F-250 Truck - John J
I found this F-250 truck at Tubbs Brothers online and traveled over 600 miles from Tennessee to purchase the truck.
Shawn Mauldin was my salesman and he was open and honest about every detail on the truck.
I continually asked him about the truck and explained I was coming 600 miles and didn't want to be disappointed.
When I arrived, they had the truck parked outside, washed and in perfect condition.
The truck is a 2008 model so I didn't expect it to be perfect. Well, it was better than I could have imagined.
My wife thought I was crazy buying a truck 600 miles away until she saw it.
The transaction was smooth as could be and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes and heading back south.
I would make the drive again and do business with Shawn and the guys at Tubbs Brothers.
New Chrysler 300 - Anabanana
My husband and I leased a new Chrysler 300 S yesterday from Suburban in Farmington Hills. Diane Marshall, our salesperson, was outstanding in all aspects. The transaction was seamless, and we are thrilled with our new car! We have been repeat clients of Diane's for many years, and she has always found the perfect car for us, at the right price!!! Thank-you!
Straight talk, respectful, made the experience enjoyable - E. Murphy
We worked with Robert and his sales manager Ron on the purchase of a late model Jeep Grand Cherokee. We drove the vehicle, talked directly and with Ron's help put the deal together in short order. Robert and Ron offered a very fair deal and made sure the details were handled with ease.
Car Purchase made easy!!! - Kelly Hude
Don Harley made this super easy! Found me a great car in less that 4 days!!! Picked it up and drove it off the lot in an hour! Easiest car purchase ever and I love my car!
Excellent. - Titans17
In this past month, my husband and I both leased new Chrysler vehicles. My husband randomly went looking for a new dealership closer to our new home. Landed at Suburban and Randall Doran greated my husband and from then on the experience was great. Randy helped my husband lease a new Ram truck at an awesome price and more importantly made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Three weeks later I needed a new vehicle and went to Randy as well. I can't say enough about how great an experience from start to finish this was. Randy is very friendly and helped us at every point of the sale. The final paperwork process was very quick and efficient as well. Both my husband and I will return to Suburban with Randy Doran as our salesperson. We will be recommending friends and family to Randy.
Excellent Experience! - Jen Zumer

Kind and extremely helpful - Obrien2007
We are cash payers and keep a tight budget. Wayne was prompt with responding, answered all my questions and even accommodated us by having the vehicle delivered 7+ hours away. we found a quality vehicle, in our price range without hassle. Would recommend!
SwynAnderson - Steven Anderson
Very down to earth approach and friendly. Had honest open discussion of needs and concerns with no pressure to close deal. Followed through on all commitments after purchase of my used Jeep Cherokee Limited.
Worst customer service - Lisa m
Took my 2014 Jeep Compass in for body work and repairs after I was involved in an accident. It took 1 month and multiple calls to the dealership and my insurance company to get my vehicle back. Worst customer service I have EVER encountered. The service manager dismissed my concerns regarding work that should have been covered under my warranty that was said to be covered bumper to bumper until 100,00 miles per our salesman Robin in October when we purchased the vehicle. Repairs were not covered and the body shop wanted us to pay for repairs. Thankfully after I spoke again with my insurance company they determined the repairs to be related to the accident. I was promised my car 2 weeks prior to the actual delivery date, and was paying $140.00 per week for a rental car that the dealership would not cover any cost of even though they told me my car was finished twice. Each time I went to pick up my car there were still repairs that the service department had not caught. I contacted Kim, the general manager who was as dismissive to me as the service manager. finally after 4 weeks I picked up my vehicle and put a FOR SALE sign in the window. NEVER will I purchase another Jeep product nor do any business with Dick Huvaere's.
Great Experience! - Lynette
Jason was very accommodating to my time restraints. He gave me options when I could bring my vehicle in for service. He explained fully what was wrong with my vehicle and what they had to do to fix it. Dealership personal was friendly from the first and highly recommend them for sales and service.
Great salesman, Great service!!! - Andre
I purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited last July. I always wait atleast 3 to 6 months after making a purchase before doing a review. My Jeep has been excellent to this point, no major problems and rides great. The dealership was nice and clean with a very friendly staff. Lafontaine Saline is a 45 minute ride from where I live, and I didn't have anyone to ride with me to get the truck. My salesman was Mr. Columbus Smith; he personally picked me up and took me in to the dealership to look at the Jeep. Columbus also said he would arrainge transportation home if I chose not to purchase (confidence or just great service??? either way it was greatly appreciated.) I look forward to making another purchase in the next 3 to 6 months; and Lafontaine Saline will definitely be my first stop.
