I went to Belzers to get a Jeep. I Had done my research prior to stopping in. Joleen searched the inventory for my perfect vehicle. I had limited time that day. I came back a few days later. In the meantime, she had papers done, car detailing done, and everything in place for my return. I was in and out with my new Jeep within a hour of arrival. Very positive experience!

It was time to retire my 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix with 219,000 miles. I had a short list of requirements for my new car: Sedan, V6, reliable, and something I could afford. Beyond that, bells and whistles were at my choosing. Luther dealerships have always been good to me from presenting the best cars, wide selection of vehicles, to service to meet my needs. Randy Danielson was the Sales Consultant who worked with me. I explained what I was looking for and what I needed, and he listened to every detail. We test drove a Chrysler 300S and chit chatted along the way. I liked the car, but I wanted to do some more looking. Randy followed up with a phone call and we talked about cars I looked at and cars He had available. Throughout this whole time Randy remembered what was important to me and said that he had another Chrysler 300S that I might be interested in. As it turned out, it was the car for me (and it had sunroof). We set up a time the next day, on his day off, to test drive and do paperwork. I am very happy with the car, buying experience and especially Randy's patients.

From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Apple! I came in with a car already in mind that I wanted to test drive and Dacy Williams was outside in the frigid temperatures to greet me with a wave and a hello! I didn't feel pressured like I usually do when I came that day. She actually let me look around and I really appreciated that. Once I approached her she was very patient and accommodating. I felt like I was talking with a friend when we were going through what I was looking for and she made sure I was satisfied with my options. After the test drive, I was certain I was happy with the car. The price was great and had everything I was looking for. When we started the process I asked about how they do trade ins and informed her I was a little nervous about my trade in and was hoping that they would come in at what my car was bluebooked at. She put my mind at ease during this process and they came in at what I was expecting! The gentleman who helped was also very friendly. After that process was done, the financing guy came out (who also was very pleasant to work with) so I could explore my options and i had a price range that I was comfortable at spending and they came in at a good interest rate at a price that fit my budget. There was an ongoing issue with the lifetime warranty from the ram hq. Instead of leaving me to slog through it Jeff Hunter at fury spent a lot of time handling it and kicked it up a few levels. Then overnighted the parts in needed to get on the road back to work. I needed to be 1500 miles away working. They have always had fantastic service on both of my trucks and my mothers van. Both the service departments at lake Elmo and south St. Paul have treated me very well. I can't imagine my next truck not coming from fury. Good prices are easy enough to find but outstanding service is something that really matters when you are losing money every day a vehicle is down.

ON JANUARY 4TH 2017 I DROVE FROM BLAINE MN. TO CAMBRIDGE MOTORS TO LOOK AT A USED 2013 DODGE CARAVAN VIN 2C4RDGCGXDR751969. I ASKED MR. RASMUSSEN IF I COULD LOOK AT THE CAR. HE SAID YES I WILL DRIVE IT TO FRONT DOOR. MR. RASMUSSEN RETURNED AND INFORMED ME THE BATTERY WAS DEAD AND NEEDED A NEW ON. HE DID NOT VOLUNTEER TO PUT ANOTHER BATTERY IN. MR. RASMUSSEN AND THE SALES MANAGER INFORMED ME THEY JUST GOT THE CAR IN AND WOULD BRING IT IN TO THE GARAGE AND GET IT CLEANED IT UP. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME AS SOON AS THIS WAS DONE. THIS WAS WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 4. I RECEIVED NO CALL. I CALLED THEM ON JANUARY 9 AND WAS INFORMED THE CAR WAS SOLD ON JANUARY 7. AS I SAID EARLIER, I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THESE RESULTS.

I want to share my experience with everybody that I know regarding the service that I received From Kia dealer on HWY 61 last Friday 2/10/2017. where I went to change the oil on my car and then I asked the staff to rotate the tires for me and they told me it costs just $24.99,I accepted this cost . after a while the service staff member came to me and told that two wheel Studs were breaking by the service staff during the rotation process, and you have to pay $70 extra to change the broken studs or you will drive your car with a front wheel that has only three wheel studs.!!!!! I told the staff there this is not fair, your staff who breaking the wheel studs, so why I have to pay for that???!!!!! I believe this is not fair treatment from a dealer to his customers, I will not deal with this dealer anymore, and I will tell my story to all friends and relatives about the bad way of treating customers.

We were looking for a Jeep Wrangler considering both new and used. The team was professional on the new side however we couldn't get the figures to work within our budget so we decided to look more for a used vehicle. A few days after our visit we got an email showing a price decrease on a vehicle we had tagged as a potential match. Now in our price range, I immediately called the representative we were working with and sent my children over to inspect it within the hour as I was out of town on business. They loved it and as the Jeep was exactly what we were looking for so I called the representative and asked her to start preparing the paperwork. I also asked about putting a deposit down via credit card over the phone, they do not take deposits apparently. Moments later after the kids left super excited about their new car we got another email alert that the price on the vehicle had changed again--now gone up by $1,000 again pushing the vehicle beyond our price range. I forwarded both emails to my representative hopping that meant their "we are on you side" and would stand by their offer. I WILL never visit Walser again and left very disappointed.
Finding a car that addresses my wifes mobility issue. - Rabbit
We have been driving a very nice suv which became difficult for my wife to get into and out of due to a sudden mobility problem. Dick Seibert, our sales consultant from Juettner Motors, found us a car, a new Chrysler 300, which worked wonderfully in addressing her problem. We knew he would because we have purchased our previous 2 vehicles from him and both vehicles fit our needs and desires perfectly. We will continue to buy any future vehicles from Dick and Juettner Motors and recommend both highly to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle. We absolutely love this Chrysler 300!

I bought a brand new Grand Caravan and it had a pull to it got home checked tire pressures and was fine so I brought it back to have the alignment checked and they said everything was good and they said it wasn't pulling. 2-3 weeks later I brought it back again because it was still pulling and I got a rental 2016 Town&Country and that drove great then I get my van back and they can't feel it pull so I give them a ride and show them when you apply the gas pedal the steering wheel moves to the right all by itself and they say it is torque steer. I said yeah that is a symptom like a bruise so fix it!! They said there is nothing we can do about that. I said then give me my money back but they underpaid me for my trade-in and that was already sold so I am stuck with this piece of xxxx!! CHRYSLER CORPORATION WON'T EVEN HELP!!
