I would stay away from the service dep i took my 6month old challenger srt for service and 2 days later after they fix my seat when i pick the car up there is a dent right by the door where they took the seat out i know it was not there before but they just said its a small dent and its a car damage happens when i hear that i almost chocked the guy my challenger srt costs more than some people house and just because its just a car that dont give the jerks to damage it will never step foot in that dealer again

At first everything was fine, in fact the original purchase went great. During that purchase I was asked if we had a lease in the house, we did and it gave me another $1000 off, I turned in the copy of her lease that day, and then signed my papers. Several days later while I was out of town, I get a call from them that the lease hadn't been long enough and they had to cancel the 1000 and I had to return to sign new papers. Now I pointed out that I had given them copies before it was approved, they said they were sorry. I went back in and signed again, they tried to get me to give them the first months payment, I declined considering the screwups they had already created. A couple of days later I get an email from Chrysler Capital that my payment was late, I paid it. Now I'm getting a bill from Brighton Chrysler trying to get me to pay them my first payment. So frustrating. Needless to say, I have made all my payments to Chrysler Capital and have no intention of sending Brighton Chrysler any more money.

Lease - neveragain
I leased a RAM 1500 in 2005. I purchased extra miles so I wouldn't be charged by the mile if I went over. The salesman said if I didn't use the extra miles I purchased I would be reimbursed. Well guess what. They refused to reimburse me. I took it to Ralph the owner. Ralph said the salesman never should of told me that and he is not reimbursing my money. I said some choice words and that I would never set foot in his dealership again. That was my first and last lease. I've owned 2 RAMs since. Also I had the truck in service several times for idle and stalling problems they could never seem to fix. Fu##you. Ralph

If I could I would give 0 stars. I dealt with Mike Bens, he used to work at Westborn Chrysler Dodge Jeep and went by Joe Bens. When he went to this dealership he called my step dad (who purchased and leased a vehicle from him at Westborn) and he told him where he was currently at. My step dad told him what we wanted to do and he had us come in to talk about some options. My mother and I went up there on Saturday, 3/18, to talk to him and get some ideas. When he asked what kind of vehicle that I wanted I originally told him that I wanted a used vehicle and he talked me into a new vehicle. I told him if we went with new on what I wanted. He showed me a Jeep Laredo Altitude which he stated was a step up from the normal Laredo and he stated that the normal Laredo doesn't have leather seats, touch screen radio, heated seats, back up camera. I knew that this stuff wasn't true because we have a 2011 Jeep Laredo that has leather seats, touch screen radio, heated front seats, and a back up camera. I told him that I do not want to lease and that I would like to purchase and he told me round about what it would cost to purchase a brand new jeep then told me how much it would cost for a lease. Since this was towards the end of the day on Sat we told him that we would come back on Monday with the Jeep that we wanted to possibly trade in and with my step dad. Monday, 3/20, comes around and all 3 of us go up there. We talked about getting into a new Jeep and trading in the 2011 Jeep that we have. Mike told us that it would be appraised for $8K and told us how much the payments would be to roll in the rest of what was owed on it. At that point we decided to not trade in the Jeep and just try to get the Jeep in my name. He came back with prices for 12k miles I told him that I would like 15K miles. He came back with that price all 3 of us thought that it was reasonable and I gave him my info to run my credit. He came back to where we were and told me that they have to go through a lot and that he would give me a call the next day. I thought this was strange because when I leased a vehicle from Ford I knew right then and there if I could get approved or not. Tues, 3/21, comes around and I get a call from Mike and he told me that I didn't get approved because I don't have enough credit stated that all that they see on my credit was a whole bunch of student loans (which I know I have more on my credit than just that) we talk about what to do with a co-signer. Weds, 3/22, I get a call from Mike and he asked if we did the credit app online. I told him that after talking about it we are not going to go through with it and that we would need the $500 back. He told me that he will go through the financing dept and get that reversed. Later that day I spoke to my step dad and he said that AFTER I spoke to Mike he went and called him. My step dad told him that we were not going to do anything and that I couldn't get a co-signer. Mike talked my step dad into trying and he told him that he got approved and that we could trade in the Jeep as well and the price would go from $417 to $462. My step dad told him that he would talk to me about it. Thurs, 3/23, gets here and Mike calls me asking if I spoke to my dad I told him that he told me that he would get with me AFTER he speaks to him. Mike and I hung up. Around 4:10 I get a call from my step dad saying that the payments would be $489 a month. My step dad called an spoke to the finance dept and he was told they do not want our jeep and that I didnt get approved b/c I have to much on my credit even though I made payments on my other lease. They said it would be $489 with us keeping the Jeep and with him as a co-signer. Mike is a big liar and will do anything to get a sale. DO NOT TRUST HIM!!!

Didn't meet Body Shop repair timelines TWICE - JKula
I cannot tell you how angry I am that my car which was supposed to be ready on Friday 10/7 wasn't. Then I was promised it today, 10\10 and I had to call multiple times to just get a call back to tell me that it won't be ready today. The reason... a part is not in. The first question I asked at the point of drop off per the insurance company recommendation is "are all the parts here" and the answer on Monday the 3rd was yes. Now I find out that it's delayed until, MAYBE tomorrow because they didn't have a good part. Their lack of service, lack of communication and failure to tell the truth is not the kind of dealership I will recommend to anyone in the future. You cannot trust what they tell you at the counter when you go for quotes or check in.
