Today I came into ford for a issue that another dealership has looked past numerous times. After talking with them (Kim in service and Nate in sales) and only 20 minutes in the bay they found the issue that was looked past by the other dealership. I am extremely happy with their service and finding the issue. I repeated went back to said other dealership for same issue with out solving the problem. Kim and Nate are great. I only had to go to them once to solve it. I'm very satisfied. Please go there if you have any issues. They know what their doing

I inquired about a vehicle posted on the internet. I asked for a clean deal price (no Trade in). The response from the sale person quotes the price over 500 dollars higher than the current advertised price in the internet ad, and I am informed that the higher price already includes a discount because the vehicle already has 1000 miles on it because it is a dealer demo. the internet ad showed the car as new with only 10 miles. If I wanted a car with 1000 miles on it, I would have made that part of my search. Completely misleading advertising. the only response from the dealer was "sorry for the confusion". No confusion here folks, just false advertising.

bought a used car from here, typical sales tactics, when asked to match kbb value i was told that nobody in the whole United States in the car business uses or looks at Kelly Blue Book, because it has no basis in reality, i even found another car at another dealership that was the kbb price and they would still not price match, sales man had cheap tactics like trying to promote local business. The car was missing some accessories on delivery was told they were on order and i should pick them up the next week, never heard back from them now they wont answer phone calls or emails. if you have to buy anything from here id get them to put everything in writing. after delivery to find that the stereo was not working properly, had to leave the car in service for weeks. id try to avoid as much as possible.

While the whole purchase process was easy and Jay Strauss was verry helpful. Unfortunately there service department should get on the ball. I Have issues with the brakes on my f150. after they failed to call me and schedule an appointment for almost 2 weeks after they replaced the brake booster i still had the same symptoms. I called and left a message with the receptionist the following monday after the service and was told someone would call me back. It has now been a week later and no phone call from there service department. Which is a big deal for me if they want my business in the future. I shouldn't have to call multiple times a week to get something resolved. And according to the service paperwork they never test drove the truck after servicing to make sure the problem was resolved in/out odometer was the same
Expensive repair, problem not even fixed after 10 days. - james
Took Piaggio scooter in for repair, it had under 100 miles on it. Ten days later they said it was repaired, $ 175.00 in labor, they said they cleaned carborater real good.Drove my scooter home that day and the next day it would not start! Called dealership and they said maybe needs a new carborater, they will pick scooter the next day and give me a price on a new carborator. No one ever called me back and no one picked up the scooter, what a joke, piss poor way to run a business
