You couldn't have it any better! - Drumerman
When I call Jon at McCaddon for a service appointment, it's liking making dinner reservations at a five star restaurant. "We're happy to accommodate you Mr. XXXXXXX, what time is best for you?
Once there (at the dealership) one is warmly greeted with a smile, and very efficient registration of the visit. While they don't tell me who my service tech is today (like XXX will be your waiter this evening) they do assure me my vehicle will be ready very soon. "Oh, Mr. XXXX, can we offer you a cold water wash today?" Another smile, and then please have a seat in either of our waiting rooms.
Coffee or tea is also available! Before I've finished the morning paper my car is ready, clean and sparkling like new. The review of service steps taken and the cost seems like a dream. Before I know it, I'm off in my "new" car on to an errand or two for my spouse.
I just love going to McCaddon. IN addition to the superb service as described above, their show room and outside grounds are almost like my favorite golf course. Say, there's an idea, McCaddon could put in a putting green!
Maybe next year?
Cary Maes.. tbe best salesperson ever! - TheDelgadis
My husband and I had a wonderful experience buying our Toyota Yaris from Weld County Garage last week. We had been having front end issues with our previous car and were running out of options. Cary Maes got us right in, kept everything running quickly while setting up the deal, and got us the sweetest car at the sweetest/ most affordable deal!
Cary sells cars from his heart. That is the way it should be! For instance, he drove all the way up to NUNN, when our previous car broke down, when we could not find anyone else to bring us back to Greeley.
Thank you Cary and thank you Weld County Garage!

Good people, no fuss - EdwardsGuy
Just normal good people like you'd expect on the West Slope. They were willing to talk through the purchase with me, and were fair and honest in their dealings.
Superior Customer Service - JWC
Excellent honest service. I am from another state and had to have my Jeep serviced while traveling. Image a appointment and received superior customer service. You cannot go wrong with this dealership. I wish my hometown dealership had the same level of service.
Great Overall Experience - bkines0522
I came in looking for a specific truck and worked with Matt Klawin through the internet department. He was able to work a deal for me through email. The truck is great and I'm glad I worked with someone who listened to what I needed. Use Matt for your new car purchase!
Friendly crew and very helpful. - Nancy
I gave this rating because the service was prompt and everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. We received a fair trade in offer and they gave us a fair price for our new vehicle. Kevin was patient with us, showing us the technology and Steve was a kind and courteous sales rep.
Easy to buy a car. - Diesel Fan

