They suck. They will get most bad credit issues approved for some garbage of a car. Do not take your car to get serviced there. I have gone back 3 times for the same issue within a month. Then tanzy the assistant service manager lied and said she fixed a different issue the last time. I had my service engine light checked and I knew the code before I took my car in. She has a bad attitude. MPP the extended warranty is a must.
Excellent care - Nissan fan
What a diamond in the rough. A dealer who actually does more than they promise. I could not be happier with my new car or the dealer I purchased it from. Best Nissan dealer in Dallas or Houston.
Avoid them - Pj
First these complaints could have been avoided had i been more detailed... 1. Was suppose to be tax tag and title out the door. Upon reflection of paperwork they snuck in over a thousand in taxes that i missed. 2. They didn't disclose dash damage that was very hard to see and research says its $1800 dollars worth of damage. I'm currently checking the laws regarding this type of blatant and misleading non disclosure. AVOID
The worst service imaginable - Pissed Off Buyer
I am sad to say I bought a vehicle from this dealership. The guys (not all) that work at this dealership are some of the most misleading, disrespectful, people I have ever dealt with. If you're young, they won't think much of you and try to screw you as much as they can. With that being said, I can't imagine what they'd do to an old blind lady. This was service you would expect to have when dining at a restaurant ran by Al Qaeda.
Poor service - Robert.
Couldn't believe I did not had a written diagnostic when I had my car there, even they charge me for it, they 'fix' my problem for one day..
Used to Be Good - Bill Brott
For those of you considering doing business with Texas Nissan of Grapevine--In a word--"DON'T!" I don't now what has transpired at that dealership as of late. I mean they really had a good thing going. This was an excellent dealership that had one thing most car dealerships rarely get from me---"My Trust." Believe me--my last service appointment was no less than a freakin' nightmare. Suffice it to say,--The Service Waiting Room was --"FILTHY"---The Wait Time was --Extended with no explanation----My car came back--"FILTHY" and to top it all off---here's the real kicker---My to do report came back reading----"Checked the automatic transmission fluid, and it needs to be changed immediately."---Funny thing---I drive a Standard Transmission. The technicians are obviously liars--incompetent, or both. Even though that deal looks good------"DON'T DO IT!" You will end up paying for it ion the end. -One star because I had to give them something.

They Totally lied and mislead us! - Jay Stone
We stopped to look at trucks and found a Nissan Titan we loved. However, it had a few issues in that the back bumper was bent, passengers side mirror was broke, and sun roof did not work., but both the salesman, finance manger said they would fix it if purchased. We thought about it for a day and call back actually texted back and offer, that they accepted. The offer included an extended warranty, repairs stated above and financing. We went to pickup the truck and they said they could not finance the vehicle and would not do the repairs after being there over an hour waiting on them to do paperwork! I should have known better because my wife's best friend had a similar experience a few years ago. Bascially, they are not people of their word.

Worst experience I've ever had with any retail establishment.
Multiple lies and promises broken.
I would not wish this experience on an enemy!
You have been warned.
Horrible experience/deceptive - Westtexasgal
Always ask for a cash receipt before handing anything cash over to finance managers. I thought I purchased a 2016 Nissan Rouge on October 1, 2016 and it turns out the finance manager pocketed my $3000 cash down payment and never turned in my application for credit. I pretty much drove a car off the lot for 2 months. No one made me aware of the situation till the middle of December when my first supposed car payment was approaching 12/30. Its not ok that I had to call the General Manager Mark Mefford to ask for clarification. He was completely insensitive and said "it happens". In a nutshell they didn't want to give me my money back unless I had a cash receipt. Yes, things were eventually resolved only because I had to contact the OCCC and opened up a case with Nissan Consumer Affairs. It is unfortunate that I placed my complete trust in a company with a good reputation to only be treated like I was the enemy for a thief they hired.

Had a great experience with Nissan of Greenville! It was great because we didn't have to go sit in a dealership for 4+ hours. Jennifer Jackson brought us 2 vehicles to test drive over a couple of days and then delivered the purchased vehicle to us! She then took our trade-in back to the dealership! Everything was handled over the phone! If you need top notch service, go see Jennifer Jackson at Nissan of Greenville!

