Cesar Valdez has been my service advisor three years now since I bought my Maserati . From the first day until now he's always been their for me to answer any questions or concerns I may have. I leave him a message he returns my call promptly, always calls me back after any service to see if everything was fine. I feel when you buy a car and drive it out of the showroom its very important how they treat customers afterwards. With my experience I had these past three years dealing with Cesar and the entire staff at Ferrari Maserati of Fort Lauderdale I look forward to future business with tham.

At the beginning we were frustrated with the car because of the battery but the dealer help us, sent a car to our home, picked up our car , changed the battery for a new one, washed the car and delivered it the same day. They did not charge anything!
Now we are happy and they are happy also.

William Fernandez was curtious and pleasant, and I actually felt there was an intent to reach a compromise where I could be happy. I had six previous visits to Mercedes Benz where there was no fluition or common courtesy for my time and effort and where I felt a total lack of consideration for a 20 years plus customer.
