I have always bought my new cars and have never leased a car before. This time I leased a brand new Honda Accord. My experience at Norm Reeves Honda was one that I want to share, because it was an excellent experience compared to the rest of my experiences when getting a new car. I believe the experience was as such because of the Salesman, Jim Saber and the Finance person Rick Acosta. They were both excellent! I would recommend the dealership and would tell anyone I recommended to ask for Jim and Rick!

My mother, who is 85, needed a car and wanted a Honda since she has only had Hondas for the last 30+ years. We were so fortunate to get Nick as our salesperson. He was kind and patient with my mother and funny and knowledgeable and just a genuinely nice guy. He truly wanted her to be happy with her choice and she was! Cristal responded to our internet inquiry while we were waiting to hear from a dealer in our area that kept giving us excuses. LB Honda had the vehicle we wanted and the sakes team confirmed that they would work the deal with us that the other dealership wouldn't. So we decided that we would drive the extra 15 mikes to check it out. David our salesman was honest and thoughtful and made sure that he reviewed the car's features throughly. I came all the way from San Diego looking for a used 2016 Honda Accord Sport with low miles. I was immediately greeted and assisted by Joe Willis, who was professional and courteous, and made the car buying experience really easy. Joe got me a good deal on a new 2017 Honda Accord Sport. I couldn't have been more happier. Unfortunately, my spare key wasn't programmed, and when I let Joe know, he was very apologetic and took care of the issue. Since I live almost two (2) hours away from Buena Park, Joe made arrangements with a San Diego Honda dealership (Sonic Automotive Store), and also took care of the cost. Excellent customer service!

Had to reschedule the oil change service til afternoon, and Honda was able to accommodate. The service representative I dealt with was Debbie Seeger. She was attentive and showed professionalism in documenting what I requested. However, it took almost two hours to get the services completed.
Having coupons emailed periodically would be helpful.
