Second purchase from Jeff - KKW
This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Jeff. He really worked to get a deal put together. I would have been much happier if I had been able to work out most of the details with Jeff via e-mail or online, as I did not want to spend several hours at the dealership.
GREAT!!!!! - Rick 1963
This was one of the least stressful car buying experiences I've had. Would Highly recommend this Brand and dealership. Jason Allen was great and was easy to deal with.
Exceptional service - Ron
I went to Grubbs Nisson to see what my options where and from the start I was greeted by both Charles Beck and Angel Ross who where outstanding. They explained where I stood and helped me find the perfect vehicle. I was so satisfied with my purchase from start to finish that I went home and took my wife back to get her new vehicle. Once again they showed what it means to have exceptional service. Perfection!!!
Great sales process by Matt Marshall - Kylesmith1004
Matthew Marshall is an outstanding salesman, made me and my wife very comfortable during our purchase from this dealership! I would refer my own mother to Matt to buy a car. During our time we talked and I discovered that Matthew like myself is a Veteran of the United States Army. If you're in the market for a vehicle I recommend two things: 1. Call Mak Haik Nissan 2. Ask for Matthew Marshall!

Professionalism and Service at Nissan of McKinney - Philip McCaffrey
Jake Johnson, Sales Associate for Nissan of McKinney, was my first encounter upon my arrival at the dealership. His professionalism and personal approach as he engaged with me from beginning to the end of the sales process made an enormous difference in the successful transaction that transpired.
His commitment to "Service" made it a truly exceptional experience!
Jake is definitely an asset to the sales team of Nissan of McKinney.
Amazing Service! - crystal6
I can not say enough great things about our experience. My husband and I went to Nissan of Burleson around 7:30pm (right before closing) to just look at potential vehicles. Carlos Flores walked up to us with a smile and a hand shake. I was very clear that we were not buying that evening, just wanting to see/test drive different vehicles. Carlos, knowing that we were not purchasing that evening, was wonderful! He showed us all the vehicles we were interested in, let us take a test drive with the vehicle I wanted to drive, and answered all the questions I had. He walked around with us looking at cars until I realized how late it was (almost 9pm).
We returned about a week later ready to buy our Rogue (I love my new SUV) and Carlos made the process to smooth!!! He was extremely professional throughout the whole buying process, making sure we were getting everything we were wanting along the process.
I have returned to the dealership a few times since our purchase and Carlos always makes sure I am being taken care of! Everyone in the dealership is so polite. I recommend Carlos Flores (sales Consultant) and Nissan of Burleson to any one!
The worst service imaginable - Pissed Off Buyer
I am sad to say I bought a vehicle from this dealership. The guys (not all) that work at this dealership are some of the most misleading, disrespectful, people I have ever dealt with. If you're young, they won't think much of you and try to screw you as much as they can. With that being said, I can't imagine what they'd do to an old blind lady. This was service you would expect to have when dining at a restaurant ran by Al Qaeda.
Poor service - Robert.
Couldn't believe I did not had a written diagnostic when I had my car there, even they charge me for it, they 'fix' my problem for one day..
Excellent experience - Nissanaltima,rocknissan1

Used to Be Good - Bill Brott
For those of you considering doing business with Texas Nissan of Grapevine--In a word--"DON'T!" I don't now what has transpired at that dealership as of late. I mean they really had a good thing going. This was an excellent dealership that had one thing most car dealerships rarely get from me---"My Trust." Believe me--my last service appointment was no less than a freakin' nightmare. Suffice it to say,--The Service Waiting Room was --"FILTHY"---The Wait Time was --Extended with no explanation----My car came back--"FILTHY" and to top it all off---here's the real kicker---My to do report came back reading----"Checked the automatic transmission fluid, and it needs to be changed immediately."---Funny thing---I drive a Standard Transmission. The technicians are obviously liars--incompetent, or both. Even though that deal looks good------"DON'T DO IT!" You will end up paying for it ion the end. -One star because I had to give them something.
Satisfied Customer - Lwill 1972
I would like to thank the whole Courtesy Nissan family for working diligently on making our deal possible. At first the deal couldn't get done but thanks to Pedro he came up with a solution and it worked out for both parties. I like to give a shout-out to Pedro, AL, Lisa, Terry, Alex, and finally Mr. Rob Knarr who is the best General Manager in the Dallas/ Fort Worth metroplex and in Nissan dealerships period, hands down. If you need a vehicle thru Courtesy Nissan come by and get the best service in the world and trust me they will do any and everything in their power to get you into the best deal and vehicle as possible. Highly recommended.
Awful Customer Service - Abhi
Do not go to this dealership. They are one of the worst sales people and won't care for your time. I visited them around a week back when they did not had any good Nissan Altimas in their inventory and only a trade in appraisal was done for my vehicle.
But today when I saw three cars under my budget on their inventory, I messaged the sales guy Victor to confirm if the vehicles are available to see and test drive. I drove for around 35 miles one side in peak traffic hours just to get fooled. When I reached at the dealership, the guy started struggling for the keys and did not come back for around 45 minutes. Despite calling him twice or thrice, he did not pick the phone while I was waiting inside for him to pull up the cars.
Now to my surprise, he comes back with only one key saying he doesn't know where are the other two cars. We went for a test drive when suddenly I realized the listing as well as Carfax showed the color as 'Red' for the car but I was driving a 'Black' colored car. Although the car was nice to drive and pretty from inside, but this came as a shock to me as I have a habit of trusting Carfax history. I asked him to run VIN Check or some other car history website to know if the car was involved in some accident and was repainted. He immediately called his Sales director who starting offering me 400-500$ discount on the car saying they messed up the car color while registering the title to the previous owner. The guy went on to explain me the data sources of CARFAX. Having worked for their IT Software, I know where do they get the data regarding the car history.
But the guy instead of offering me some viable options said if you are not ready to negotiate on the color, nothing could be done and shook hands to get rid of me. I felt badly treated as a customer. My odometer is up by 75 miles because I trusted these guys.
No good faith - LaQuita Matthews

