Went to the Nissan of Van Nuys for my wives Sentra. Not only are they attentive when you arrive but they make sure they attend you great. Michael the service director is a total gentleman and makes sure if someone isn't helping you, he himself will help you. Jose also did a great job in following up with us as soon as the car is ready. Our repairs were supposed to be pretty cost heavy but they make sure to do they're research, and we found Nissan warranty covers. Also when they were not there all the other service employees are checking in with you. If my service engine light on our Nissan turns back on again, I feel safe knowing I will feel satisfied with heir work.

The professionalism is the best from any other Nissan dealer I've been to in SoCal. I appreciated the patience and overall service from the associate by the name of Cesar, he took the time to explain and listen to all of my concerns. I also appreciate the manager by the name of Mel, who was attentive and made sure I was happy with the service and my experience. The technician who serviced my car took the time to explain everything that was done and fixed everything. I couldn't ask for more.

Chase was amazing. We visited the dealership about 3 times. I was picky and looking for something specific. He let me look at any car that I wanted to look at and took me on a test drive of anything that I wanted to drive. The night that we purchased he stayed with us until 11:45 PM. I never felt pressured and we were given the time to make the decision that we needed to make. He was so far from your typical car salesman stereotype. He was amazing!

Even though I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle at this dealership because I decided to get something else, I have to say that my communications with Stephanie Pacheco were easy and upfront. She was very transparent about answering questions I had about a 2015 Nissan Altima and didn't try to confuse me or use manipulation tactics "just to try to get me to set foot onto the lot". I almost ended up purchasing the Altima but found another deal on another car that was too good to pass up. But the 2015 Nissan Altima that I was looking at was better priced than all the other Nissan dealerships I talked to, and I talked to about 5. You may find other Nissan dealers that "seem" to have a better price, as I did, but 90% of the time it's smoke and mirrors because they don't disclose mandatory dealer options, and I've even found ads where they don't include the destination fee into the advertised price. But this place did both for the vehicle I was looking at.
I ended up giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 because I didn't actually go to the dealership so I can't say for sure how the finance department is, how the vehicle I was interested in looked, and how I'm treated once I get to the dealership. But I thought the person who was helping me over the phone & email, Stephanie Pacheco, was definitely one of the best salesman (or woman) that I've spoken to out of the 10 or so I talked to in my recent car search.

Sold warranty for auto nation fully knowing the would be moving the next month. Now have to pay deductible for warranty. Could not get anyone to talk to me from finance the whole 4 hr I was there. Not very good customer service, should be able to transfer to Nissan warranty at no charge.

I can't recommend this dealership. They are disorganized, chaotic and apathetic. I purchased a new 2017 Maxima Platinum on 11/30/16. The experience was underwhelming to say the least. With no other customers in the dealership I was ignored, left waiting so long that I nearly just left - which is what I should have done. The Finance Manager was so annoying that I did walk out of his office. The car is now leaking so I took it to their service department this morning. No one greeted me, said good morning, introduced themselves, nothing. When I showed them pictures of the leak the guy immediately just said "Nissan's do that - its condensation from the AC". Really? A 2 week old car just leaks? Oh, and let me think which month of the year it is...hmmmm.. DECEMBER MAYBE? I'm not using the AC.
I took it to Mission Hills Nissan and was greeted by every employee there. Not just the Assistant Service Manager who took my car, everyone. They all said "Good Morning, Sir". I also looked at every Nissan that was queued up in the service drive way. None were leaking but mine. I guess the Genius at Valencia Nissan doesn't know what he is talking about.
I would avoid this dealership. Try Mission Hills or Team Nissan in Oxnard.

Just filed a complaint with BBB for harassing sales calls which have continued over the past 2-3 years. I purchased a vehicle from them in 2009 and was put off by their overly aggressive sales tactics and shady practices. To add insult to injury, I have contacted the general manager, sales manager, office manager, and sales reps demanding to be removed from their call list and the calls have continued. I feel that this is on the cusp of harassment and I would encourage everyone not to do business with these people. I have never known of such an UNPROFESSIONAL company and to think they represent a national brand you would think they would know not to conduct themselves as timeshare telemarketers.
