Great service...and great coffee too! - Carry
Having moved from Southern California, I needed to find a new Lincoln dealership to service my leased vehicle. Findlay's service department came highly recommended so I gave them a try. Their convenient Saturday hours was a big factor in choosing Findlay. (I still don't get why all the car dealerships are closed here on Sundays.) Their service department did a great job maintaining my leased vehicle, so much so, that I decided to lease a new one when the time came to turn mine in. Never had an issue with repairs and the car comes back to you all nice and clean, Their service advisors are all friendly and competent. An added bonus to bringing your vehicle to Findlay is that they have an awesome new coffee brewing machine in their customer lounge, not to mention free WiFi and cookies!
Needed help with leaky toilet in our RV - Travelingfamily
Had a leaky toilet in Rv and stopped in on our way through to California without an appointment. The whole staff was helpful and cheerful. Victor replaced a part on the toilet and didn't charge me labor. Although I bought the part and it was a quick fix it meant so much to me as they were so willing and nice to help. This is the absolute best experience with a repair we have had in our 2 years of Rv ownership which is saying a lot because we've needed many repairs. I wished we lived closer so we could use them all the time. It's so refreshing to get good old fashioned good customer service and kind, helpful people!
After searching all over California for a car that just... - JAdmiral
After searching all over California for a car that just couldn't be had reasonably (see my Galpin Lincoln review), I got a tip that a Vegas dealer has what I wanted (and was Calif. smog legal). I made the call and spoke to the internet sales guy named Lou. Confirmed he had the car, negotiated the price in 1 minute, held the car with a $500 refundable deposit via credit card, and hopped on a plane. When I arrived, the car was exactly what I wanted, clean, prepped, and ready to go. Did the paperwork, offered a cigar, and off I went!!The next morning, I noticed a flaw on the steering wheel cover. An hour wait in service resolved the problem, and I drove the 250 miles home. All this from a dealership that knew they'd probably never see me again! You know what? I'd fly back to do business there!