Horrible experience/deceptive - Westtexasgal
Always ask for a cash receipt before handing anything cash over to finance managers. I thought I purchased a 2016 Nissan Rouge on October 1, 2016 and it turns out the finance manager pocketed my $3000 cash down payment and never turned in my application for credit. I pretty much drove a car off the lot for 2 months. No one made me aware of the situation till the middle of December when my first supposed car payment was approaching 12/30. Its not ok that I had to call the General Manager Mark Mefford to ask for clarification. He was completely insensitive and said "it happens". In a nutshell they didn't want to give me my money back unless I had a cash receipt. Yes, things were eventually resolved only because I had to contact the OCCC and opened up a case with Nissan Consumer Affairs. It is unfortunate that I placed my complete trust in a company with a good reputation to only be treated like I was the enemy for a thief they hired.
Worst 'experience" EVER - tamdlove_1110
From day one I was told "we will take care of you" and now im still not Happy I have been lied to, not only did I have to drive 3 hours to pick up the truck when I got to the dealership I had to wait 45 min before anyone said anything to me..Then after everything was done I got into the truck and It smelled like Smoke..The lady told me it was cleaned and it has gas (that was a lie) I could go on and on but it would be a book.... long story short dont ever get a vehicle from this dealership..
UNDISLOSED TEXAS PROTECTION PLANS - Mcscredit
Finance dept dishonest and gready. Added a Texas Protection plan 999.00 that was placed on Retail Purchase agreement without Authorization. When reported to BBB lied and said they told me 6 times about coverage. Not on contract. Undisclosed bogas item. They do not give consumers purchase agreement on purpose due to dishonesty. BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
Dishonestly representing inventory - JMB
We had the WORST experience with AutoNation Nissan. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Beware of inaccurately represented cars here. After countless hours, 6 visits to the dealership, and going through 4 different cars we finally and unhappily walked out with a vehicle. My fiancé and I were shopping for a 2016 Nissan Maxima and had found one at AutoNation Nissan Dallas. After getting a good quote that said the car had 15 miles on it, my fiancé went to purchase the car—I’ll call it Car #1. While waiting on finance, he test drove Car #1 and it turned out it had close to 4000 miles on it instead of the 15 miles on the quote. That’s clearly not a new car. The salesman promised to get another car for us from a different dealership in the color of our choice. There was a lot of back and forth, and the salesman got another 2016 Maxima in to the dealership (in the wrong color, but we decided to look at it anyways) and we went to test drive and hopefully buy this car—Car #2. Everything seemed good about Car #2, but the back seatbelt didn’t buckle. So they took it to maintenance to replace the back seat and when they pulled the seat out, they found a bunch of broken glass in the back and in the trunk. Car #2 had hail damage, presumably, that was undisclosed. They apologized and said they would get another car for us and that they would look it over thoroughly before we got it. We went back to the dealership to check out Car #3 which they had brought in from another AutoNation dealership. The salesman had apparently looked over it and the miles were accurate, there was no glass in the back seat, and things were supposed to be good. I took a quick look at this Car #3 and there was clear hail damage on the roof of the car, the hood of the car, and the trunk of the car—probably at least 5 noticeable dents and once I started looking harder, there were at least 15-20 dents all over Car #3 that were deemed to be irreparable. Again, undisclosed hail damage. Clearly the salesman either didn’t look over Car #3 or he was incompetent to tell if a car was in selling shape. This was our 5th visit to the dealership and we left without a car AGAIN. The salesman and sales manager were apologetic and said they would have another car for us and that they would make it right. We went back later that week, our 6th time to the dealership, to look at Car #4. We finally walked out with this car, after haggling more over the prices. I am extremely unhappy with the entire experience. I feel that the whole situation was completely dishonest as 3 out of 4 cars were inaccurately represented to us, and I hope that people read this review and take their business elsewhere so they don’t end up with cars that have hidden issues that AutoNation Nissan hasn’t disclosed. Our Salesman Charles Thrower and his Sales Manager Garrett Polanco were nice, but for them to try and sell us 3 flawed cars before finally getting one right is completely unacceptable.

Purchased a used Maxima in August of 2003. Noticed a vibration coming from the front wheels. Took it to Kevin and explained the noice and he said it was just the brakes. Got it fixed....few months later same thing again, this time it was the brake pads. Got that fixed and then continued this cycle for two years until finally the vibration got so bad that the entire car was shaking. Took it to Thornhill Nissan in Fort Worth because we were afraid to drive it all the way to Urban. Thornhill noticed as soon as the car was lifted up that the wheel on the front passenger side was about to fall off! Thornhill fixed it and no problem since. Of course this was identified after the warranty had expired. Urban Nissan Service is a bunch of money grubbing jerks and they don't care about their customers. Kevin just wants the commission for unnecessary work. DO NOT USE URBAN NISSAN FOR SERVICE...YOU WILL REGRET IT!