Family deal is a joke - Dutch
I just wanted to say that i had a horrible experience. I had an apt. to buy car at 2:15 with finance manager , waited 45 min to be told that they just sold car. Then they downplayed it until i spoke up about it. They assured me they wanted me business and would find me a new car. That was Sat. Still no phone call by Wed. . I shouldnt have to work harder than salesman. Bought a car at another LAFONTAINE dealership, and they treated me awesome.
Top Dealership in Michigan - Mseduaka
I purchased a certified used vehicle from Milosch's in 2010. I have never had a problem with the services provided here! Great Dealership! I actually drive from Oakland county approximately 30+ miles one way to allow them to service my vehicle! My brother asked me, "Why the long drive? Aren't there Chrysler dealerships closer?" My response, Yes, but Milosch's is the best!" The only complaint I have...I wish they had more dealerships! Lol :) I look forward to doing continued business with them!
Briana frank in Alex were great - TaeTae722

Long Time Happy Customer
Be wary of their pre owned department - Mdc
I purchased a used 2014 Durango from Golling and found the service to be horrible. First they failed to get our license plate to us before the temporary tags expired. They offered to mail us our plate to save us a trip back to the dealership but they did not send it with a tracking number and to this day we still have not received the original plate. Upon bringing this to their problem they offered little by way of a solution until three days after the temps expired and the they agreed to overnight a replacement plate. On our first road trip with our Durango we drove south for spring break and quickly discovers that the air conditioning did not work. As part of the purchase I insisted that the Durango be put in the Chrysler Certified Pre Owned program which should have included a 125 point inspection. I am not sure they did they inspection because the Durango has been in the repair shop for a week to repair AC problem. In addition to the AC problem we experienced electrical problems with the entertainment system and potential transmission issues. When they took the car back to work on the AC I gave them also emailed the used car manager detailing the other discrepancies none of which were communicated to the service team until l called to check on the progress. All of this has caused me to lose any faith that the pre Owned inspection was actually completed or that they actually care about service after the sale.
They took my truck!!! - Never again!
I went in to look at leasing a ram truck. I needed a specific gear ratio on the rear end to pull a 6000 lb trailer. I was told no problem they had it and I could come in and pick it up. I was also told a different price and of course that had changed when I went to take delivery. While I was almost done signing the papers I asked if it had The tow rating that I needed. We went out to check and sure enough the truck would only pull maximum 4200 pounds . I told them this vehicle would not work and to give me my truck back so I could drive home. They told me I could not have it back!I was going to I told them this vehicle would not work and to give me my truck back so I could drive home. They told me I could not have it back because they grounded it ! All of this took place within 15 minutes… So I told him just give me my truck back and I can go home and think about the next vehicle that I would lease . They said no I can't have it back so they drove me home! I did get my truck back a day and a half later. I can't believe they would do this to anybody! After this major fiasco came to ahead they said come in and will give you a real good deal on ram with the hemi. I would not go back to that dealership if they gave me a truck for free! I was lucky enough to borrow a car the next morning so I could go to work! I can't even give them a one star! I was amazed and horrified at my treatment!

Disappointing - david Middleton
At first everything was fine, in fact the original purchase went great. During that purchase I was asked if we had a lease in the house, we did and it gave me another $1000 off, I turned in the copy of her lease that day, and then signed my papers. Several days later while I was out of town, I get a call from them that the lease hadn't been long enough and they had to cancel the 1000 and I had to return to sign new papers. Now I pointed out that I had given them copies before it was approved, they said they were sorry. I went back in and signed again, they tried to get me to give them the first months payment, I declined considering the screwups they had already created. A couple of days later I get an email from Chrysler Capital that my payment was late, I paid it. Now I'm getting a bill from Brighton Chrysler trying to get me to pay them my first payment. So frustrating. Needless to say, I have made all my payments to Chrysler Capital and have no intention of sending Brighton Chrysler any more money.
Staff - Lala
Very friendly staff in the service area. Very helpful, answered my questions. I would bring my car here if I needed service and have recommended friends to the dealership.
Jeep Renegade - Morgan1234
I was desperately in need of a new car after my old jeep broke down so we took a stroll into McInerney dealership. Casey came over to greet us and he was very nice right off the start and helped me thoroughly through the entire process. I walked out of there with a Jeep Renegade the next day and it has been an AWESOME vehicle to me so far. Thanks Casey!