Terrific experience purchasing a new Chevy Corvette - DMaurice
The Sales Consultant Paul Lowery is very professional with in-depth knowledge of Chevy Corvettes. He made the purchasing experience very enjoyable throughout the entire process. The presentation and organization at the dealership is outstanding and relaxing, a testament to the professionalism of Kevin Slinger the Sales Manager.
Super Groovy Customer Service - Josicat
I had the pleasure of working with Charlie at GMC West, AutoNation. He was responsive, and available, and very accommodating. I appreciate all of the work during this experience, but Charile and everyone involved. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They were super groovy!
ripoff price on service - akroid7
step father [87 years old] had service done on his buick . they found out other minor problems and repairs were done at hundreds of dollars more than other buick dealer later quoted for the same
service. will not recommend alpine for any repairs because of cost.
Deceitful Salesman - MMiller303
In 2013 I purchased my first car on my own from Suss. The salesman took advantage of me knowing that I was a first time buyer by telling me the car had a clean CarFax but not showing me a copy. We just tried trading the vehicle in at a dealership and found out the car had been involved in two accidents and the odometer had been rolled back, making the vehicle valueless to any honest dealer. We were unable to purchase our new vehicle because Suss was so dishonest to us four years ago.
xxxx hole in the sticks - Mrknapp619
This place sucks . Never have I taken a car in and been charged 300+ for NOTHING to be done . As a local and a repeat customer of GM vehicles I expect better treatment than this but this place is a small hole in the wall family owned business ran by a bunch of heffers who get paid to screw people over . What do you expect ? Go to Denver or al Serra where they do it RIGHT the first time not the 4th time after you mention lawyers . I will say one positive thing ,the young guy Dan is pretty awesome aside from all his lame conniving coworkers
Cant even do an oil change - desty
These folks cant even do an oil change right. For real.. Sad, Pathetic. C'mon! Cant change oil and reassemble properly. Extreme danger, Firestone or a craigslist oil change would be preferable.
Absolutely WONDERFUL dealership!! - Cshea
This was my first time buying from an actual dealership and Johnson Auto Plaza hit it out of the park! They were absolutely wonderful! There was no pressure whatsoever. John was our salesman and within 5 minutes of getting out of our car, he came over, introduced himself and gave us his business card and a pen. He said if we have questions or want to test drive he would be right out front which was great because I HATED that at the other dealerships we visited that day the salespeople were either helicoptering over us/being super pushy/ or just straight up ignoring us. John was extremely knowledge about the cars on the lot (they have a great selection and a ton with very low miles) and even about each cars individual technology. The entire process was an hour and a half which was a huge bonus! We love this dealership so much we went back later the same week with our friend to look at cars with her. Her salesmans name was Mike and just like John he was FANTASTIC! I seriously cannot say just how much I love this dealership!!! They made buying a car fast, easy, and best of all fun. I got an awesome deal on a really great car and will recommend Johnson Auto Plaza to everyone!
DO NOT go to this dealership! - Sarah S.
I typically do not feel the need to write reviews as not many things ruffle me. However, I could not let my experience at GMC Park Meadows go without comment.
I was in there to trade in my current GMC for a new one. Every single stereotype there is out there about car salesmen is alive and well at this dealership. I was treated as though it was an inconvenience to show me cars and the dealer was irritated with any questions I had. I also had my 8-year-old son with me. Not once did the salesman acknowledge him and was clearly irritated he was even there.
When it came down to talking about numbers, the salesman said, "why don't you have your husband call me or come in and we can talk financials." Clearly, since I am a woman, I must not know anything about finances or math. I pointed out to him that I have an MBA from the University of Denver, so I was fairly certain I could manage. After being so put-out by this salesman, I asked to speak to the GM, Mark Perry, and he was the exact same way. He acted as though I was an inconvenience and they had much better things to do with their time.
Furthermore, when my other GMC was in for service, I was told that at the 90,000 mile mark I needed to have multiple items taken care of, as was factory recommendation. The total was $2,500.00. I went straight to the owners manual, which stated only two items were recommended for service at the 90,000 mile mark, totaling $500. The service department is just as sleazy as the sales department.
Because of all the issues at GMC Park Meadows, they lost a $76,000 sale on a new Yukon. We ended up going through HM Brown and were treated with respect and they bent over backwards to make sure I was happy and got exactly what I wanted

Horrible dealership. I mean the worst I have ever tried to use. For instance you will see blow in the list my review! Ha they spelt my name wrong and I still found it. I spent three hours trying to get into this dealership today. hung up on at least 4 times. laughed at and told to go away. I am going away, to another dealership. read up on the net, others have said the same thing. the dealership does not have service at all. Run seriously. it is a joke of a dealership, if I could leave no stars I would have.

My saleman Greg was very friendly, he was courteous and he was great with the kids! I would recommend this dealership! The financing part went so quick. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour once I found the vehicle that I wanted to purchase.
I was able to buy a great used Saturn at a great price. ... - RayCrawford
I was able to buy a great used Saturn at a great price. Earlier this month (June 2004) I talked with Victor Glaze, Saturn sales rep, about my need for another car. He found a used Saturn that fit what I needed. The car was traded in one day, and later that same day I looked at it and told Mr. Glaze I wanted to buy it. After agreeing on the price, Mr. Glaze told me that their service dept would be thoroughly going through the car before they sold it. Well, in the process of going through the car, they discovered a bad radiator, and replaced the radiator at no additional cost to me. Such a deal!I'm very pleased with this used Saturn (it's my second one) and would highly recommend this dealership (Saturn of Fort Collins Colorado) and this sales representative (Victor Glaze).
