Amazing Experience! My faith is restored - thank you Troy H - CLJ
After a miserable car buying experience last year at a dealership this time spent with Troy Hines, Internet Sales Manager, was pretty dang good. I reached out to Troy online to inquire on a specific vehicle. I called on short notice to come see the car and Troy had it pulled up in front of the dealership and ready to go. Troy treated me with nothing but respect, and it was a win-win - I got the car at the price where we were both happy :) And now when I called him 2 weeks later to ask after one of the functions on my car i told him my first name and asked my question -I didn't have to tell him which car I bought or anything, he immmediately knew the answer, wonderful. It was attentive and pleasant customer service to the hilt - I couldn't be more pleased. This time I bought a used car, but when I go to buy my "dream car" Troy is the person I will be calling. Thank you Sill-TerHar and Troy :)

Two months ago, we purchased a car from here. I had no license yet so Jim and Zach followed my husband home so we could get the car home without waiting.
Then it was my husbands turn for a new (to us) vehicle. We were met immediately by Jim. He showed us all of our options and we sat down to start the paperwork. Usually buying a car is very stressful and only fun when you get to leave, not here! Everyone is amazing. They have a great play room for kids but also don't freak if your little one goes exploring the show room. Jim and Chelsea stayed two hours past close so we could drive the truck home that night. Very warm happy place!

Never disappointed at this dealership!! I'm particularly concerned with my vehicles care. I've driven many miles for many years without a breakdown. I attribute that to excellent maintenance which I believe I've gotten from Landmark Lincoln. Best dealership I've found from owner to sales to service to lot guys!!!

We recently purchased a vehicle from Joel at Loveland ford and we're very satisfied with the entire process. JOEL is a hard working salesman and did whatever he could to answer all of our questions. He went to work for us and we will definitely be returning to see him when we need our next vehicle. The rest of the staff was friendly and accommodating. Called today and spoke with a lady named Rosie, and she was extremely informative and helpful. She answered all my questions and was very nice and patient with me while I asked all my questions. All customer service people should be as friendly and informative! They quote hundreds of dollars of repair work that's unnecessary. One example being a rubber runner on a full roof sunroof. Just needed to be reseated by hand, which I did myself once I finally looked at it personally. Took literally 1 minute to reseat in place. They quoted $210 in labor and materials AFTER trying to bill me $100 for initial inspection, when I walked in and told them the specific problem. Cons.

On her trip to California my wife had her car serviced at Anderson Ford in Lincoln, NE for a fuel pump. When she got to Ogallala her car broke down again. She took it to Jason Zoellner Ford to have it looked at. Turns out that Anderson Ford in Lincoln, NE had not only done a crappy job installing the fuel pump but they didnt even replace the fuel filter despite the fact that they said they did.
Not only did the service people at Jason Zoellner bent over backwards to help my wife get the fuel system working properly, but they didn't charge her a penny. That's right they felt so bad about the horrible experience that my wife had at Anderson Ford that they did all the work for free.
It is dealerships like this that make me want to drive across the country again just to buy a car from them. If you are considering going to the dealership I would recommend them 100%. Its nice to know that even in this economy there are still good people and good dealerships out there that put people before profits.
I can not say enough good things about this dealership.
