Was on the watch for a used Truck that we were in need of. I asked Wendall Borchert to please be on the look out for me. Wendall came through for me!!! Then when we went in to meet wit Justin Gasman in finance, he was able to beat my bank's rates for the loan!!! I've said it before, I'll not shop for a vehicle if at all possible!!!

step father [87 years old] had service done on his buick . they found out other minor problems and repairs were done at hundreds of dollars more than other buick dealer later quoted for the same
service. will not recommend alpine for any repairs because of cost.

Cant even do an oil change - desty
These folks cant even do an oil change right. For real.. Sad, Pathetic. C'mon! Cant change oil and reassemble properly. Extreme danger, Firestone or a craigslist oil change would be preferable.

This place sucks . Never have I taken a car in and been charged 300+ for NOTHING to be done . As a local and a repeat customer of GM vehicles I expect better treatment than this but this place is a small hole in the wall family owned business ran by a bunch of heffers who get paid to screw people over . What do you expect ? Go to Denver or al Serra where they do it RIGHT the first time not the 4th time after you mention lawyers . I will say one positive thing ,the young guy Dan is pretty awesome aside from all his lame conniving coworkers

Very poor service from Brady, the service manager, he told me to take my Buick Enclave I bought from them elsewhere and take my business elsewhere on a repair issue. He was rude and I am talking to the Suss' about this issue, as they are being represented by employees who do not value customers opinions, business, or satisfaction. July - 2017

I typically do not feel the need to write reviews as not many things ruffle me. However, I could not let my experience at GMC Park Meadows go without comment.
I was in there to trade in my current GMC for a new one. Every single stereotype there is out there about car salesmen is alive and well at this dealership. I was treated as though it was an inconvenience to show me cars and the dealer was irritated with any questions I had. I also had my 8-year-old son with me. Not once did the salesman acknowledge him and was clearly irritated he was even there.
When it came down to talking about numbers, the salesman said, "why don't you have your husband call me or come in and we can talk financials." Clearly, since I am a woman, I must not know anything about finances or math. I pointed out to him that I have an MBA from the University of Denver, so I was fairly certain I could manage. After being so put-out by this salesman, I asked to speak to the GM, Mark Perry, and he was the exact same way. He acted as though I was an inconvenience and they had much better things to do with their time.
Furthermore, when my other GMC was in for service, I was told that at the 90,000 mile mark I needed to have multiple items taken care of, as was factory recommendation. The total was $2,500.00. I went straight to the owners manual, which stated only two items were recommended for service at the 90,000 mile mark, totaling $500. The service department is just as sleazy as the sales department.
Because of all the issues at GMC Park Meadows, they lost a $76,000 sale on a new Yukon. We ended up going through HM Brown and were treated with respect and they bent over backwards to make sure I was happy and got exactly what I wanted
BAD BAD BAD service department - FlowlinePlumbing
Quoted me approximately $2,500.00 to repair my sons 95 Blazer with 56,000 original miles. They said we needed a new spider injector and a rear break job. We took the truck to another mechanic and had the problem fixed with a $35 set of plug wires and a basic break job.
Watch out for this service department. We've had several other "suspect" dealings with this dealership but we finally had enough and got a second opinion. Feel free to contact me at 720-281-9572. I'm willing to attach my # to this review

Horrible dealership. I mean the worst I have ever tried to use. For instance you will see blow in the list my review! Ha they spelt my name wrong and I still found it. I spent three hours trying to get into this dealership today. hung up on at least 4 times. laughed at and told to go away. I am going away, to another dealership. read up on the net, others have said the same thing. the dealership does not have service at all. Run seriously. it is a joke of a dealership, if I could leave no stars I would have.

I was able to buy a great used Saturn at a great price. Earlier this month (June 2004) I talked with Victor Glaze, Saturn sales rep, about my need for another car. He found a used Saturn that fit what I needed. The car was traded in one day, and later that same day I looked at it and told Mr. Glaze I wanted to buy it. After agreeing on the price, Mr. Glaze told me that their service dept would be thoroughly going through the car before they sold it. Well, in the process of going through the car, they discovered a bad radiator, and replaced the radiator at no additional cost to me. Such a deal!I'm very pleased with this used Saturn (it's my second one) and would highly recommend this dealership (Saturn of Fort Collins Colorado) and this sales representative (Victor Glaze).
