I just moved to Torrance about a week ago for a new job. I just graduated college and needed to get my first car. I didn't know anything about the car buying process, and was nervous! I spoke with 2 different people at Carson Nissan, Martell and Irvin. Both were very helpful and well-informed. I initially spoke with Martell about getting a Nissan Versa, and he took me on a test drive and discussed different options with me. Martell was very friendly and made me feel comfortable from the get-go!
After speaking with Martell, I soon realized that perhaps the Versa was not for me and was curious to see other options. I then spoke with Irvin and he brought up the idea of getting an electric car, something I hadn't even considered. He explained everything so clearly and personably and took me on a test drive. I immediately fell in love with the Nissan Leaf. Irvin helped me every step of the way and I ended up getting an incredible car for a much lower price than I expected. I never thought I would be able to afford a car like this straight out of college.
The entire car buying experience was so easy and seamless. Irvin was so friendly and helpful and made me feel so comfortable with my purchase! Thank you Irvin for showing me my very first car, I have completely fallen in love with it!

My first visit with Zach Gallawa back in June re: the Titan XD was very good. He knew quite a bit about the Titan XD, despite it being a fairly new release and not a vehicle that is a big seller for Nissan. I had told him that I was probably looking at October or November for my purchase of a truck (I was actually weighing the Titan XD Diesel Platinum Reserve against a GMC 2500HD Denali). Zach stayed in touch with me over the past few months to see if I was still looking at trucks and if the Titan XD was still a possibility and I said it was. When I decided to inquire about First Nissan's inventory of the Titans, I naturally contacted Zach. When I met with him, his knowledge of features of the Titan XD was even greater now and I was meticulously introduced again to the vehicle's many features. Zach worked with me and the management staff at First Nissan to secure, what I believed was a very good price on the 2016 Titan XD Diesel Platinum Reserve. I am eager to drive my new truck around the streets of Simi Valley so truck lovers can see the beauty and utility of this outstanding vehicle. Now I am looking forward to securing my travel trailer to tow behind this great truck.

Recall and warranty service - Done 1 now
Sold warranty for auto nation fully knowing the would be moving the next month. Now have to pay deductible for warranty. Could not get anyone to talk to me from finance the whole 4 hr I was there. Not very good customer service, should be able to transfer to Nissan warranty at no charge.

I can't recommend this dealership. They are disorganized, chaotic and apathetic. I purchased a new 2017 Maxima Platinum on 11/30/16. The experience was underwhelming to say the least. With no other customers in the dealership I was ignored, left waiting so long that I nearly just left - which is what I should have done. The Finance Manager was so annoying that I did walk out of his office. The car is now leaking so I took it to their service department this morning. No one greeted me, said good morning, introduced themselves, nothing. When I showed them pictures of the leak the guy immediately just said "Nissan's do that - its condensation from the AC". Really? A 2 week old car just leaks? Oh, and let me think which month of the year it is...hmmmm.. DECEMBER MAYBE? I'm not using the AC.
I took it to Mission Hills Nissan and was greeted by every employee there. Not just the Assistant Service Manager who took my car, everyone. They all said "Good Morning, Sir". I also looked at every Nissan that was queued up in the service drive way. None were leaking but mine. I guess the Genius at Valencia Nissan doesn't know what he is talking about.
I would avoid this dealership. Try Mission Hills or Team Nissan in Oxnard.

I like to support my neighbor business and friends. I went to Stadium Nissan because it was so close to my house and one of my friend work there. Sales team and financing theam work really hard for me to get what i though it was good car. After six month problem starts, now in to 3years I'm still dealing with the same issue. First Nissan Cooperation don't care about your issues. Stadium Nissan service department has more rude workers than nice one. I bought 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. I got so far 6 recalls and 3 of them is same issue with safety passenger side air bag. There is big law suit because these issue and transmission issue, which i also have. I have 3 friends who got the same car as me after mine and they also have same issue 2014 has hatch back door issue. I turn in my old escalade thinking new car will make me feel more safe but that's not the case, I even told the cooperation to give my car back and take this piece of ***** well i didn't use that word but i wanted to but they though i was crazy. Anyway If you are looking for good service after you get the car do not get it from here because you won't get it. At lease one person was nice to me Miguel

LOST MY BUSINESS!!! I can't believe how many times I tried to give Ross Nissan my business and all they do is treat me is like a number at a local grocery store. First, their mail adverts meet shows a black on black Nissan Rogue Select for 16,998 (great deal right)----WRONG!!! Here is where they get you, that price is ONLY on GREAT CREDIT & Fixed APR.
Apparently the color on ad is a silver and a RED. I will post a picture here; how is this RED?? Anyway back to the advertisement ---0% for 72 months----great----YEAH RIGHT!!!!
That 16,998 goes up another 1k for not choosing fixed APR. so okay fine 17,998, I wanted to know some figures I am looking at before going in.
The "General Manager" named Abel calls me instead of the Internet spokeswoman I talked to (Stephanie) who isn't friendly (Abel) and tells me he's not going to go over anything with me; if I want to know any sort of numbers I gotta come in. So I have waste my time and my gas just to see if the price and payments work for me?? xxxxxxxx!!
Of course he wants to make super deals so he didn't like the fact that I was insistent on 0% interest and not fixed APR. who's buying the car?? I Am!!!!!

Don't waste your time here and be treated like a number; go to another dealership where they recognize you, call you by name, don't haggle you, and don't expect you to waste time & gas just to run numbers. Your time is too valuable and you don't need to waste time in a physical dealership to know prices.

Had the worst experience at this dealer! Purchased a car or as I tell my friends, “I’m renting this car while my car is at the repair shop”. I purchased it on November 2016; I decided to get a 2016 because I was sold into getting a 2016 to get a better deal. The deal was of $500, what a rebate! I bought a 2016 Nissan Sentra Sv. As of now the sound system sucks, and sucks is a nice word to describe how bad it sucks! I took it into the service department and a jerk in there said its how it’s supposed to sound because I got an “SV” model. Translation in my mind: I purchased a piece of %$@!
It doesn’t end there; I previously was leasing a Kia Optima 2014 which had better sound, and alloy rims. The Nissan Sentra has scratch able rim caps. There’s nothing positive I can really say about this experience. All they care is about making their money and getting you to sign. They told me upon signing that they would pay off the lease, which they issued me a check for. But they knew how bad they were screwing me; they told me I was supposed to turn the car into KIA. Which I did, then had to wait over a month to get my final bill. Kia slammed me with a higher bill than what Nissan of Gardena issued me.
Today, January 3rd 2017 I walked in to the dealer to try to solve my problem. Spoke to Tony Mattar which was a complete jerk. In my face he said, we gave you a check which you cashed. I told him I deposited the check to pay the Kia balance. He then said, we did what we said we would. I then asked him again; why they would allow me to drive off with both cars home. His reply was: “we did what we said we would”. Didn’t care, they knew all of this would develop after the purchase. They not only NOT care about the consumer, they laugh at them in their face. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I’m stuck with a car which I hate every day I hop on.
