Great!!! - Queenairoh
I love coming to Don Davis Nissan they work with you ever step of the way on buying a car. Don't think I'll go anywhere else.
Belinda/ 2017 Armada - Armada
I highly recommend Southwest Nissan if you want honesty. DO NOT GO TO JIMMY NISSAN IN Wichita Falls Tx they have a mandatory fee they add on of $1100 which is not mandatory with any other dealership. We had made a deal with them on a 2017 Armada and was on our way over to sign papers and they had traded it off to another Nissan dealer. Never again will I waste my time with them!!
One of the best salesman ever - Austin

Felt Mr. Fox was a patient and understanding employee that looked to help me in my search for the perfect car. They did not have the exact vehicle I was searching for, however, he made sure to provide a quality level of professionalism and effort in trying to find something in my budget and desire.

We went to look at a used ford 350 and we had such great customer service from start to finish. The next day we found out a piece of paper did not get signed and we were going to drive back 40 minutes to sign. Well our amazing sales associate actually drove to us with the paperwork! We had a great experience and got a wonderful truck!

Service departement is a living nightmare! - Sharon L.
The service department of this dealership is a complete disappointment. I made the mistake of purchasing a service plan when I bought my car two years ago at the Nissan of McKinney. Save yourself the MONEY and TIME. My service included oil changes and tire rotations. I used Crest Nissan for the last few oil changes b/c they were closer to my home. On my last visit I waited upwards of 2 hours for an oil change, even though I had an appointment. I dreaded getting my oil changed b/c of the amount of time I had to invest in this simple chore. On my last visit I asked my service agent if these oil changes (that I had pre-paid for at the time I purchased my vehicle) ever expired. I wanted to know that if I didn't have two hours to spend I could get my oil changed somewhere else and always come back to use my remaining pre-paid oil changes. I was told that they NEVER expired.
Today I made an appointment to get my oil changed and a state inspection. I waited my turn to be checked in by the service agent. I then waited 5 minutes as they checked me in. After explaining to them what services I needed I went inside to the waiting area. About 5 minutes later I was approached by the service agent who shared with me that in fact my service plan had expired, and I would be paying for my oil change. I explained that I had been told the oil changes never expired. He told me he would see what he could do. When he returned he told me there is nothing he could do. He printed my service plan and told me I was too late as my plan expired 11 days ago. He explained that b/c the employee I spoke to prior was no longer employed at Crest Nissan that it was too bad for me. So, because I was given mis-information and because I was 11 days too late they could not be bothered to honor an oil change that I had pre-paid for. They would, however, be happy to complete the service for a fee.
Thank you Crest. You have lost a customer for life.
Terrible service - Unhappy customer
Went in for a simple oil change & state inspection. Service advisor recommended sealer for battery (which I bought and they applied to battery) and then tells me I have a bad battery (test showed 50% on low) so unless I purchased a battery from them, sealer is wasted - should have done battery test before selling and applying sealer. Inspection could not be done because terminals on battery were removed before doing inspection and told me I would have to return after I drove my car at least 50 miles. After I left, about 1/2 mile away, I looked at the passenger outside mirror and it was GONE. It had been knocked off during the car wash and found on the floor of the car wash. It was was not broken and was put back on. When my car was returned for the second time to me by the manager, Brandon, he got out of the car and said, "there you go" - did not say sorry for your trouble, come back to see us - nothing. ON THE POSITIVE SIDE, THEY DID RETURN ALL OF THE MONEY HAD I SPENT FOR OIL CHANGE AND SEALER BUT ILL NEVER GO BACK. I've been in there twice looking for a new Nissan, but won't buy it there.
Used to Be Good - Bill Brott
For those of you considering doing business with Texas Nissan of Grapevine--In a word--"DON'T!" I don't now what has transpired at that dealership as of late. I mean they really had a good thing going. This was an excellent dealership that had one thing most car dealerships rarely get from me---"My Trust." Believe me--my last service appointment was no less than a freakin' nightmare. Suffice it to say,--The Service Waiting Room was --"FILTHY"---The Wait Time was --Extended with no explanation----My car came back--"FILTHY" and to top it all off---here's the real kicker---My to do report came back reading----"Checked the automatic transmission fluid, and it needs to be changed immediately."---Funny thing---I drive a Standard Transmission. The technicians are obviously liars--incompetent, or both. Even though that deal looks good------"DON'T DO IT!" You will end up paying for it ion the end. -One star because I had to give them something.
Stay away!!! - Disappointed Car Buyer
Zero customer service skills.
Rude sales managers.
Was given the "Run-A-Round".
I'm not sure how salesmen can treat customers this way and still have a job in customer service.
They damaged my new car 2 times - Bethlupi
I have owned my 2016 Nissan Sentra for less then 7 months (december 9th 2016 to current June 22 2017) and it has been in their body shop 2 times for damage the dealership caused.
Worse service ever - None
Offer you all extra services, whistles and bells. You get nothing. Stay away. Employees treat you like garbage after you purchase a new vehicle . Then you are just money.
Frauds and liars - Shann1979
These people are complete crooks. My son went to buy his 1st car and they lied to him, told him he had to take out all the xtra warranties and gap ins. He's car payment was suppose to be 299 a month and by the time he left it was 500 a month and he was paying 30000 for a 11000 car. I have called and got nothing but lie after lie and now won't call us back amd forwards our phone calls.

Bait and Switch Artists - justapayingcustomer
I just had a very dissatisfying experience with this dealership. I was interested in a certified used car they listed on their website. So going from experience with other dealers, I contacted the dealership to verify the car was still in stock and available. I received an email response at 11:45 am letting me know that they indeed had the car and asked when I would be in to look at it. Since I live about one hour away, I told them I could be there by 1:30 pm.
I then got ready and actually made good time, arriving at 1:15 pm. Mind you only 1-1/2 hours after getting the assurance the car was available. Guess What! I get there and they "can't find" they keys. After about 30 min., they tell me that the car was sold this morning... Funny how they had someone look at and buy the car in the 15 min. remaining in the morning after they told me it was available.
Of course they were more than willing to show and sell me other cars they did have. Of course more expensive than the one I was interested in.
Bottom line.... I have had this happen before and will not be making any return trips to this dealership. Regardless of how good of a deal they advertise. They obviously do not value their Customer's time. Be educated ave your money and avoid them.

Purchased a used Maxima in August of 2003. Noticed a vibration coming from the front wheels. Took it to Kevin and explained the noice and he said it was just the brakes. Got it fixed....few months later same thing again, this time it was the brake pads. Got that fixed and then continued this cycle for two years until finally the vibration got so bad that the entire car was shaking. Took it to Thornhill Nissan in Fort Worth because we were afraid to drive it all the way to Urban. Thornhill noticed as soon as the car was lifted up that the wheel on the front passenger side was about to fall off! Thornhill fixed it and no problem since. Of course this was identified after the warranty had expired. Urban Nissan Service is a bunch of money grubbing jerks and they don't care about their customers. Kevin just wants the commission for unnecessary work. DO NOT USE URBAN NISSAN FOR SERVICE...YOU WILL REGRET IT!
