I went to Belzers to get a Jeep. I Had done my research prior to stopping in. Joleen searched the inventory for my perfect vehicle. I had limited time that day. I came back a few days later. From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Apple! I came in with a car already in mind that I wanted to test drive and Dacy Williams was outside in the frigid temperatures to greet me with a wave and a hello! I didn't feel pressured like I usually do when I came that day. She actually let me look around and I really appreciated that. Once I approached her she was very patient and accommodating. I felt like I was talking with a friend when we were going through what I was looking for and she made sure I was satisfied with my options. After the test drive, I was certain I was happy with the car. The price was great and had everything I was looking for. When we started the process I asked about how they do trade ins and informed her I was a little nervous about my trade in and was hoping that they would come in at what my car was bluebooked at. She put my mind at ease during this process and they came in at what I was expecting! The gentleman who helped was also very friendly. After that process was done, the financing guy came out (who also was very pleasant to work with) so I could explore my options and i had a price range that I was comfortable at spending and they came in at a good interest rate at a price that fit my budget. I was happy with the number of vehicles to choose from at Bloomington Chrysler, and the prices were the lowest I found. I want to thank my sales person, Mike Sorensen!!! There was an ongoing issue with the lifetime warranty from the ram hq. Instead of leaving me to slog through it Jeff Hunter at fury spent a lot of time handling it and kicked it up a few levels. Then overnighted the parts in needed to get on the road back to work. I needed to be 1500 miles away working. They have always had fantastic service on both of my trucks and my mothers van. Both the service departments at lake Elmo and south St. Paul have treated me very well. I can't imagine my next truck not coming from fury. Good prices are easy enough to find but outstanding service is something that really matters when you are losing money every day a vehicle is down.

Went in to test drive a Renegade and Met JoJo Leonard who set up a test drive for us. I was very impressed with the way it handled and the ride. Many options available as well. I absolutely hate the car buying process and am distrustful of car salesmen. JoJo was a 'God send.' He was sincere and patient and made helpful recommendations. When it came to agreeing on a price and closing the deal he made it painless. Then he went above and beyond and played along when we surprised my daughter with the new vehicle. I went in and bought a new chrysler 200 from them, the next time i went in my girlfriend did not wont to go. she was afraid to go their, i could not figure out why, she told me she didnt like Donny brown. I asked her why she would not tell me, I needed to have my vehicle brought in for a oil change she refused, I struggled with her to do it because she was terrified of Donny brown. I finally got her to do it for me with the help of the sales man Lane, he said he would keep Donny brown away from her and make sure he would not bother her. I started to see there was more to her not liking him then she was telling me. I called the owner and told him about the whole ordeal with my girlfriend being terrified to go to or to drive by his dealership because of Donny brown, he said he would talked to him. A month or so went by and I left him a email he called me back and said he talked to him but couldn't do anymore then tell him no contact with us, unless he knew exactly what he did. I got her to finally tell why she was terrified of Donny brown. She told me he came out to the car when I was in the dealership, she had her feet on the dash and she reluctantly told me he almost jumped in her lap and was getting real close to her. When I heard that I actually called luther head quarters and told them about it, they said she would have to call the owner of the dealership and tell him, before anything can be done.in am trying to get her to call but she is traumatised of that place because of Donny brown. I told her she would have to tell the owner because that sexually harassment and he needs to be reprimanded for his actions and should not have a job in customer service. And the second bad encounter I had again with Donny brown I traded 2 vehicles in, 1 was 2015 Ram 2500 4x4 with 2700 miles, the other one was a 2009 challenger R/T with 12.000 miles on it, I ask the sales manager Donny brown if he could help me and save me money, he called me and said he saved me $10.000 and and got me and my girl friend financed. He did not save me $10.000 I ended up with $20.000 negative equity. The challenger I traded in has been sold twice the second time was sold before it got in. I was told by one of the sales manager. So not only did my girlfriend serially harassed, me and her got buried so bad in negative equity we are losing the vehicle and all the money we have invested in which is $30.000 and we also lost the Chrysler 200 because of the second deal, because it cost us 1500 a month plus insurance, and we have struggled from the start and we have try trade in in but we are so upside down we can't do anything but lose it in a repossession. If we're able to afford it at the end of the loan we would have paid $108.000 dollars for a $47.000 dollar pickup truck. So in the end they are out only for themselves to make money and don't care once they have paper signed and the vehicle is funded. And they allow action like Donny brown has done and keep him working in customer service.

I want to share my experience with everybody that I know regarding the service that I received From Kia dealer on HWY 61 last Friday 2/10/2017. where I went to change the oil on my car and then I asked the staff to rotate the tires for me and they told me it costs just $24.99,I accepted this cost . after a while the service staff member came to me and told that two wheel Studs were breaking by the service staff during the rotation process, and you have to pay $70 extra to change the broken studs or you will drive your car with a front wheel that has only three wheel studs.!!!!! I told the staff there this is not fair, your staff who breaking the wheel studs, so why I have to pay for that???!!!!! I believe this is not fair treatment from a dealer to his customers, I will not deal with this dealer anymore, and I will tell my story to all friends and relatives about the bad way of treating customers.

We just bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from the Walser in Hopkins and the experience was top-notch. We narrowed down our desired vehicle to two models, and we started with the Jeep. Boy did we luck out! We went to Walser and met with Max Elliott. He was so knowledgeable about the Limited, as well as all other Jeep models. Max asked questions about our day-to-day lifestyle, listened to our wish list and was able to make recommendations based on what would suit us the best. I think the no-commission approach at Walser really allows the sales staff to advise each customer based on what suits him/her instead of based on money. Everyone at Walser was so nice and welcoming, genuinely interested in giving us the best experience possible. Even though we went on a Saturday and the place was buzzing, they made us feel like their most important customer. Max advised us to explore their website on Sunday to make sure we found a model that had everything we wanted, which turned out to be GREAT advice! I didn't even KNOW that I wanted a panoramic sunroof:) We found one at a nearby Walser, and texted Max. Even though it was Sunday, he responded right away and the Jeep of our dreams was at the Hopkins lot on Monday and we purchased it that night.
When we got home, we noticed 3 small dents (that had been called out with arrows by the first dealership). We called Max and even though WE had missed it during our shopping experience, HE apologized to US and they are fixing it right away for no additional charge.
We couldn't have asked for a better car shopping experience.
Finding a car that addresses my wifes mobility issue. - Rabbit
We have been driving a very nice suv which became difficult for my wife to get into and out of due to a sudden mobility problem. Dick Seibert, our sales consultant from Juettner Motors, found us a car, a new Chrysler 300, which worked wonderfully in addressing her problem. We knew he would because we have purchased our previous 2 vehicles from him and both vehicles fit our needs and desires perfectly. We will continue to buy any future vehicles from Dick and Juettner Motors and recommend both highly to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle. We absolutely love this Chrysler 300!

I bought a brand new Grand Caravan and it had a pull to it got home checked tire pressures and was fine so I brought it back to have the alignment checked and they said everything was good and they said it wasn't pulling. 2-3 weeks later I brought it back again because it was still pulling and I got a rental 2016 Town&Country and that drove great then I get my van back and they can't feel it pull so I give them a ride and show them when you apply the gas pedal the steering wheel moves to the right all by itself and they say it is torque steer. I said yeah that is a symptom like a bruise so fix it!! They said there is nothing we can do about that. I said then give me my money back but they underpaid me for my trade-in and that was already sold so I am stuck with this piece of xxxx!! CHRYSLER CORPORATION WON'T EVEN HELP!!