Absolute worst car burying and service after the purchase of a car I have ever experienced. I chose auto nation because it seemed like a reputable dealership, I liked their no haggle deal. I already knew what model vehicle I wanted so they only had to find one in my price range, which they did. The car was in Houston, I live in Dallas. I was told the car would be delivered the next day. Three days later I finally got a call after 7 pm that my car was ready to pick up. It was dark and late, I wasn't too picky when I saw it because I trusted the car fax that was provided and the details from the dealership with it being a certified used car. On my drive home I was testing different functions and found my heater was not working along with my electric seat and sunroof. I took it back to the service department at the dealership the next day and they did correct those problems. But now, not even 90 days later I am back because my shifter would not go into park. I brought it back again and it was diagnosed that I needed a brake light switch. The cost they told me was $330 with recommendations for other services totaling over $1000. I just purchased my vehicle and am expected to pay $1000 in service... I looked at the part I needed online, it was a $40 part on the high end. I even got an invoice from the parts department at the dealership and the part was $68, so they are up charging me almost 300%. This is unacceptable and should be illegal. I take good care of my vehicles and don't mind paying for regular service but there is no way I should be having these issues this soon. They also charge a $149 fee just to look at the car even if there is no repair done. Also while inspecting under the hood more, it is full of rust. I would absolutely never recommend anyone to buy a car from them or get ripped off at their service department. They left me to drive my 3 kids around in a vehicle I do not feel safe in.
Dishonestly representing inventory - JMB
We had the WORST experience with AutoNation Nissan. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Beware of inaccurately represented cars here. After countless hours, 6 visits to the dealership, and going through 4 different cars we finally and unhappily walked out with a vehicle. My fiancé and I were shopping for a 2016 Nissan Maxima and had found one at AutoNation Nissan Dallas. After getting a good quote that said the car had 15 miles on it, my fiancé went to purchase the car—I’ll call it Car #1. While waiting on finance, he test drove Car #1 and it turned out it had close to 4000 miles on it instead of the 15 miles on the quote. That’s clearly not a new car. The salesman promised to get another car for us from a different dealership in the color of our choice. There was a lot of back and forth, and the salesman got another 2016 Maxima in to the dealership (in the wrong color, but we decided to look at it anyways) and we went to test drive and hopefully buy this car—Car #2. Everything seemed good about Car #2, but the back seatbelt didn’t buckle. So they took it to maintenance to replace the back seat and when they pulled the seat out, they found a bunch of broken glass in the back and in the trunk. Car #2 had hail damage, presumably, that was undisclosed. They apologized and said they would get another car for us and that they would look it over thoroughly before we got it. We went back to the dealership to check out Car #3 which they had brought in from another AutoNation dealership. The salesman had apparently looked over it and the miles were accurate, there was no glass in the back seat, and things were supposed to be good. I took a quick look at this Car #3 and there was clear hail damage on the roof of the car, the hood of the car, and the trunk of the car—probably at least 5 noticeable dents and once I started looking harder, there were at least 15-20 dents all over Car #3 that were deemed to be irreparable. Again, undisclosed hail damage. Clearly the salesman either didn’t look over Car #3 or he was incompetent to tell if a car was in selling shape. This was our 5th visit to the dealership and we left without a car AGAIN. The salesman and sales manager were apologetic and said they would have another car for us and that they would make it right. We went back later that week, our 6th time to the dealership, to look at Car #4. We finally walked out with this car, after haggling more over the prices. I am extremely unhappy with the entire experience. I feel that the whole situation was completely dishonest as 3 out of 4 cars were inaccurately represented to us, and I hope that people read this review and take their business elsewhere so they don’t end up with cars that have hidden issues that AutoNation Nissan hasn’t disclosed. Our Salesman Charles Thrower and his Sales Manager Garrett Polanco were nice, but for them to try and sell us 3 flawed cars before finally getting one right is completely unacceptable.

Purchased a used Maxima in August of 2003. Noticed a vibration coming from the front wheels. Took it to Kevin and explained the noice and he said it was just the brakes. Got it fixed....few months later same thing again, this time it was the brake pads. Got that fixed and then continued this cycle for two years until finally the vibration got so bad that the entire car was shaking. Took it to Thornhill Nissan in Fort Worth because we were afraid to drive it all the way to Urban. Thornhill noticed as soon as the car was lifted up that the wheel on the front passenger side was about to fall off! Thornhill fixed it and no problem since. Of course this was identified after the warranty had expired. Urban Nissan Service is a bunch of money grubbing jerks and they don't care about their customers. Kevin just wants the commission for unnecessary work. DO NOT USE URBAN NISSAN FOR SERVICE...YOU WILL REGRET IT!
