I take a long time to purchase or in this case lease an automobile. I first met Jorge Urquidez about 2 years ago and would chat with him from time to time. I had purchased an RX350 from another salesman previously at Newport Lexus and I flat did not like the RX350 even though I drove it for 5 yrs. I was impressed with Jorge each time I talked with him and I am sure I drove him "batty" with the times that I spent with him in trying to make up my mind what I was going to do. Finally, he closed with me on a car which I picked up yesterday. He is a young guy that is very polite and sticks to his customer not giving up on the potential that he see with someone. I will definitely try to do business with him again assuming that I continue enjoying my relationship with Newport Lexus. I also deal with Joey Wilchek whom I also think is very professional and I love to do business with them both.

We just leased our 5th Lexus from DCH in Oxnard. We work with Joel, who makes the process friction-free. Once we had managed all the details, we showed up with our old 2015 and the new 2017 was sitting there waiting for us. The process of converting the old lease to the new lease was painless. The service is amazing - we leave in Santa Barbara, 30 min north, and they regularly drive up to pick up the car for servicing. Love this dealership.

I picked up my new 2015 IS250 on Feb. 27, 2015 from Lexus of Thousand Oaks. I had emailed Grettel Perricone, Internet Business Manger, the Sunday before & we made arrangements for me to come in on Wednesday to see what we could work out. We sat down with Paul Vallis, Internet Business Manager, (Grettel was never far away) & we talked for a few minutes about what options & color I'd like, he said ok & walked away for a few minutes. As soon as he came back he told me what they could do for me & asked what I thought about it. I was shocked & so happy that I just sat there for a bit with the room spinning around me. If this sounds dramatic then my apologies but I'm just telling you how it went down. It was a very easy time for me. I test drove the car, Paul went with us & answered some of my questions along the way. We got back to the dealership, I met with Maryann Cord in finance, she is so awesome. Easy going, calm, nice. I felt comfortable the whole time I was signing away just being in her company. She is a real asset to the dealership.
Finally we met with Julie Kobayashi, Vehicle Delivery Specialist, who is a walking book of knowledge when it comes to what these cars can do. It's astonishing. She went over the basics with me, not to overwhelm me too much! She is the sweetest! (I'm still learning little things everyday that I had no idea of the day before).
Overall, my experience with Lexus of TO was a very positive one. I'm grateful for Grettel & her endless patience & kindness from Day 1. She has a very strong business presence about her, but at the same time she's truly caring of her customers. I can honestly say I recommend Lexus of TO to anyone with complete & total confidence that they too will leave feeling great.

Just imagine. I picked up my elderly family at LAX and we were on an extended road trip to Yosemite in my Lexus RX450h when it died on the Grapevine near the top pf the Tejon Pass. It was on a dangerous turn on Hwy 5 with roaring semi's blaring their horns and passing our car with inches to spare. As we exited the car in the 100+ degree temp it quickly became obvious that we were in no small trouble. I arranged to have the vehicle towed and called the Lexus dealer in Valencia explaining our predicament, and could they help. Without hesitation the customer service person dispatched a courtesy van to pick up my family while I rode to the dealership in the tow truck. The courtesy van miraculously arrived at the same time as the tow truck - this was vitally important and "Wow" #1. When we arrived at the dealership a loaner RX350 was waiting for us ready to go, no questions asked. "Wow" #2. Our trip was perfect with many memories we'll cherish for years to come, and had it not been for the fast turn-around our trip could have easily been much less memorable. When I returned to the Valencia Lexus dealer with the loaner vehicle it was determined that no costs would be incurred on the car since the problem was the hybrid system overheating and there was nothing they could fix. In addition and for no charge, the Valencia Lexus dealer updated various recall warnings and washed and vacuumed the car. "Wow's," #3, #4, and #5. All I can say is the Valencia Lexus dealer customer department is amazing, and I have a very heartfelt 'thank you' to say to all involved. Great job everyone!!

We have purchased cars at other dealers but no dealer has ever come close to Longo Lexus and in particular Victor Zeng.
SERVICE: The check in portion is speedy and very polite. The service is always well done and when the car is completed it is returned nice and clean.

Found a car advertised online and contacted their internet sales department. Sales guy was friendly and helpful but attempted to direct me to a different vehicle and then dragged his feet for two days when I expressed interest in a particular car. They even went so far as to email me an offer but would not execute a sales agreement. Finally spoke with Phil who told me I had to be physically present to buy the car since it was unfair to local customers. He recommended that I get on plane today before they close so I can sign a sales agreement for the car I wanted to buy. I asked to speak to his manager and after a short wait was told that the car had been sold two hours prior (the same time I received the emailed offer).
I am not sure what was true or fiction, not sure if the car was still available or if it was ever available, in my opinion this seemed shady that when I pressed them to send me a sales contract they suddenly did not have the car. I am providing this review so future consumers are aware that this type of situation can occur when you contact their Internet Sales Department.

I called in Saturday morning around 6:00 a.m. and Tom R. made an appointment to come out the same morning for a scheduled maintenance. I was only there for about 1 hour, including a complimentary car wash. Great service, knowledgeable service people and competitive prices.

I called just to see if a car was still available that I saw on the internet and talked with a used car salesman named Reggie. Reggie pressured me on the phone to give him my info but I refused. About 2 hours later he called me back. He must have got my phone number from caller ID. He starts giving me high pressure sales pitches. I told him I was not interested and he got rude with me. He made me mad enough to call and complain to his manager and write this review. I will never buy a car from this dealer or call them again.

Good experience. Explained everything in great detail. Sales person and finance person were good. Scheduled appointment for windshield treatment cancelled due to rain but have not received call to reschedule.
