After researching cars for weeks, I ended up at Al Piemonte Nissan. I walked in and Fernando was kind enough to notice I needed help. He showed me the original car I came to view. He was very frank and upfront with me on my concerns and questions. After not liking the color of the car I came to view, he was open to showing me more cars in different colors.
Without belittling me (as other dealers did), he was patient and extremely helpful. (If more people were as kind, helpful, and clear as him, I wonder how many more cars would sell?)
Long story short, the process from start to finish was clear, easy and VERY enjoyable. I'm thankful for Fernando's help and patience. He deserves a raise! Or better yet, a position where he can duplicate himself!

I found a used car on the internet and dealt with Alan Li. He was very good and referred me to salesman Richard Rosado. From the beginning Richard was very responsive and made me feel comfortable. He had a can do attitude and did whatever it took to make things convenient for me including bringing the car to me to see before I went into the dealship. At the dealer he worked with Angelo to make things work . I sold cars for years and I am very fussy when it comes to salesman. Richard is very impressive and I would for sure refer him! Thank you and I know you will continue to make sure all goes well when the mechanics strike is over to finish things up.

I had difficulties with my transmission so I had to call corporate and complained that trans was just serviced recently and now my car kept jumping and cutting off while running, corporate got back to me and thanks to them they replaced trans and tow fee, and I appreciate the help and quick response.

My husband and I needed a new vehicle for our growing family. We had a specific type of 2017 Pathfinder in mind and Greg Queen went above and beyond to make sure it was available for us. He also made our overall car buying experience very relaxed and not stressful at all. He explained everything to us very thoroughly and made sure we were happy with the car itself before we signed any papers. I purchased a car from them in 2002 and again in 2017. In both cases, Schaumburg Nissan was excellent. Phil Panzarella asked what we were looking for and directed us to the cars that fit our needs. We were able to pick out a car, test drive it and start the purchasing process in about 45 minutes. Phil was nice enough to set up the bluetooth and walk my daughter through the functions on the car. Shoutout to Anthony Miceli and Paul Ketz who were also very helpful. The finance guy was great to but I don't have a card with his name, unfortunately.

Since 2015 when I bought my brand new Nissan 2500 NV cargo work van from the from the auto barn of Evenston I have had Don Mekoola oversee all my maintenance and all I can say he has been one of the best service managers I have ever dealt with he has always made sure everything was done properly And as always answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything that was being done !
This really means a lot to me I have been a service man for over 30 years and my truck is my most important tool and the best thing I ever did was get this Nissan cargo van and I bought the complete maintenance package And Don Mekoola has always gone above and beyond with making sure all my visits for regular maintenance have been done correctly and efficiently and I hope someone from up top at Nissan sees this because this man deserves recognition for being excellent and efficient at getting his job done properly through the mechanics and his customer service abilities and honesty

Certified Used Altima - 270HP
I have owned this 2015 Altima approx 2 months. One minor issue was warrantied immediately by Service. Today I took it in for a look at the brakes. Service told me there is some glazing on rotors from hard braking, but all good for many miles on pads. They could have charged me for a brake job, but were honest. My kind of Shop / Dealership. I have been enjoying this very responsive 6 cyl and benefiting also from better gas mileage and comfort than my old 4 cyl, and save on car washes. Bill Kay Nissan has free car washes!

Bought a new Nissan Murano Platinium tech. Pkg from another dealer west of Glendale. A short time after, I heard a huge wind noise & when I drove it through a car wash water would pour in through the back of the sunroof into the catch tray where it meets the panoramic roof. Brought it back in to the dealer & they diagnosed it to be the right rear door gaskets?? I did not want to waste Nissans money & my time so I brought my vehicle to GLendale service dept. I talked to John Petrie ser. Mgr. , he listened, cared & let me take him for a test ride. He then put me in a loaner car & said he needs time to diagnose the vehicle. In the end he personally diagnosed the issue with several test rides masking off the roof to pinpoint the noise & leak, found a defect in the pano roof replaced it under warranty & now it is perfect. John in my opinion is a true professional, no nonsense, get it done type of person & I thank him very much for all the time & effort he put in to correcting the issue. Also hats off to Jim Hutcheson ser. Director to his winning Service Team , where they all work together to get 1st class results. Absolutely outstanding!!!!!