Lease - neveragain
I leased a RAM 1500 in 2005. I purchased extra miles so I wouldn't be charged by the mile if I went over. The salesman said if I didn't use the extra miles I purchased I would be reimbursed. Well guess what. They refused to reimburse me. I took it to Ralph the owner. Ralph said the salesman never should of told me that and he is not reimbursing my money. I said some choice words and that I would never set foot in his dealership again. That was my first and last lease. I've owned 2 RAMs since. Also I had the truck in service several times for idle and stalling problems they could never seem to fix. Fu##you. Ralph
What a Joke - ksmith92
If I could I would give 0 stars. I dealt with Mike Bens, he used to work at Westborn Chrysler Dodge Jeep and went by Joe Bens. When he went to this dealership he called my step dad (who purchased and leased a vehicle from him at Westborn) and he told him where he was currently at. My step dad told him what we wanted to do and he had us come in to talk about some options. My mother and I went up there on Saturday, 3/18, to talk to him and get some ideas. When he asked what kind of vehicle that I wanted I originally told him that I wanted a used vehicle and he talked me into a new vehicle. I told him if we went with new on what I wanted. He showed me a Jeep Laredo Altitude which he stated was a step up from the normal Laredo and he stated that the normal Laredo doesn't have leather seats, touch screen radio, heated seats, back up camera. I knew that this stuff wasn't true because we have a 2011 Jeep Laredo that has leather seats, touch screen radio, heated front seats, and a back up camera. I told him that I do not want to lease and that I would like to purchase and he told me round about what it would cost to purchase a brand new jeep then told me how much it would cost for a lease. Since this was towards the end of the day on Sat we told him that we would come back on Monday with the Jeep that we wanted to possibly trade in and with my step dad. Monday, 3/20, comes around and all 3 of us go up there. We talked about getting into a new Jeep and trading in the 2011 Jeep that we have. Mike told us that it would be appraised for $8K and told us how much the payments would be to roll in the rest of what was owed on it. At that point we decided to not trade in the Jeep and just try to get the Jeep in my name. He came back with prices for 12k miles I told him that I would like 15K miles. He came back with that price all 3 of us thought that it was reasonable and I gave him my info to run my credit. He came back to where we were and told me that they have to go through a lot and that he would give me a call the next day. I thought this was strange because when I leased a vehicle from Ford I knew right then and there if I could get approved or not. Tues, 3/21, comes around and I get a call from Mike and he told me that I didn't get approved because I don't have enough credit stated that all that they see on my credit was a whole bunch of student loans (which I know I have more on my credit than just that) we talk about what to do with a co-signer. Weds, 3/22, I get a call from Mike and he asked if we did the credit app online. I told him that after talking about it we are not going to go through with it and that we would need the $500 back. He told me that he will go through the financing dept and get that reversed. Later that day I spoke to my step dad and he said that AFTER I spoke to Mike he went and called him. My step dad told him that we were not going to do anything and that I couldn't get a co-signer. Mike talked my step dad into trying and he told him that he got approved and that we could trade in the Jeep as well and the price would go from $417 to $462. My step dad told him that he would talk to me about it. Thurs, 3/23, gets here and Mike calls me asking if I spoke to my dad I told him that he told me that he would get with me AFTER he speaks to him. Mike and I hung up. Around 4:10 I get a call from my step dad saying that the payments would be $489 a month. My step dad called an spoke to the finance dept and he was told they do not want our jeep and that I didnt get approved b/c I have to much on my credit even though I made payments on my other lease. They said it would be $489 with us keeping the Jeep and with him as a co-signer. Mike is a big liar and will do anything to get a sale. DO NOT TRUST HIM!!!
Mr. Aj hall - Spoonhower
I had the pleasure of dealing with a mr Aj Hall I've bought the last three of my trucks through him and I'll go back to him he doesn't give you the sales pitch and run around he's honest and he tells you the flaws up front 👍👍👍
Great Salesman - Inflexible Dealership - andymoraitis
I recently purchased a 2016 Dodge Charger Scat pack from Chris Eagleson. Chris was very attentive and worked through multiple deals and options. Throughout the process, he was incredibly patient in trying to structure the best deal for me. He also secured very good value for my trade in which was 15% higher than any other area dealer. I felt that he was on my side and fighting for my best interests.
While Chris jumped through hoops to treat me as a valued customer, he was limited in what he could do price wise. We were unable to get any money off of the sticker price other than a paltry $500 dealer rebate. I felt that although Chris tried his hardest, that the team above him was inflexible and unwilling to negotiate.
My experience was bittersweet. I felt that I got the exact car that I wanted and received excellent service from my salesman but that the rest of the dealership didn't go the extra mile. In the end, the attitude of "we don't care if you don't buy it because someone else will" soured my experience. Selling cars is all about building relationships. Orchard sold me a car but didn't create the relationship that would turn me into a repeat customer. I'm not sure I would even return for service, which is where dealerships make their money, other than to get my free oil change.
Overall, Chris is amazing. I would buy from him again regardless of what dealership he worked for, but I certainly wouldn't want to deal with anyone else at Orchard.
