I am a 70 year old woman and have never had a better experiencing purchasing a car than I did with Greg at Sheehan. He was low key, which is vital to me, informative and had a great personality. He called when he said he would, he got me the car I wanted and explained, in very clear terms how to operate the car. On a scale from 1 to 10 Greg definitely got a 10!

Not Happy At All! Not reliable!!! Got 3 cars from them at the same time, paid them and left with the cars. NOW im getting bills from them saying i need to pay for this BS and that BS, they are holding my plates! Finance manager doesnt want to help and also the manager! HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Went to this dealer and tried to make a deal with them. They will rather see you walk out on them instead of dealing with you. They offered $11000 for my trade in, which they knew is worth between $14200-15800. They wouldn't budge. A friend of mine told me the same. He also walked out. They will treat you like you don't know anything about cars.

Other reviewers have covered all he areas of my concern as well. It seems management doesn't care, but I hope buyers would read these reviews and choose to go elsewhere. Why give business to those who treat you as if you need them more than they need you.

I highly regret purchasing my car from this dealership. The vehicle I wanted was limited and hard to come by. I wish I had bought a car from out of state and had it shipped to me instead. If I had done more research ahead of time, I would have seen this dealership has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. The following is a very broad overview of my experience.
I purchased my vehicle (a 2009 Pontiac Solstice Coupe GXP) at the end of September 2009. During the course of several visits, we had a lot of conversations about the vehicle and features. I was advised by one of my 2 salesmen that the vehicles price was starting at $10,000 over MSRP because it had an upgraded package that included a paint protectant. He described it as an upgraded clear coat/top coat that would help the paint life. He told me all 3 of the Solstice Coupes they had on the lot had the upgrade, and gave me the impression it was already ON the car.
During the course of negotiations, the price was worked down to only a couple thousand over MSRP. At no time during the conversation was I advised any features were being removed from the car/package.
Several months later I became unhappy with the way the paint was holding up. I contacted the dealership to find out what company did the paint protectant so that I could see if it had a warranty. After several phone calls I received the information that I had factory paint--there was no paint protectant. At that point the salesman and one of the sales managers were telling me there was never any mention of a paint protectant to their knowledge. After several visits and many long, heated discussions, they looked at my car and said it was normal wear and tear so could not be warrantied by Pontiac, either.
I filed a complaint with GM directly. The dealership's story then changed. Now they are saying I would have received a paint protectant if I had paid $10,000 over MSRP, but since I only paid a few thousand over, they had to "remove" features during negotiation. This is different than their first story and this was never discussed during any of my visits prior to purchasing.
Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the way I was treated. When I have been able to speak with someone at the dealership, they are unable to give me any straight answers and usually have to put me on hold for awhile or call me back with their response. I feel their customer service level is way below satisfactory. I am not happy with the end result, I would not recommend this dealership, and I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
