We have been taking our Honda Civic to Diamond (New Century), since we bought it there in 2008. We used them more for convenience at first, but we felt well taken care of, and we've had very few problems with our car, so we keep coming back.
We noticed it has changed hands (again), we wanted to say the service hasn't seemed to have changed.
This last recommended service was typical of our experience. Louis Weatherspoon, took good care of us this time--quick, pleasant and professional, and he keep us up to date with any changes and what the cost would be. Very reassuring professionalism, and we've found that to be true no matter who has helped us.
It was also nice to meet the new service manager, Mike Sanders. He'd be great in sales as well.
We will return as long as we get good service, and our car continues to run well.

I arrived at Hardin 45 minutes before closing and waited a little while for an available sales associate to show me the car. It was an aggressively priced and barely used '16 Civic that seemed too good to be true. 10-15 minutes later, I met Rob Klemenz, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't do any hard-selling. The test drive was pleasant and we chitchatted about cars and Honda. After that (approaching midnight), we went straight to finance and Daniel Carmolinga took care of the paperwork with efficiency. Thanks, Daniel! It was the most positive car-buying experience I've ever had and I'll definitely return to Hardin (with assistance from Rob) to check out the upcoming Civic Si and Type R!

But my favorite part of my car buying experience at Airport Marina was that it was laid back -almost chill- and fun! They worked WITH me to make a great deal. I was help by Brice I explain to him everything the way I wanted to do the purchase and he was very helpful, I thought everything was ready to go when he introduce me to the sales manager Robert Welch. It was like I never told to Brice. I had to negotiate all over again( what a waste of time.) EXTREMELY pushy trying to sell packages when I had already mention no add on. I also had to refuse several times from Rafael the finance person the same sale pinch about adding on packages.

If you own a Honda then Lancaster Honda service department is awesome! I had some issues on my new odyssey and they took care of them and I didn't have to pay a dime. Jim Monroe is awesome and he is my go to person if I have an issue. So if you have and oil change or issue with your Honda them call Jim and get down there because they are a great service department!
