The professionalism is the best from any other Nissan dealer I've been to in SoCal. While looking to trade in my vehicle Latta Garland made my process easier than I thought he beat the rate and terms of my purchase order and helped me purchase a new Nissan Rouge with an awesome warranty. Recall and warranty service - Done 1 now
Sold warranty for auto nation fully knowing the would be moving the next month. Now have to pay deductible for warranty. Could not get anyone to talk to me from finance the whole 4 hr I was there. Not very good customer service, should be able to transfer to Nissan warranty at no charge.

I loved this dealer because of their promotional Advantage oil package. Today I learned it expired and they no longer have the promotion, however they still have the best prices. Everytime I return I am helped right away and every employee ensures that i am completly satisfied. They compensate for the wait with great coffee, popcorn, wifi, and even provide chargers. I've been here 3 times and will continue to come back when i'm in town because Orange Coast Nissan truly keeps their customer promise. They have truly exceededy expectations!

I got a new 2016 Nissan Maxima of the show room it's less than a year old , but they would not fix it for me . When I took it back because its unbalanced so they made a lot of excuses instead of helping get fix .. so please don't go thru what I'm going thru now save u r self an don't buy anything at this dealer ... not I'm stuck paying for a car that I'm very un happy whit an it was from the show room .. so what can u spect from the other veachiels

We ended up at Valley Hi Nissan at closing time when our transmission died on us en route to Vegas. We stopped in for mechanical help, but the service garage had closed for the night. luis, Julio and the sales team there spent the next few hours, staying WAY after closing, helping us figure out what our options were. We were stranded far from home and far from our destination, and it was getting later and later. After weighing all of our options, we decided to see if our dead car could be used as a trade in for a safer, newer car. The sales team was super helpful and patient. We looked into several options and decided to purchase. They figured out a deal that worked for us. We were back on the road and made it Vegas safely that night in a beautiful, safe, worry-free newer car. The experience was awesome. Several days later, Mario from financing called and let us know that he had done some additional investigating, and found us an even better deal with a lower APR that would save us a large sum monthly. Mario really didn't have to do that...but I truly appreciate that he did. He and the team there all worked so hard for us. They took what was a scary, hard-luck busted car moment, and turned it into a good memory. Thank you Mario and the sales staff at Valley Hi Nissan for going the extra mile for me and my family!

I needed Nissan parts for a used car I recently purchased at a non-Nissan Dealer. I called Nissan of Duarte, they had the parts, and I took the car in that week for service. While the car was there, they did a complementary multi point inspection of it. The service advisor kept me informed with phone updates updates during the day. I was able to pick the car up at my convenience later in the day. The car was fine when I picked it up, and freshly washed. I plan to return to this dealer when my car needs its next service.

Took my car in for an oil change that ended up lasting 8 hours, apparently they have my credit card on file and wanted to charge without my consent, picked up my car with an extra 500 miles on it. When I went to speak to a manager Mauricio all he had to say about it was that it was a typo in their end really??? I have pictures of the odometer. Worst customer service ever. I bring my car for service because is the closest to my house after buying 3 cars from this dealership Im done with them and their service.

I sent my daughter to pull the purchase order for the car she's leasing from them because she was pre-approved from her bank to purchase the car and they won't give it to her and they lie to her saying that she cannot buy the car through our bank she has to buy it through Nissan and that's not real because one of the managers over there told me that she can get that paperwork to get her own loan. Also I called different Nissan dealer and they told me the same thing that she can get her own loan to purchase the car. And what makes it worse that they pull my daughter credit without her knowing.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE LAYERS AND CROOKS.

I came to this dealer twice asking for a price on a new frontier and never received one. On my second visit I spoke to the salesman and sales manager at the same time asking them to give me a price on a new frontier but again was not given one. This dealership is obviously only willing to sell their vehicles at MSRP only and will not discount. They only consider the factory rebate to be the discount offered. I have purchased many vehicles over my lifetime and have never paid MSRP and never will. It is a shame that this local dealer does not deal forcing myself and I'm sure others to look elsewhere which is what I will do. Do yourselves a favor, don't waste your time here, look for a dealer elsewhere that will discount and deal on their vehicles.
