I have purchased two different vehicles from Blue Water Chrysler Dodge Jeep over the last 5-6 years. Steve Higgins in sales is a fantastic salesman, willing to go the extra mile to make sure his customers are taken care of. The used car manager Steve Kudzia was good to work with as well. They were willing to deal with me on a reasonable price and were quick to get me set up with all the proper paperwork. I purchased a used Durango recently and after I got it home I noticed there was a fog lamp out and one other small inconvenience. I called salesman Steve Higgins and he put me in touch with the repair department. The service department made sure my problems were solved and in quick order, without charging me a penny. Their customer service is the best I've experienced over the years. I would recommend them to anyone.

I did not have much of a program with Dick Huvaere's to start. The entire research and negotiation was average, however my problem was with delivery. There was really nothing special about us "getting" the car. It was parked in back with some loaners and service vehicles, which was odd. I have purchased a lot of vehicles and this was the first time that it was not made to feel special. I got two vehicles from Serra GMC a few months ago and both were showcased in the front of the dealership ready for delivery, not stuck in the back parking lot. I've had cars with bows on them and such. Those dealerships know how to make you feel special.
So we got into our car and started it up and the first thing I noticed was that there was 3/8th of a tank of gas in it. That is also a first for me. The next thing I noticed was the Check Engine light. I circle on into the service area, they clear the codes, apologize for the gas and I am on my way. Amusingly, a family was taking possession of a new car in front of the dealership as we idled by, clearly they had a better experience. The whole thing just felt cheap to me.
We were another package of paperwork passing through the system, more or less.

This was my first visit to LaFontaine. I had first contacted another local dealership and after three days of suspense, they finally produced a response regarding lease terms of two models- and that was grossly inadequate. Any information had to pulled out of them. Needless to say, I was looking for better service and a friend recommended Barney Porzondek. After only a few minutes, Barney had provided a wealth of information that made a decision easy as to which car, length of lease, and mileage was best for me. Picking up the vehicle went very smooth and did not take the inordinate length of time I was used to previously at other dealerships. The car was well-prepped and the paper work was ready to sign. The entire process was painless and enjoyable. Barney is very knowledge in the product lines, as well as the leasing and financing options. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car.

Bought a new Jeep Compass for my wife and while the salesman, Dave was great, the rest was a disaster. My wife wanted to buy local while I usually trade at CR in Adrian. The finance guy is a total jerk and It has been 30 days now and I am still waiting on the Plate and Registration. Now 2 days ago I get told it will be 2 more weeks before we get the plate! The General Manager, Dale failed to return 3 phone calls now as did the new Car Sales Manager Dustin. NEVER AGAIN!! Terrible customer service. Save yourself some frustration and go to CR in Adrian to buy.
I even spoke to Bill Golling about all this and he could care less. The customer does NOT matter in any way!! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM GOLLING!!!

One February a while back, I walked into McInerneys after both our cars died within weeks of each other. Both my schedule and my husband's schedule are crazy and somehow - with extreme patience! - Casey managed to give us everything we wanted in a car, and work around our schedules so that it was so easy and painless for us.
When my mother-in-law needed a new car, I told her she had to go to Casey. Again, he got her everything she wanted. Today, my mom went through the same process and Casey was so patient and kind and helpful, explained everything so she fully understood, and made sure to answer all her questions!

I purchased a 3 year old dodge sedan from them and was told that it would be reliable to go cross country whenever I got the urge to drive. After the first week of owning it I noticed a slip in the trans, luckily it was still under warranty. I made an appointment to get it checked out and fixed but I was told that the trans was fine and that it's shifting how it is supposed to. Anyone who knows how cars are supposed to drive knows that transmissions don't have a normal slip.