I went knowing exactly what I wanted and how I wanted the process to go. I had found out the trade in value of my car first. I was offered more than I was expecting. I went on a test drive and walked out with it in right around 2 hours. The financing was easy and got a great rate. I usually take 4 hours to buy a car. Here it was a great price for my trade and a very fair price for the car I was buying. I felt no need to even try to argue the price down. Amazing experience.

Please do not take your vehicle here for service, we are a Nissan Family and they can never diagnosis the car , they have to call corporate or another dealer then charge for the consultation as labor. They even told me I needed and engine when it took them 7 months to diagnose a loose ground wire, have been driving the car a year and a half since. They are rude and any never are able to figure out whats wrong with the car one of our cars sat a week before they even looked at it . Horrible customer service.

Service Diagnose - espinoza86
I made an appointment for a diagnose service, because my car was jerking on me. I took it in, Nick at the service department help me (was very kind) took my car in. After a while he came back and advise me I needed a new transmission and it will cost me over 4,200. he then continue and told me the diagnose did not show any leaks or a sign of any kind.
After I left there I was just amaze how a 2014 Nissan Sentra needed a new transmission, so as soon as the next day I called another Nissan to get a second opinion and see if I was going to get the same diagnose.
It turns out I only had less then 2 quarts of transmission oil, the other Nissan did the transmission change and filled it up ( I believe to 5 quarts)
Long story short, my car after that was not jerking on me, and the problem was fix. I paid for a diagnose of almost $80.00 at Napleton Nissan in Schererville, IN and felt like they should of told me I was running supper low on transmission oil because if they diagnosed it the code should of came up with whatever other codes.
I called 3 days after to Nissan in Schererville to let the service Manager know what happen and how I felt and he was just making excuses and he did not know what to say and just didn't care. Overall I spent about 280.00 total had to travel to another Nissan when all that could of been done at the same Nissan dealer. Not satisfied with the service manager and what was presented to me for the diagnose since no one told me I needed transmission oil!
Never walked in a dealership and closed deal in an hour! - Shaker M
I started my search online and contacted multiple dealerships trying to find the best deal on my Altima. I was surprised to see an Altima with exactly the same specifications but was listed 2,000 cheaper than every one else. I called the dealership to inquire and was transferred to the Finance Manager Freddie Valles. Freddie informed me it was a misprint but agreed to honor the online price and we made a deal on price on the phone.
Upon arriving that same day to the dealership I was honestly apprehensive at first the dealership was outdated and no frills, but don't let it fool you the employees were so warm and welcoming as I entered. They were having some type of Nissan Event and the dealership was packed even at 8 pm. I met Jonathon Peco (he goes by Peco) and he was already informed about my call to Freddie and had my car ready for the test drive. We started negotiating the final details and closed the deal within an hour, not only did they honor the online misprint I was also given any Nissan incentives available.
My financing experience with Luis Colon was top notch as well. The service products were described well and the process was seamless.
Western Auto Nissan is over an hour from my home in Bradley but it was worth every mile to get there. The experience from the initial contact to the final signature was a pleasure. Peco and Freddy were fantastic, friendly, and very enjoyable to deal with .
They made the entire process so quick, easy, and hassle-free. Not to mention they both are extremely personable, knowledgeable, and honest.

I purchased a car here from out of town. I drove in from WI and thought I found a great car. I came to the dealership with a check to purchase this car and after taking it for a text drive and two people telling me it's a great car at the dealership I bought it. After paying for it, they kindly washed it bc it had salt all over from the snow ,I noticed there were scratches all I've the rear passenger side bumper. Scott Burgess (GM) and Mike (sales guy) told me that they would take care of it later. I spoke with Scott and set up a later date of Feb 9th. Mind you I am driving in from WI. Feb 8th at 9pm Scott tells me that's it's a bad idea to drive in and that they will not fix my car. This is horrible service and I will never purchase a car from this deceiving dealership again. I have requested off work to make this drive to have my car that they promised they would fix taken care of. Never shop here, my fault for not getting it in writing.
