Mike Weinstein in the Service Dept. did an excellent job for me recently at the Shuman Dealership in Walled Lake, MI. He was very thorough and went out of way to make sure that I understood all the details. My Durango was running rough when I took in and now it's smooth as silk. Chuck C. was the Tech on the job and he did a great job. They also took the time to do a full inspection while the vehicle was in service and Mike called me and made a few recommendations that I took advantage of. Learning I had to come in in for service, I wasn't happy. I was greeted in a timely manner and kept informed of what was being done and how long it would take. The waiting room was clean (I've been in some not so tidy) and the coffee was great. Everyone was courteous. Although I had to come a bit of a distance away, I would do it again if need be, but I am confident the job was done correctly and I won't have to.

Scott is how car salesman used to be "BACK" in the day. He is honest, courteous and did I say HONEST? He was more than upfront with me on the minor issues the car had even if I had not noticed it before. He was always responsive even after the sale! I needed a tax refund as my state didnt collect the full amount his dealership did for Michigan and he helped situate the problem and is sending me a check. Scott is a Class Act and I will be doing business with him again and advising all my colleagues. Most dealers get bad ratings, Scott alone is worth a 5 star experience no matter what you are buying. Never been more happy with a salesman that Scott Hebda!

We can quite a distance to buy from Cueter, but the reason was Don Byrd! I submitted an inquiry through my employer's website (we are a supplier) and Don called me within minutes. While people from other dealers also called, they did not have the knowledge of the various minivan models that Don had, and no one was nearly as responsive. It was worth the drive!

On New Year's Eve I took delivery on a 2017 Dodge Journey GT All-Wheel Drive. This is my fourth purchase from this dealership since 2010. As what has become customary I was not disappointed with my latest sales experience with the folks at Sterling Heights CDJR. My salesman was Bob Dattilio. He was very personable, helpful, no pressure, and knows how to take care of his customer. Bob was very good about getting back to me whether it was a phone call or e-mail. He got me to the price point I was desiring. All of the work was done over the phone. On the day of delivery I just had to come in with my check, sign some papers, learn about the features of the Dodge Journey, and off I went. I definitely recommend going to this dealership and working with Bob Dattilio. I personally thanked the sales manager, Russ Maisano, and the owner, Mr. Viviano before I left the dealership. Thanks again for another easy and enjoyable car buying experience.
Great Body Shop! - Medved
In August of 2016 I had the misfortune of hitting a deer. The frond end of my 2014 Chrysler 300S was in bad shape to the point of it being around $3,000 in damages. Fortunately, the body shop staff at McInerney's did an excellent job with the repair work. Jeff, the body shop manager, was very friendly and helped me out putting in the insurance claim. He kept me updated on the progress of repairs as it took a little longer than originally planned. When it came time to pick up the 300, you would have thought it just rolled off the assembly line. The paint work and everything else was flawless. Thanks for a job well done!

I leased a RAM 1500 in 2005. I purchased extra miles so I wouldn't be charged by the mile if I went over. The salesman said if I didn't use the extra miles I purchased I would be reimbursed. Well guess what. They refused to reimburse me. I took it to Ralph the owner. Ralph said the salesman never should of told me that and he is not reimbursing my money. I said some choice words and that I would never set foot in his dealership again. That was my first and last lease. I've owned 2 RAMs since. Also I had the truck in service several times for idle and stalling problems they could never seem to fix. Fu##you. Ralph
worst dealership experience ever - Jeep owner
My fiancé was ready to buy a brand new Jeep Wrangler even put a deposit down to get the jeep transferred from another lot. Was lied to the whole time the salesperson (Peter soloman) showed no real interest in us purchasing a vehicle. Wasn't even going to offer us a test drive. Worst customer service we have ever experienced. Will never step foot on telegraph jeep lot again.
Didn't meet Body Shop repair timelines TWICE - JKula
I cannot tell you how angry I am that my car which was supposed to be ready on Friday 10/7 wasn't. Then I was promised it today, 10\10 and I had to call multiple times to just get a call back to tell me that it won't be ready today. The reason... a part is not in. The first question I asked at the point of drop off per the insurance company recommendation is "are all the parts here" and the answer on Monday the 3rd was yes. Now I find out that it's delayed until, MAYBE tomorrow because they didn't have a good part. Their lack of service, lack of communication and failure to tell the truth is not the kind of dealership I will recommend to anyone in the future. You cannot trust what they tell you at the counter when you go for quotes or check in.

Great Salesman - Inflexible Dealership - andymoraitis
I recently purchased a 2016 Dodge Charger Scat pack from Chris Eagleson. Chris was very attentive and worked through multiple deals and options. Throughout the process, he was incredibly patient in trying to structure the best deal for me. He also secured very good value for my trade in which was 15% higher than any other area dealer. I felt that he was on my side and fighting for my best interests.
While Chris jumped through hoops to treat me as a valued customer, he was limited in what he could do price wise. We were unable to get any money off of the sticker price other than a paltry $500 dealer rebate. I felt that although Chris tried his hardest, that the team above him was inflexible and unwilling to negotiate.
My experience was bittersweet. I felt that I got the exact car that I wanted and received excellent service from my salesman but that the rest of the dealership didn't go the extra mile. In the end, the attitude of "we don't care if you don't buy it because someone else will" soured my experience. Selling cars is all about building relationships. Orchard sold me a car but didn't create the relationship that would turn me into a repeat customer. I'm not sure I would even return for service, which is where dealerships make their money, other than to get my free oil change.
Overall, Chris is amazing. I would buy from him again regardless of what dealership he worked for, but I certainly wouldn't want to deal with anyone else at Orchard.
