I recently purchased a used Toyota at Newport Lexus and am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the service I was provided throughout. From my first inquiry online in the morning to my purchase that evening, Ali and the team at Newport Lexus treated me patiently and with respect. I had my 5 year old son with me and they treated him special as well and did not rush me or pressure me into anything I wasn't comfortable with. Ali was so kind and called me several times (without being annoying) to make sure that the LoJack I ordered was installed, that the car was running well, and that I was happy. My experience with Tustin Lexus started when I spoke with Josephine on the phone on a Thursday afternoon re a certified 2013 IS350C. I was in Arizona but was planning on driving over for the car. Josephine was great on the phone, excited for me and about the car. I was not able to arrive at the dealer until Sunday to complete the purchase, but when I got there the car was out front and ready to go.
Josephine guided me thru the sales process smoothly and efficiently, knowing that I would be driving back to Arizona that afternoon she was very considerate of the overall time the process would take.
My experience remained excellent when I moved into the Finance office.
Damon was fantastic and professional. He took the time to explain the all the benefits of the offers available to me when buying a Lexus Certified automobile. The time in the finance office can be stressful, but Damon kept it fun and relaxing.

Just imagine. I picked up my elderly family at LAX and we were on an extended road trip to Yosemite in my Lexus RX450h when it died on the Grapevine near the top pf the Tejon Pass. It was on a dangerous turn on Hwy 5 with roaring semi's blaring their horns and passing our car with inches to spare. As we exited the car in the 100+ degree temp it quickly became obvious that we were in no small trouble. I arranged to have the vehicle towed and called the Lexus dealer in Valencia explaining our predicament, and could they help. Without hesitation the customer service person dispatched a courtesy van to pick up my family while I rode to the dealership in the tow truck. The courtesy van miraculously arrived at the same time as the tow truck - this was vitally important and "Wow" #1. When we arrived at the dealership a loaner RX350 was waiting for us ready to go, no questions asked. "Wow" #2. Our trip was perfect with many memories we'll cherish for years to come, and had it not been for the fast turn-around our trip could have easily been much less memorable. When I returned to the Valencia Lexus dealer with the loaner vehicle it was determined that no costs would be incurred on the car since the problem was the hybrid system overheating and there was nothing they could fix. In addition and for no charge, the Valencia Lexus dealer updated various recall warnings and washed and vacuumed the car. "Wow's," #3, #4, and #5. All I can say is the Valencia Lexus dealer customer department is amazing, and I have a very heartfelt 'thank you' to say to all involved. Great job everyone!!

I have been a regular Toyota customer and I recently purchased a brand new RAV4 on 5 July 2017. My sales experience with Mr. Trent Noller is beyond compare. I can not complain with my previous experience with other salesman with Longo Toyota but Mr. Noller service is outstanding. He is direct to the point and a good communicator. His responses to my emails are quick that made my transaction easy. He is friendly and courteous that makes every customer at ease. If he is due for promotion to the next level, he deserves it.

I found their 2016 Porsche 911 on AutoTrader.com, contacted the dealership and dealt with Emad Hawatmeh. We agreed on a deal and did the application. I used their in-house financing in order to make the process smoother. The loan was approved and I was told they would overnight the paperwork on Monday which I would need to sign and return overnight along with a check for the down payment. Then on Saturday while I'm out town, he tells me that I could put some on the down payment on a credit card so "I can get the miles" and he emails me a form. I explained that I had no access to a printer/scanner, to which I received no response. When I hadn't heard anything by noon Monday, I checked in with the salesperson and was informed they had sold the car out from under me. They obviously had gotten a better offer. I would expect this from some two bit used car lot but not from a Lexus dealership. Good luck to you if you choose this dealer. You've been warned...
they broke my radio - lafatme
Before this week I would have given glowing reviews of this dealership's service department. I have had all servicing done here since new and had no issues until they broke my XM radio while replacing the recalled airbag.
It seems they don't even care about my inconvenience or unhappiness. They said the part needed will take two weeks to get and they'll call me when it's in stock. C'mon, it's the 21st century and FedEx can get just about anything from one location to another overnight. It's obvious that they simply don't care and are unwilling to go the extra mile for a loyal customer, even though THEY BROKE IT! The coffee and donuts are good (that's why I gave them a second star) but I'm afraid I'm done with Lexus of

A couple of weeks ago we bought a used car. Yani was our salesperson. She was focused on us and completely helpful. She went with everything we wanted. (The finance guy was okay.) I don't feel I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership because we've only used it once to buy, and never used the service dept. Also, they gave us only one key to the car and it will cost us big bucks to get another.
