From the first contact we had with the online chat rep to the moment we signed the paperwork, we had great experiences all around. Our salesman, Tom, emailed us back right after we contacted the chat rep, even though it was later on Friday evening. He followed back up by phone within 30 min of us responding and was very friendly and helpful. He assured us the car we wanted would be waiting for Us around 3pm on Saturday since we were coming from Eagan to New Prague. Our wait was short and we were sold on the car right away! Tom, Matt and Mike did everything they needed to get us in the car, with financing we could afford in record time. And thanks, also, to the younger salesman that was there and chatted with us while Tom and Mike were working their magic. From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Apple! I came in with a car already in mind that I wanted to test drive and Dacy Williams was outside in the frigid temperatures to greet me with a wave and a hello! I didn't feel pressured like I usually do when I came that day. She actually let me look around and I really appreciated that. Once I approached her she was very patient and accommodating. I felt like I was talking with a friend when we were going through what I was looking for and she made sure I was satisfied with my options. After the test drive, I was certain I was happy with the car. The price was great and had everything I was looking for. When we started the process I asked about how they do trade ins and informed her I was a little nervous about my trade in and was hoping that they would come in at what my car was bluebooked at. She put my mind at ease during this process and they came in at what I was expecting! The gentleman who helped was also very friendly. After that process was done, the financing guy came out (who also was very pleasant to work with) so I could explore my options and i had a price range that I was comfortable at spending and they came in at a good interest rate at a price that fit my budget. I set out to purchase a Grand Cherokee and did a lot of internet searching and dealership walk throughs. I was happy with the number of vehicles to choose from at Bloomington Chrysler, and the prices were the lowest I found. I want to thank my sales person, Mike Sorensen!!! He was very knowledgeable and patiant. I changed my mind on what vehicle I wanted after the paperwork was already started and I know it was a pain to start all over again but he remained professional and was a joy to work with. There was an ongoing issue with the lifetime warranty from the ram hq. Instead of leaving me to slog through it Jeff Hunter at fury spent a lot of time handling it and kicked it up a few levels. Then overnighted the parts in needed to get on the road back to work. I needed to be 1500 miles away working. They have always had fantastic service on both of my trucks and my mothers van. Both the service departments at lake Elmo and south St. Paul have treated me very well. I can't imagine my next truck not coming from fury. Good prices are easy enough to find but outstanding service is something that really matters when you are losing money every day a vehicle is down.

I purchased a used 2016 Dodge Caravan at the end of last year. I was helped by Kevin Graczyk. Having purchased many used vehicles from many car dealers, I would say my experience at Fury Jeep Stillwater was the best to date. Kevin did a great job answering all my questions, and I never felt pressured to make the purchase. He was very knowledgeable on the specific features of my minivan and even provided a demonstration on working some of the less intuitive ones.

So we ended up not buying a car here, so I can't comment about the purchase process or negotiation pieces, but Sean was so great in working with us, I felt compelled to share.
Fury Chrysler has a great kids room with toys and video games for the kids, so we could let our kids play in the windowed play area while Sean, my wife, and I sat down and discussed our visit. Sean was attentive and really tried to understand our needs and wants in a vehicle and was very knowledgeable about the products. I was able to take the vehicle on a generous test drive through city and highway driving and Sean took the time to explain all of the features of the vehicle all the way down to adding a phone to the bluetooth radio and configuring various chimes and options on the car. Sean then watched our 2 and 3 year olds while my wife and I took it on a private test drive and discussion. He put no pressure on us through the whole experience and was very supportive.
We found a different car with more features at another dealer, which is why we didn't end up purchasing at Fury, but had we not found this other car, we definitely would have.
Next time I'm in the market for a vehicle, I'm going to look Sean up again!

I highly recommend working with Alaina at Hudson Chrysler. We went to try a Toyota Avalon because of reputation and competitive pricing at the Hudson dealership. The test drive encouraged us to look for other options. After evaluating our needs and expectations the Chrysler 300 was suggested. Alaina fitted us with a certified 300S that would best serve us. We were very comfortable with the entire process and appreciated the personal attention and help in understanding the technology of this new (to us) vehicle.

