William Fernandez was curtious and pleasant, and I actually felt there was an intent to reach a compromise where I could be happy. I had six previous visits to Mercedes Benz where there was no fluition or common courtesy for my time and effort and where I felt a total lack of consideration for a 20 years plus customer.
I am happy to have managed a smoth transition from Mercedes Benz to the Collection.

Be prepared to be given the run around behind the many smiles that greet you. This dealership will keep your car for weeks after providing you with a loaner that isn't suffice to the car you leave behind.
