Recall and warranty service - Done 1 now
Sold warranty for auto nation fully knowing the would be moving the next month. Now have to pay deductible for warranty. Could not get anyone to talk to me from finance the whole 4 hr I was there. Not very good customer service, should be able to transfer to Nissan warranty at no charge.

I would never go back to that place nor would I ever recommend anyone to Puente hills nissan. I should Have walked out the minute the sales manager came back a second time with different payment rates- granted I was not desperate for a new car and felt I was very clear with my communication with the sales manager Barry - 3 weeks later, I walk in very disappointed that I have to sign a new loan, agreeing to a new payment - because I would not validate their unprofessional performance, Barry was persistent and basically gave me back my old car and said we are done. I've lost out on time, money for insurance. Barry did get a reimbursement of 230 for my insurance costs but now I have to transfer and pay another 150. I thought this was a credible place but I was stressed out and treated like crap.

Another Nissan dealership told me that my car needed shocks, fuel injector, transmission service, and a variety of other things. I decided to take my Rogue to VN Nissan for a second opinion and Jose Diaz was my service advisor. I expressed my concerns and Mr. Diaz assured me that he would have my vehicle thoroughly inspected and my concerns addressed. When all was said and done, all m vehicle needed was windshield wiper blades and an oil change. Because of the excellent service I received from Jose Diaz, I will continue to take my vehicle to VN Nissan for service.

Excellent service. Went in for a recommended repair and upon completing that repair, the technician found something else needing repair. The other repair was under warranty as was the initial repair so it was definitely a winning situation. I am treated as though they have my best interest at heart where my vehicle is concerned. Took my car in for an oil change that ended up lasting 8 hours, apparently they have my credit card on file and wanted to charge without my consent, picked up my car with an extra 500 miles on it. When I went to speak to a manager Mauricio all he had to say about it was that it was a typo in their end really??? I have pictures of the odometer. Worst customer service ever. I bring my car for service because is the closest to my house after buying 3 cars from this dealership Im done with them and their service.

I sent my daughter to pull the purchase order for the car she's leasing from them because she was pre-approved from her bank to purchase the car and they won't give it to her and they lie to her saying that she cannot buy the car through our bank she has to buy it through Nissan and that's not real because one of the managers over there told me that she can get that paperwork to get her own loan. Also I called different Nissan dealer and they told me the same thing that she can get her own loan to purchase the car. And what makes it worse that they pull my daughter credit without her knowing.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE LAYERS AND CROOKS.

Disappointed - Disappointed
I came to this dealer twice asking for a price on a new frontier and never received one. On my second visit I spoke to the salesman and sales manager at the same time asking them to give me a price on a new frontier but again was not given one. This dealership is obviously only willing to sell their vehicles at MSRP only and will not discount. They only consider the factory rebate to be the discount offered. I have purchased many vehicles over my lifetime and have never paid MSRP and never will. It is a shame that this local dealer does not deal forcing myself and I'm sure others to look elsewhere which is what I will do. Do yourselves a favor, don't waste your time here, look for a dealer elsewhere that will discount and deal on their vehicles.