Recently we bought a dodge caravan sxt that we had brought up from luther Chevrolet brooklyn park. We worked with Tom Steffas, who was wonderful !!! We had the van for 25 days and in that time it was in for service twice . In that 25 days we realized we were not happy with our purchase at all. We contacted Tom Steffas and he assured us that we didn't have to worry that we would figure something out , and that us being happy was his main concern. We drove two other vehicles directly from John Hirsch that he had lined up right away. We ended up buying a Chrysler Town and Country and couldn't be happier . I want to thank Tom for all of his wonderful help throughout this process, he's a awesome salesman and our next vehicle we purchase will also be through him .
Beyond frustrated! - Frustrated
Our family purchased a vehicle at Olivia Chrysler Center on April 29, 2017. We thought it had all gone well until we received a call from the bank that held the loan on the vehicle we traded in saying that our loan was past due. We called the dealership the next day and were told that it was not their fault and due to circumstances beyond their control but they would make sure it was taken care of right away. Every day since we have been told everything would be taken care of right away. We are now 9 days later and the temporary license plates that we were given expire today. We were told up to 2pm today when we called to get the tracking number, that the new plates were overnighted to us and we would be receiving them. At 2, they finally admitted that they hadn't been taken care of and they would definitely be done on Monday. Does this mean we have to forgo all our weekend plans and walk to work until they decide to get and send our plates? Beyond frustrated!

We just bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from the Walser in Hopkins and the experience was top-notch. We narrowed down our desired vehicle to two models, and we started with the Jeep. Boy did we luck out! We went to Walser and met with Max Elliott. He was so knowledgeable about the Limited, as well as all other Jeep models. Max asked questions about our day-to-day lifestyle, listened to our wish list and was able to make recommendations based on what would suit us the best. I think the no-commission approach at Walser really allows the sales staff to advise each customer based on what suits him/her instead of based on money. Everyone at Walser was so nice and welcoming, genuinely interested in giving us the best experience possible. Even though we went on a Saturday and the place was buzzing, they made us feel like their most important customer. Max advised us to explore their website on Sunday to make sure we found a model that had everything we wanted, which turned out to be GREAT advice! I didn't even KNOW that I wanted a panoramic sunroof:) We found one at a nearby Walser, and texted Max. Even though it was Sunday, he responded right away and the Jeep of our dreams was at the Hopkins lot on Monday and we purchased it that night.
When we got home, we noticed 3 small dents (that had been called out with arrows by the first dealership). We called Max and even though WE had missed it during our shopping experience, HE apologized to US and they are fixing it right away for no additional charge.
We couldn't have asked for a better car shopping experience.
Worst of all Kia Dealerships we dealt with - Clay
Recently decided to purchase a Kia Soul. We were not 100% certain of whether we wanted to buy new, lease new or purchase a low mile used Soul. since we live in the White Bear area, we would start at Barnett Kia on Saturday, May 6th. When we pulled into the lot, I was immediately put off by the salespersons all sitting around in lawn chairs in the front of the dealership. Very poor first impression. Next, the salesman who approached us acted as if we were wasting his time. Touted his 40 years in the car business several times. Seemed to have little knowledge of the car other than to repeat over and over that major changes had occurred in 2014 with the Soul. When asked about leasing, he seemed to be disinterested. Gave contradictory information several times about Summer Sales Event. When we asked about taking a test drive, again, he acted like it was a burden. When we did take the test drive, his demeanor was cold and he gave one or 2 words answers...Never gave us opportunity to take on interstate, which is 2 blocks away. Really a very poor impression.
We then went to Luther Kia in Bloomington..Totally different experience...My wife and I both immediately commented on the differences.. Luther seemed to be a professional environment, while Barnett seemed very much the opposite. Even though we eventually bough a Soul a week later from Lupient, which also was a class organization, Luther was very professional. Will never step foot in Barnett again
Save yourself the trouble and avoid their phantom deals! - Travis D
I had bought a new truck once before with Belzer and things had gone smoothly. When looking again not so much. I called about a truck and the salesman stated that the truck was still available. We agreed on the price and I gave him my credit card, license and proof of insurance to hold the truck until I got there. 1.5 hours later the salesman calls me back and says it isn't available anymore. 10 minutes I would have understood but I was already on the road to pick it up and no deal - but guess what? They had one just like it for sale just $5,000 more! I wonder if the truck even existed in the first place. Avoid their bait and switch tactics and go elsewhere.

We have been driving a very nice suv which became difficult for my wife to get into and out of due to a sudden mobility problem. Dick Seibert, our sales consultant from Juettner Motors, found us a car, a new Chrysler 300, which worked wonderfully in addressing her problem. We knew he would because we have purchased our previous 2 vehicles from him and both vehicles fit our needs and desires perfectly. We will continue to buy any future vehicles from Dick and Juettner Motors and recommend both highly to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle. We absolutely love this Chrysler 300!
