Our car buying process was quick & easy - Crystal C.
My husband and I have been wanting to purchase a new vehicle for a few months now...we decided on a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder(we were driving a 2015 before the new one).
I called Grubbs Nissan & spoke with Ernest Morrison(our sales guy). Not only did he listen to what I wanted in a vehicle, he had it brought to the showroom floor for when we arrived.
Ernest made our sales experience super easy & quick. We were able to drive away with our 2017 pathfinder that night & it only had .3 miles!
If you are in the market for a new vehicle, ask for Ernest Morrison
I will definately be a returning customer - Krisrogue

Felt Mr. Fox was a patient and understanding employee that looked to help me in my search for the perfect car. They did not have the exact vehicle I was searching for, however, he made sure to provide a quality level of professionalism and effort in trying to find something in my budget and desire.

Trohpy Nissan - Polecat Pole Vault Coach
They worked hard to meet my needs. No pressure. I had a budget to stay in and they listened. I drove over an hour to get to Trophy and it was well worth it. I was in and out in less than a couple of hours. Last purchase at a different dealership took well over 5 hours at the dealership with 3 hours drive to and 3 hours from the dealership. This experience was easy. Andrew Maritim was my salesman. I will definitely send people his way.
Great Experience. - panther87
We had a great experience with Jake Johnson. The process was stress free and he was excellent and answered every question. This was a stress free purchase and I love my new Nissan Rogue!
Repeat Business - Dmjolley
I just purchased my 3rd car from this great dealership. The best thing I can say is that I trust them - from sales to service. I have never been pressured nor have I had services or products pushed on me. They deal in customer service and honest dialog.
Poor service - Robert.
Couldn't believe I did not had a written diagnostic when I had my car there, even they charge me for it, they 'fix' my problem for one day..
The worst service imaginable - Pissed Off Buyer
I am sad to say I bought a vehicle from this dealership. The guys (not all) that work at this dealership are some of the most misleading, disrespectful, people I have ever dealt with. If you're young, they won't think much of you and try to screw you as much as they can. With that being said, I can't imagine what they'd do to an old blind lady. This was service you would expect to have when dining at a restaurant ran by Al Qaeda.
Bait and switch - msmcrae
I cant say how disappointed and angry my wife and I were after being led to believe one thing through emails and also on the phone with a salesman at Fenton about the deal we made, then driving 100 miles only to find out it was all basically a "bait and switch" just to get us there. Unethical to say the least. The first question I had was "do you honor the Nissan VPP price"? The answer? "I talked to my manager and yes, we do". Then I proceeded to tell the salesman exactly what vehicle we found and wanted on the Fenton Nissan website. I then told him the VPP price and asked him specifically if we also get the Nissan rebate, AND the dealer rebate. He said..."YES". I also told him we had a trade in and gave him all the info, including the payoff on the car. I specifically told him the car would have to be paid off during the deal to which he replied. "I see no problem". So after talking to him and being reassured THREE different times in three different conversations that my price with the VPP program and the rebates, and the trade in payoff would be our deal, I was reassured and basically they begged to come up there and make the deal. Within the next few days I received emails and phone calls from the salesman and finance manager (Nick) pleading with me to make the 120 mile trip to Rockwall. I called again to talk to the salesman to make sure we had a deal before we drove up there. He reassured me we had the deal. We made the trip. Guess what? That's right. NOTHING I was told on the phone was true. NOTHING. All the numbers had changed, and even with our excellent credit score, they had us on paper about $6k in the hole. Upside down on the trade in. $2500 down payment. NO dealer rebate. They didnt even want to honor the VPP price which is nonnegotiable from Nissan. Absolutely none of the verbal deal we made prior. This is after we both took the day off from work, and drove 120 miles to make what we thought was a great deal. Turns out it was a lie all along. Shame on Fenton Nissan of Rockwall. I'll be sure and spread the word about your bait and switch tactics, and overall shady sales tactics.
Used to Be Good - Bill Brott
For those of you considering doing business with Texas Nissan of Grapevine--In a word--"DON'T!" I don't now what has transpired at that dealership as of late. I mean they really had a good thing going. This was an excellent dealership that had one thing most car dealerships rarely get from me---"My Trust." Believe me--my last service appointment was no less than a freakin' nightmare. Suffice it to say,--The Service Waiting Room was --"FILTHY"---The Wait Time was --Extended with no explanation----My car came back--"FILTHY" and to top it all off---here's the real kicker---My to do report came back reading----"Checked the automatic transmission fluid, and it needs to be changed immediately."---Funny thing---I drive a Standard Transmission. The technicians are obviously liars--incompetent, or both. Even though that deal looks good------"DON'T DO IT!" You will end up paying for it ion the end. -One star because I had to give them something.
The best experience to buy a car - oalopezgua
I visited many dealers and always have many obsticles even when I was approved by my bank, disappointing. But Courtesy Nissan changed that. As soon as I parked LaDavious Smith, the sales person was very helpful. He helped me in a way I never have experienced before. Not only he found the perfect car based on my needs but also helped me all the way with the paperwork. I am a very happy owner of a Nissan Altima SD. Thanks LaDavious.

