We first met Tanner on a snowy winter day. We wanted to test drive an Enclave & Acadia. Not a good day to be test driving. Tanner was nice guy, we trusted him. So a week later on a sunny 40 degree day we went back & Tanner was off, so we met Doug. Wow he went above & beyond, he helped us every step along the way. We would test one vehicle to come back & he had another one warmed up & waiting. This was so helpful because we did not know what vehicle we wanted, we were out test driving. We bought a 2014 Acadia with low mileage & they traded in our old vehicle. Doug was fun to work with & we trusted him. We also met Tim, Lesa & Jeff great people to work with. Bad experience turned to a Great Experience - Clerric
My initial review of Red Wing Ford was pretty negative. I bought a car that had a laundry list of issues from a salesman who I did not care for his actions or mannerisms.
After my review, the General Manager reached out to me, and we had a dialogue about my experience, and what I had wrote. It didn’t change the facts, but he extended the olive branch to make things right (within reason of course), and I gave him the fair chance to do just that.
The car required extensive work, and it wasn’t going to be cheap. They were willing to cover the majority however I was to cover $250 of it. While some I’ve shared that with expressed outrage, I found it to be a fair compromise. It’s a business, I get it. The lights aren’t on for free.
I have a full work schedule at the office, however I took a satellite system down to Red Wing Ford so that I could work while they ran diagnostics on my car, to which they wrapped it up pretty darn quick.
They knew what the issue was and hit me with the news. It was going to be much more expensive but my obligation would only go up $100. A fair compromise. They were eating around $1000 to my $350. I agreed, and they ordered the parts.
What they did next was not expected, they took into consideration my work schedule, and drove a fully loaded Jeep Grand Cherokee with a full tank of gas over an hour away to my office, and took possession of my car from there.
Tim, the General Manager kept in constant communication, I didn’t have to bug him. When he drove my car back to Eagan, it still wasn’t right. He asked to keep it another day. The next day when he came to the office, we took it for a spin and it still wasn’t right.
He said he’d work with me on making it right, and we arranged a good day to work on that goal together. However when that day came, the car went further down the spiral, more issues cropped up and the cars degrading condition had the rear end come out from under me and went under a tanker truck (nearly hitting it).
Enough was enough.
Oddly enough, Tim agreed who heartedly. No pushback whatsoever. I wanted another car, at this point I wasn’t even picky about specs. I mentioned buying the loner car.
Tim said he would see what he could do and then call me back.
He didn’t have a vehicle with my wants, too specific. So what he did was work out a trade with another car dealership to get me a car with the specs that I had wanted.
Next he took back the car I bought at 100% reimbursement rate, then the brand new 2014 that he found me he gave me every dealer incentive and break he could, then took a loss to get it down to my payment range.
At the end of the day, not only was the initial deal honored, but expectations were exceeded!
You can’t control the condition of a used vehicle, but you can judge a company by the leadership that keeps it. I will be buying another car from this dealership.

From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Apple! I came in with a car already in mind that I wanted to test drive and Dacy Williams was outside in the frigid temperatures to greet me with a wave and a hello! I didn't feel pressured like I usually do when I came that day. She actually let me look around and I really appreciated that. Once I approached her she was very patient and accommodating. I felt like I was talking with a friend when we were going through what I was looking for and she made sure I was satisfied with my options. After the test drive, I was certain I was happy with the car. The price was great and had everything I was looking for. When we started the process I asked about how they do trade ins and informed her I was a little nervous about my trade in and was hoping that they would come in at what my car was bluebooked at. She put my mind at ease during this process and they came in at what I was expecting! The gentleman who helped was also very friendly. After that process was done, the financing guy came out (who also was very pleasant to work with) so I could explore my options and i had a price range that I was comfortable at spending and they came in at a good interest rate at a price that fit my budget. I cannot speak any more highly about my experience. If your interested in a car, definitely give them a shot. Dacy and the staff will take good care of you

There was an ongoing issue with the lifetime warranty from the ram hq. Instead of leaving me to slog through it Jeff Hunter at fury spent a lot of time handling it and kicked it up a few levels. Then overnighted the parts in needed to get on the road back to work. I needed to be 1500 miles away working. They have always had fantastic service on both of my trucks and my mothers van. Both the service departments at lake Elmo and south St. Paul have treated me very well. I can't imagine my next truck not coming from fury. Good prices are easy enough to find but outstanding service is something that really matters when you are losing money every day a vehicle is down.

Terry was a very nice person to deal with and answered all my questions or he would find someone with answers. I assured him i was in no hurry as a had under feb. 1st, and fiancing was no problem. This was my 8th car purchased at coon rps,my fist was in 1968. I did the leg work looking and reading 50 plus potential caravans and found one with the least mi, color made no difference. The transport outfit was very unreliable in getting the vehicle to the dealer on a timely basis, but I was in no hurry as I sold my truck to a friend out of state. Since I took delivery of the vehicle 9pm on a Thurs, I went back on the weekend and went over alot of detail in daylight and showed us the stow and go and rack functions. Out of 8 vehicles, dispite delivery delay this was my best experience to date, I was lucky to be dealing with Terry,

As a first time car buyer, I was a bit hesitant on buying from a dealership instead of a private seller due to the horror stories I've heard from friends and family members dealing with typical used car salesmen that care nothing more than getting as much money out of your pocket to put into theirs. I found a Jeep Cherokee that was priced nicely online and inquired about the vehicle on the dealer website. No more than two hours later, I received a call from Dave asking me what I wanted in a vehicle, not just trying to sell me the one in which I had shown interest. I came in for a test drive the next day and had the incredible pleasure of meeting and working with Mandie. She's the most open, least intimidating person I've ever had the joy of working with in anything related to vehicles. I threw a few ideas at her and was able to discuss with her the options for purchasing a vehicle that would best fit me. Though they did not budge on the sticker price, I was able to work with the delightful Sam in financing to get the best possible bottom dollar price on my vehicle of choice. I never once felt pressured during the experience and would recommend to anyone to give them a try.

We were looking for a Jeep Wrangler considering both new and used. The team was professional on the new side however we couldn't get the figures to work within our budget so we decided to look more for a used vehicle. A few days after our visit we got an email showing a price decrease on a vehicle we had tagged as a potential match. Now in our price range, I immediately called the representative we were working with and sent my children over to inspect it within the hour as I was out of town on business. They loved it and as the Jeep was exactly what we were looking for so I called the representative and asked her to start preparing the paperwork. I also asked about putting a deposit down via credit card over the phone, they do not take deposits apparently. Moments later after the kids left super excited about their new car we got another email alert that the price on the vehicle had changed again--now gone up by $1,000 again pushing the vehicle beyond our price range. I forwarded both emails to my representative hopping that meant their "we are on you side" and would stand by their offer. I WILL never visit Walser again and left very disappointed.

We have been driving a very nice suv which became difficult for my wife to get into and out of due to a sudden mobility problem. Dick Seibert, our sales consultant from Juettner Motors, found us a car, a new Chrysler 300, which worked wonderfully in addressing her problem. We knew he would because we have purchased our previous 2 vehicles from him and both vehicles fit our needs and desires perfectly.
