Purchase of a new Range Rover - cayenne
Nice clean dealership with a great staff. Had the opportunity to work with their General Sales Manager, Sales Manager and Internet Sales as well as F&I. All were professional and easy to do business with. Highly recommend CJ Ibarra. He's a consummate sales executive that understands he doesn't need to push the brand or product. He's attentive and there to answer any questions, but lets you move at your pace and test drives involve zero pressure. It's like driving around with one of your friends. Thumbs up to CJ and Dash!
Poor Service - Gj
My husband and I purchased a 2008 Mercedes Benz a few months ago after signing papers we were informed the parking pale was needing repair before they could let us drive off the lot almost 2wks later we get are new purchased car back since we continue to have problems so we paid off loan in cash and canceled extended warranty. Call Kay at land Rover and she botched all the paperwork so 1 month later we have no idea where are $3000 is and Kays lack of information has yet to be sent so we can contact someone to find are money terrible terrible service expecially b4 holidays very unperfessional!!! Very disappointed with company! !!
