800-Nissan1 is concurring with them. See how they do black people? Don't waste your time or money dealing with them. PLEASE!!

Beware!!! I applied for financing via Auto Credit Express boasting finance for anyone with bad credit. Well, nope, it's a lie! I got an email from Napleton saying "We received you finance application through Auto Credit Express! Congratulations, you are pre-approved!" Yep, not pre-qualified, so I say okay. "Internet Sales Professional" informs me "yes, you are pre-approved, I'm confident we can get you into the car you want!" General Manager called and left a message. I will never purchase a vehicle at any of your locations in the future.

I purchased a car here from out of town. I drove in from WI and thought I found a great car. I came to the dealership with a check to purchase this car and after taking it for a text drive and two people telling me it's a great car at the dealership I bought it. After paying for it, they kindly washed it bc it had salt all over from the snow ,I noticed there were scratches all I've the rear passenger side bumper. Scott Burgess (GM) and Mike (sales guy) told me that they would take care of it later. I spoke with Scott and set up a later date of Feb 9th. Mind you I am driving in from WI. Feb 8th at 9pm Scott tells me that's it's a bad idea to drive in and that they will not fix my car. This is horrible service and I will never purchase a car from this deceiving dealership again. I have requested off work to make this drive to have my car that they promised they would fix taken care of. Never shop here, my fault for not getting it in writing.