Horrible experience/deceptive - Westtexasgal
Always ask for a cash receipt before handing anything cash over to finance managers. I thought I purchased a 2016 Nissan Rouge on October 1, 2016 and it turns out the finance manager pocketed my $3000 cash down payment and never turned in my application for credit. I pretty much drove a car off the lot for 2 months. No one made me aware of the situation till the middle of December when my first supposed car payment was approaching 12/30. Its not ok that I had to call the General Manager Mark Mefford to ask for clarification. He was completely insensitive and said "it happens". In a nutshell they didn't want to give me my money back unless I had a cash receipt. Yes, things were eventually resolved only because I had to contact the OCCC and opened up a case with Nissan Consumer Affairs. It is unfortunate that I placed my complete trust in a company with a good reputation to only be treated like I was the enemy for a thief they hired.

Don't see Clay! - Yadinma Nwaiwu
I never write reviews but this was the worst experience i had. The salesmen were extremely aggressive and trying to get me in a car i didn't want. They made things so difficult and tried to cheat me from the very beginning. I got so uncomfortable i just left. They were trying to confuse me by lying to my face. I went to carmax and had a much better experience. I got the car i wanted at a great price. And no unnecessary drama.
Frauds and liars - Shann1979
These people are complete crooks. My son went to buy his 1st car and they lied to him, told him he had to take out all the xtra warranties and gap ins. He's car payment was suppose to be 299 a month and by the time he left it was 500 a month and he was paying 30000 for a 11000 car. I have called and got nothing but lie after lie and now won't call us back amd forwards our phone calls.
Bait and Switch Artists - justapayingcustomer
I just had a very dissatisfying experience with this dealership. I was interested in a certified used car they listed on their website. So going from experience with other dealers, I contacted the dealership to verify the car was still in stock and available. I received an email response at 11:45 am letting me know that they indeed had the car and asked when I would be in to look at it. Since I live about one hour away, I told them I could be there by 1:30 pm.
I then got ready and actually made good time, arriving at 1:15 pm. Mind you only 1-1/2 hours after getting the assurance the car was available. Guess What! I get there and they "can't find" they keys. After about 30 min., they tell me that the car was sold this morning... Funny how they had someone look at and buy the car in the 15 min. remaining in the morning after they told me it was available.
Of course they were more than willing to show and sell me other cars they did have. Of course more expensive than the one I was interested in.
Bottom line.... I have had this happen before and will not be making any return trips to this dealership. Regardless of how good of a deal they advertise. They obviously do not value their Customer's time. Be educated ave your money and avoid them.

Purchased a used Maxima in August of 2003. Noticed a vibration coming from the front wheels. Took it to Kevin and explained the noice and he said it was just the brakes. Got it fixed....few months later same thing again, this time it was the brake pads. Got that fixed and then continued this cycle for two years until finally the vibration got so bad that the entire car was shaking. Took it to Thornhill Nissan in Fort Worth because we were afraid to drive it all the way to Urban. Thornhill noticed as soon as the car was lifted up that the wheel on the front passenger side was about to fall off! Thornhill fixed it and no problem since. Of course this was identified after the warranty had expired. Urban Nissan Service is a bunch of money grubbing jerks and they don't care about their customers. Kevin just wants the commission for unnecessary work. DO NOT USE URBAN NISSAN FOR SERVICE...YOU WILL REGRET IT!
