I've purchased many vehicles over the years with all types of experiences. This one was a pleasure. Steve Tibbetts was very helpful and not at all pushy. He explained various makes and models on the first visit, I drove one and chose color on the second visit and a few days later I made an appt to purchase. The negotiating went very smoothly, he handled it very professionally and didn't blame pricing on the sales manager which is often the case. Steve was extremely patient in explaining all the new 'whistles and bells' that I was totally unfamiliar with and promises to be available to help if I become overwhelmed. I definitely recommend him highly.

My experience with Tustin Lexus started when I spoke with Josephine on the phone on a Thursday afternoon re a certified 2013 IS350C. I was in Arizona but was planning on driving over for the car. Josephine was great on the phone, excited for me and about the car. I was not able to arrive at the dealer until Sunday to complete the purchase, but when I got there the car was out front and ready to go.
Josephine guided me thru the sales process smoothly and efficiently, knowing that I would be driving back to Arizona that afternoon she was very considerate of the overall time the process would take.
My experience remained excellent when I moved into the Finance office.
Damon was fantastic and professional. He took the time to explain the all the benefits of the offers available to me when buying a Lexus Certified automobile. The time in the finance office can be stressful, but Damon kept it fun and relaxing.

Just imagine. I picked up my elderly family at LAX and we were on an extended road trip to Yosemite in my Lexus RX450h when it died on the Grapevine near the top pf the Tejon Pass. It was on a dangerous turn on Hwy 5 with roaring semi's blaring their horns and passing our car with inches to spare. As we exited the car in the 100+ degree temp it quickly became obvious that we were in no small trouble. I arranged to have the vehicle towed and called the Lexus dealer in Valencia explaining our predicament, and could they help. Without hesitation the customer service person dispatched a courtesy van to pick up my family while I rode to the dealership in the tow truck. The courtesy van miraculously arrived at the same time as the tow truck - this was vitally important and "Wow" #1. When we arrived at the dealership a loaner RX350 was waiting for us ready to go, no questions asked. "Wow" #2. Our trip was perfect with many memories we'll cherish for years to come, and had it not been for the fast turn-around our trip could have easily been much less memorable. When I returned to the Valencia Lexus dealer with the loaner vehicle it was determined that no costs would be incurred on the car since the problem was the hybrid system overheating and there was nothing they could fix. In addition and for no charge, the Valencia Lexus dealer updated various recall warnings and washed and vacuumed the car. "Wow's," #3, #4, and #5. All I can say is the Valencia Lexus dealer customer department is amazing, and I have a very heartfelt 'thank you' to say to all involved. Great job everyone!!
Longo Lexus stands behind their cars! - LS460-RH
Bought a 2008 Lexus LS 460 from Longo Lexus and it was out of factory warranty. I was told that the car is a Long Lexus "Quality Assured" vehicle and has 90 days/3000 miles dealer warranty. After taking the car home, I found that there was a small hole on the muffler and also the engine was rough in idle when in Drive or Reverse mode. Took the car back to the dealer. Eric Anaya handled the visit. He arranged the inspection and repair. During the inspection process, the Service Department folks also found a number of other minor things that needed a fix. Eventually, they replaced water pump, drive belt, drive belt tensioner, head gaskets on both left and right engine sides, installed spark plug seals, replaced the leaky muffler with a new one, changed coolant as part of coolant pump replacement procedure. The total cost was over $2200. Because the car is their Quality Assured vehicle, there was no charge to me personally. Also, they provided a courteous (loaner) car while the repairs were done. If you need to buy a used Lexus car, buy it from Longo Lexus, because they stand behind the cars they sold.

I bought my car 4/25/17. Adimika was my sales consultant. I absolutely loved her. I live in Vegas and had to drive up to Glendale because I could not find any IS 250 white Fsports. Adimika kept her word and called me to let me know about the availability of the car and placed it on hold so that my family and I would have time to drive up from Vegas to see it. Adimika was so patient and so sweet. I did not feel like she was trying to just close the sell and tell me what I wanted to hear. Almost a month later she and I are still in contact and she answers any questions I may have about my new car. Adimika was definitely a God send for me and I will drive up to Glendale to purchase my next lexus from her as well. This is my 4th Lexus and this was my favorite dealership. I used the Costco auto sales option and they got me in touch with the Westminster internet sales department. I worked with Eddie and he was by far my favorite car salesman. So refreshing to deal with a friendly, informative salesman. Seems like most of the car salesmen in the past were monotone grumpy old men with no technical knowledge. Eddie showed me the changes and how to use the new features with ease. I hope to deal with Eddie for my next Lexus and highly recommend him to anyone buying a Lexus. The financial guy was very nice too. Thanks so much for a refreshing experience guys!

A couple of weeks ago we bought a used car. Yani was our salesperson. She was focused on us and completely helpful. She went with everything we wanted. (The finance guy was okay.) I don't feel I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership because we've only used it once to buy, and never used the service dept. Also, they gave us only one key to the car and it will cost us big bucks to get another.
