Jeff was helpful to find just what we were looking for over the phone. He directed us to a picture and all the features of the car on their web site. When we got there he had the car ready for us to test drive and we were sold. Matt Howard was there to help us and to make sure we were satisfied with the price. Jeff and Matt made us fell right at home. We met Carlos Martinez in the service department and then Jesse Lacy helped us with finial paper work. If we have any questions Jeff said to call, text or e-mail anytime. It made buying a car easy.

I have been through several car dealers and none of them have ever had the honesty and integrity of Anthony Hoover. He is not there just to sell you a car and push you out the door. He takes the time to learn your needs and meets every single one of them and will not settle for anything less than making you 100% happy. He's not pushy. He follows through on everything. I bought a car at this dealership and had a great experience the first time. When It came time to look for another one of course I thought I would go back to where I got my first one and get the same helpful, friendly people. Nope, not even close! Second time they wasted time on changing their story many times and kept me there for hours. I was first told the market is better now so they don't offer the low rates they did before, that story changed the next day. We actually had to sit there and watch the manager smugly snicker when we told them what payment we could afford. Then him give a great sigh and say sorry, we can't help you. Bye! They lied to me about my own credit score which I checked that day before I even went to the dealership. And over a period of 3 days the interest rate changed 3 times, (getting higher each time I talked with them) my credit score changed twice according to them, and the payments on a 20k vehicle was cheaper than a 15k vehicle.

Avoid this service department and save yourself the trouble and headaches of babysitting them. Their work is sloppy and their advice isn't consistent. Cannot say I have had one good experience with the service department as long as I've had the car.

Made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle for my daughter from this place. Huge mistake.
I went back and forth with salesman about the price we agreed on through email. While he kept insisting I purchase a warranty for an additional 1800 dollars. I refused several times and he kept lowering the price of the warranty. After I refused for the last time he said I would have to pay sticker price because the price we negotiated had expired because I did not come in the same day. I told him I would take the car without the warranty and pay the 250 dollar discount he said expired. I also said I would give him a bad review. He came back said he would give it to me at the price we had previously agreed. By this time it's well after closing. I'm angry and tired. The finance manager reassured me that he would take care of me and apologized. Finally I thought a decent person in this place. I made the mistake of not thoroughly reading through the contract because by this time it's well after 10 and I was exhausted. I read through my contract when I get it in the mail and lo and behold, the 1800 dollar warranty was added along with the 250 dollars to the price. I was also told I would get an additional key for the vehicle but when I went back they said they didn't have it.
I should have been thorough when reading my contract but I really thought the finance manager was honest and doing the right thing when he said he would take care of the problem.

I have owned my 2016 Nissan Sentra for less then 7 months (december 9th 2016 to current June 22 2017) and it has been in their body shop 2 times for damage the dealership caused.

We asked Cassandra, by phone, about the condition of a newly traded-in vehicle. We specifically asked about cosmetic or mechanical damage and she declared it "clean".
When we viewed it ourself, it had Extensive Hail Damage and two broken door panels (speaker falling off on one, broken door handle on the other).
It is unacceptable to lie about major damage when a potential customer directly inquires about such. Trying to charge a clean retail price for a near-totaled vehicle just adds insult to injury.

These people are complete crooks. My son went to buy his 1st car and they lied to him, told him he had to take out all the xtra warranties and gap ins. He's car payment was suppose to be 299 a month and by the time he left it was 500 a month and he was paying 30000 for a 11000 car. I have called and got nothing but lie after lie and now won't call us back amd forwards our phone calls.

My Nissan broke down a few weeks ago and between then and now (roughly 3 weeks later) is the time that it's taken for me to be back in it. When I first spoke with someone, I was told that once they figured out the issue he would get back to me with what the issue was, then if I chose to have the service done I would receive a rental while they worked on it, since the rental was covered in my extended warranty. The next communication I received from Nissan (about a week and a half later) was a voicemail from the man telling me my car was ready.
I never received any communication about the progress of the whole ordeal. In the meantime, I tried to reach out to him to get status updates, only to be met with holding music for half-hour increments, sometimes being hung up on, then calling back to be immediately sent to holding music. In other words, I could not get in touch with the service professional at all. When I finally did (another few days later), I was given some insight into the issue, but told that the true problem would not be fixed because of concerns with the warranty company. I won't go into all the details here, but my biggest issue with this is the lack of communication between Nissan and me about my car. I was forced to inconvenience others and use their cars while I waited because I was under the impression that I would have a rental...although I had to drive around for nearly 3 weeks while waiting.
Long story short(ish), the communication was absolutely unprofessional and unappreciated, and I came out of the entire ordeal with the greatest degree of satisfaction. I will be reaching out to higher management to better understand their policies on customer service, because I'm not quite sure what was given to me. If there are any stars tied to this review it's only because I have to give at least one.
Bait and Switch Artists - justapayingcustomer
I just had a very dissatisfying experience with this dealership. I was interested in a certified used car they listed on their website. So going from experience with other dealers, I contacted the dealership to verify the car was still in stock and available. I received an email response at 11:45 am letting me know that they indeed had the car and asked when I would be in to look at it. Since I live about one hour away, I told them I could be there by 1:30 pm.
I then got ready and actually made good time, arriving at 1:15 pm. Mind you only 1-1/2 hours after getting the assurance the car was available. Guess What! I get there and they "can't find" they keys. After about 30 min., they tell me that the car was sold this morning... Funny how they had someone look at and buy the car in the 15 min. remaining in the morning after they told me it was available.
Of course they were more than willing to show and sell me other cars they did have. Of course more expensive than the one I was interested in.
Bottom line.... I have had this happen before and will not be making any return trips to this dealership. Regardless of how good of a deal they advertise. They obviously do not value their Customer's time. Be educated ave your money and avoid them.

Purchased a used Maxima in August of 2003. Noticed a vibration coming from the front wheels. Took it to Kevin and explained the noice and he said it was just the brakes. Got it fixed....few months later same thing again, this time it was the brake pads. Got that fixed and then continued this cycle for two years until finally the vibration got so bad that the entire car was shaking. Took it to Thornhill Nissan in Fort Worth because we were afraid to drive it all the way to Urban. Thornhill noticed as soon as the car was lifted up that the wheel on the front passenger side was about to fall off! Thornhill fixed it and no problem since. Of course this was identified after the warranty had expired. Urban Nissan Service is a bunch of money grubbing jerks and they don't care about their customers. Kevin just wants the commission for unnecessary work. DO NOT USE URBAN NISSAN FOR SERVICE...YOU WILL REGRET IT!
