After going to another dearlership and being treating very poorly, I reached out to Troy Watson. He treated me patience and respect and got me the exact car I was looking. Gave me a great deal on top of all that. I would have given 5 stars, but the finance guy was extremely slow. I didn't leave the dealership until after 10pm (got there at 6pm). Credit to Troy though, he waited there basically all by himself and saw me off the lot in my new car. This was amazing considering how stressful the car search was earlier that day, dealing with horrible salesmen at other Honda dealerships.

I was help by Brice I explain to him everything the way I wanted to do the purchase and he was very helpful, I thought everything was ready to go when he introduce me to the sales manager Robert Welch. It was like I never told to Brice. I had to negotiate all over again( what a waste of time.) EXTREMELY pushy trying to sell packages when I had already mention no add on. I also had to refuse several times from Rafael the finance person the same sale pinch about adding on packages.

I tried this dealership because it is close to my job and San Juan Capistrano is out of my way now. To remain positive I will say that only Norm Reeves Irvine has a service department that would be worse than Freeway Honda. At least my car was checked in, I think the service advisers have other things to do because Saib Gonzalez wasn't really interested in listening to me and was glad to get me out of the door this morning. Maybe I went on an off day but there wasn't enough interest here by the employees to warrant a return visit, so I will assume the Sales Department is no different, what happens in the service department is always an indicator of the kind of Sales Department and overall general management of a dealership.

Had a xxxxxxx horrible experience after buying my car here at this dealership. Somehow someway these idiots mixed up my information with another customer. I've been getting spammed email with this customers information dated back since May 2016. Been calling, emailing them to get this problem resolve. After many attempts and a bunch of false promises on correcting the issue, I continue on getting emails with this customer's info.
Their explanation is that their salesperson or keyboard monkey like to copy & paste information when filing your paperwork so having a mix up here & there are normal. Normal my xxx!!! That's my privacy, that's my infos that are currently mixed up with someone else and that someone else have my infos...etc.
If you want your identity mixed up with someone else or even stolen then this is the place to go to.

Be careful with this dealer's business practices. They will advertise their cars at a low, appealing price and then the financial people will sneak some extra options that will increase their profits and inflate the cost of the vehicle. If you're not careful you will end up paying more than sticker price for your car. They give you all the documentation on a USB stick so that you don't catch their scam, they also have an electronic board we're you sing the documents and are not able to read entirely because they zoom in to the signature files only. After I got home and saw a "Karr" security system and "Theft ETCH" all over 1,500$ that I was not made aware of during signing, I went back to the dealer and the financial girl Pegah, told me that if they removed all the options, I did not want and was not made aware of, she would have to add it to the car's price and my payment would be the same. I searched online for "Theft TECH" because I had no idea what it was and it's nothing more than a 30$ sticker.
